技术领域
本发明涉及烷基多糖苷固体制剂技术领域,具体涉及一种烷基多糖苷固体制剂和制备方法及应用。
背景技术
烷基多糖苷(APG)是一种天然来源的绿色环保的非离子表面活性剂。它是由脂肪醇和葡萄糖脱水聚合而成。市场化的烷基多糖苷为C4-C18烷基多糖苷。烷基多糖苷为液体形式,固含量在45-70%。其主要应用于液体产品中,如洗发水、洗面奶、洗车液,餐具清洗液等。其液体物理形式限制了其在固体产品中的应用,如洁颜粉、洗衣粉、固体皂和清洁片等。
专利CN201710752316.X提出用萃取的方法获得高纯度粉末状烷基糖苷。但需要耗费大量有机溶剂,且产品会存在有机溶剂残留的风险,不符合现代追求环保的趋势。市场上现有的APG固体制剂极易吸潮性,且尚未有烷基糖苷含量大于50%的产品。基于此,需提供一种不易吸潮且有效含量高的烷基多糖苷固体制剂。

发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种烷基多糖苷固体制剂和制备方法及应用。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种烷基多糖苷固体制剂,包括以下重量百分比原料:烷基多糖苷50-95%、甘油脂肪酸酯1-10%、黏合剂10-75%。
优选地,所述烷基多糖苷为C4-C18的烷基多糖苷。
优选地,所述黏合剂是硅酸钠、糊精和改性淀粉中的一种或多种组合物;在水溶性方面,硅酸钠比水溶性糊精和改性淀粉具有更快的溶解速度且具有价格优势。
优选地,所述油脂肪酸酯包括C8-C16的甘油脂肪酸单酯、二酯的一种或组合物。
优选地,所述烷基多糖苷固体制剂的活性物含量大于50%。
优选地,所述烷基多糖苷固体制剂的颗粒度为200-500μm。

本发明提供一种烷基多糖苷的固体形式。该固体形式中加入了甘油脂肪酸酯和黏合剂,制备方法使用喷雾干燥的方式。具有有效含量高,流动性好,颗粒分布均匀,吸水性低的优点。可以直接应用于洁颜粉、洗衣粉、清洁片和固体皂中。

一种烷基多糖苷固体制剂,包括以下重量百分比原料:烷基多糖苷50-95%、甘油脂肪酸酯1-10%、黏合剂10-75%。
本实施例的烷基多糖苷为C4-C18的烷基多糖苷。
本实施例的黏合剂是硅酸钠、糊精和改性淀粉中的一种或多种组合物。
本实施例的油脂肪酸酯包括C8-C16的甘油脂肪酸单酯、二酯的一种或组合物。

APG粉末的制备方法如下:
(1)按表1所述的成分配比将APG和黏合剂在60-80℃下融化并混合均匀;
(2)将甘油脂肪酸酯在60-80℃下融化后抽入乳化锅中,进行高压均质,均质次数5-10次,均质压力为400~1200bar。
(3)将步骤(2)所得液体进行喷雾干燥:温度140-200℃,干燥空气通入量400-800米3/小时。即得。

APG含量测定
检测方法按《GB/T 19464-2014烷基糖苷》中的GC方法进行检测,以已知含量的APG0810,APG 1214作为对照,按外标法计算实施例和对比例中烷基糖苷的含量。结果如表2显示。

从表2可以看出,通过喷雾干燥方式,可以获得高含量的APG粉末,方便了使用和运输。
吸潮性测试
将APG粉末在RT:25℃,RH:75-85%的高湿环境下放置90天,分别于0,14,28,54,90天测定水分。检测方法为干燥失重法。取2-4g样品均匀平铺于干燥皿上,105℃至恒重。水分检测结果见表3。

从表3可以看出,对比例具有很强的吸水性,不利于产品的贮存。APG粉末的吸水性和粉末中APG的含量成正相关。通过调节甘油脂肪酸酯的比例,能够阻止APG和硅酸钠的吸水性。甘油脂肪酸属于亲油型乳化剂,HLB值小于5。它可以包裹在水相液滴外,阻止粉末从环境中吸潮,防止粉末结块。
从表3还可以看出,实施例4和实施例5在有效含量和吸水性参数中,数据优异。
颗粒分布测定
检测设备:Mastersize 2000。检测标准按《GB/T 19077-2016粒度分布激光衍射法》检测。
实施例5的图谱见图2。
APG固体粉末的应用
温和洁颜粉:将APG粉末10-30%、玉米淀粉10-60%、葡萄糖5-30%充分混合均匀后加入热敏性辅料(香精)即得。
环保洗衣粉:APG粉末10-70%、洗涤助剂(碳酸钙)10-35%、金红石5-25%。将APG粉末、洗涤助剂、金红石按配方工艺要求直接充分混合后加入热敏性辅料(香精、蛋白酶)即可。
环保清洁片:取APG粉末70-95%,加入微晶纤维素(MCC)1-8%,润滑剂微粉硅胶3-10%,混合均匀后直接压片即得。

7.一种烷基多糖苷固体制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将烷基多糖苷和黏合剂在60-80℃溶解并混合均匀后,加入甘油脂肪酸酯,进行高压均质,均质次数5-10次,均质压力为400~1200bar,将均质所得液体进行喷雾干燥,即可。
8.一种烷基多糖苷固体制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述喷雾干燥的具体温度为:140-200℃,干燥空气通入量400-800米3/小时。
9.一种烷基多糖苷固体制剂在洁颜粉、洗衣粉、清洁片、固体清洁剂中的应用。
