Abstract
The invention discloses a blanking structure which comprises a bearing part for bearing tableware, an elastic reset structure, a rotating part and a fixing part, wherein one end of the elastic reset structure is connected with the bearing part, the other end of the elastic reset structure is connected with the fixing part, and the rotating part is connected with the side surface of the elastic reset structure.

With the development of the catering industry, an automatic dispenser for tableware is available on the market, but the dispenser is operated by electricity, and if a temporary power failure occurs, the supply of tableware will be problematic.

One end of the first elastic piece is fixed on one side of the first fixed block, one end of the second elastic piece is fixed on one side of the second fixed block, the other end of the first elastic piece is connected with the first supporting piece, the other end of the second elastic piece is connected with the second supporting piece, the first elastic piece is abutted to one side of the first rotating block, the second elastic piece is abutted to one side of the second rotating block, and the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece are positioned on two sides of the non-falling tableware and used for supporting the non-falling tableware.

The third supporting piece and the fourth supporting piece are respectively positioned below the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 5 and 6, a blanking structure comprises a bearing part 1 for bearing tableware, an elastic reset structure 2, a rotating part 3 and a fixing part 4, wherein one end of the elastic reset structure 2 is connected with the bearing part 1, the other end of the elastic reset structure 2 is connected with the fixing part 4, and the rotating part 3 is connected with the side surface of the elastic reset structure 2. One end of the first elastic piece 21 is fixed on one side of the first fixed block 41, one end of the second elastic piece 22 is fixed on one side of the second fixed block 42, the other end of the first elastic piece 21 is connected with the first supporting piece 11, the other end of the second elastic piece 22 is connected with the second supporting piece 12, the first elastic piece 21 is abutted to one side of the first rotating block 31, the second elastic piece 22 is abutted to one side of the second rotating block 32, and the first supporting piece 11 and the second supporting piece 12 are positioned on two sides of the non-falling tableware and used for supporting the non-falling tableware. As shown in fig. 1, when the first rotating block 31 and the second rotating block 32 do not rotate, the first elastic sheet 21 and the second elastic sheet 22 do not deflect angularly, and the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 12 are located at two sides of the non-falling tableware, so as to support the non-falling tableware. As shown in fig. 2, when the first rotating block 31 and the second rotating block 32 rotate counterclockwise and clockwise respectively, the first elastic piece 21 and the second elastic piece 22 are ejected outwards by the first rotating block 31 and the second rotating block 32 respectively, so that the distance between the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 12 is increased, which makes it impossible to support the tableware and make the tableware fall. Therefore, even the tableware which is deformed can fall down and cannot be blocked in the bin.
One end of the third elastic piece 23 is fixed on the other side of the first fixed block 41, one end of the fourth elastic piece 24 is fixed on the other side of the second fixed block 42, the other end of the third elastic piece 23 is connected with the third supporting piece 13, the other end of the fourth elastic piece 24 is connected with the fourth supporting piece 14, the third elastic piece 23 is abutted to the other side of the first rotating block 31, the fourth elastic piece 24 is abutted to the other side of the second rotating block 32, and the third supporting piece 13 and the fourth supporting piece 14 are positioned on two sides of fallen tableware and used for supporting the fallen tableware.
The third and fourth brackets 13 and 14 are respectively located below the first and second brackets 11 and 12. As shown in fig. 2, when the first rotating block 31 and the second rotating block 32 rotate counterclockwise and clockwise respectively, the third elastic piece 23 and the fourth elastic piece 24 drive the third supporting member 13 and the fourth supporting member 14 to approach inwards respectively, so as to catch the tableware dropped from the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 12. And then the first rotating block 31 and the second rotating block 32 are reset to enable the first elastic piece 21, the second elastic piece 22, the third elastic piece 23 and the fourth elastic piece 24 to return to the original positions, so that the blanking is completed while the non-falling tableware is supported. Therefore, a plurality of tableware can be prevented from falling down, and the tableware is clamped in the bin.
