The user needs to put the cold potato to be cleaned into the first circular drum 415, then the motor 43 is started, the rotation of the output shaft of the motor 43 drives the first transmission shaft 45 to rotate, the first rotation shaft drives the bevel gear set 49 to rotate, the bevel gear set 49 drives the second transmission shaft 410 to rotate while the bevel gear rotates, the second transmission shaft 410 drives the worm 411 to rotate, the worm 411 further drives the spur gear 412 to rotate, when the spur gear 412 rotates, the spur gear 412 drives the first fan-shaped transmission rod 413 to rotate, then the user needs to put the high-pressure water gun into one of the high-pressure water inlets 414 for cleaning, the cleaned cold potato is conveyed out through the first fan-shaped transmission rod 413, the user can intermittently put the next batch of cold potato to be cleaned into the first circular drum 415 during cleaning and conveying, the semi-automatic cleaning function is realized, the motor 43 is closed when the cleaning and conveying are not needed, and the high pressure water gun is taken out from the high pressure water inlet 414.
Drying mechanism 5 is including sixth dead lever 51, the circular cylinder 52 of second, heating pipe 53, the fan-shaped material conveying pole 54 of second and seventh dead lever 55, the left and right sides at the rear portion of water vat 1 all is equipped with sixth dead lever 51, be equipped with the circular cylinder 52 of second between the sixth dead lever 51 of both sides, the circular cylinder 52 upside inner wall of second is equipped with three heating pipes 53, be equipped with seventh dead lever 55 between the outer wall of the left and right sides at the rear portion of the circular cylinder 52 of second, the rotary type is equipped with the fan-shaped material conveying pole 54 of second between the middle and the first fan-shaped material conveying pole 413 rear side of seventh dead lever 55.

Based on the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the sludge drying device further includes a sludge mechanism 6, the sludge mechanism 6 includes a third transmission shaft 61, a belt transmission set 62, a sludge collection frame 63 and a leakage net 64, the third transmission shaft 61 is rotatably disposed between the two first fixing plates 2 at the rear side, the belt transmission set 62 is rotatably disposed between the third transmission shaft 61 and the first transmission shaft 45, the sludge collection frame 63 is disposed on the upper side of the inner wall at the rear portion of the water tank 1, and the leakage net 64 is disposed at the top end inside the sludge collection frame 63.
When the first transmission shaft 45 rotates, the first transmission shaft 45 drives the belt transmission set 62 to transmit, the belt transmission set 62 drives the third transmission shaft 61 to rotate, when the cleaning mechanism 4 works, cleaned sludge and sewage drop from the first round roller 415 to the belt transmission set 62, the sludge and water on the belt transmission set 62 are transmitted to the drain net 64, a user needs to put cloth on the drain net 64, so that the drain net 64 has a filtering function to separate the sludge and the sewage, water flows into the water tank 1, when the water quantity in the water tank 1 needs to be drained, the push pull rod 303 can be moved to the left, the pull rod 303 can drive the throttle valve 301 to move to the left, the expansion spring 302 is in a compression state to drain muddy water in the water tank 1, an effective cleaning function can be realized, when the sludge on the drain net 64 is fully piled up, the cloth is taken out, the push pull rod 303 is stopped when drainage is not needed, the expansion spring 302 is reset to drive the throttle valve 301 to move rightwards and reset.
The water bar collecting device is characterized by further comprising a collecting mechanism 7, wherein the collecting mechanism 7 comprises eighth fixing frames 71, third fixing frames 72 and a material collecting box 73, two eighth fixing frames 71 are arranged in the middle of the outer wall of the rear side of the water bar, the third fixing frames 72 are arranged between the rear sides of the two eighth fixing frames 71, and the material collecting box 73 is arranged at the top of the third fixing frames 72.
When the dried cold potatoes are conveyed out by the second fan-shaped material conveying rod 54, the cold potatoes fall into the material collecting box 73, and the user can collect the cold potatoes at the rear side, so that the manual collection time is shortened.
