Detailed Description
The following describes in detail the embodiments of the present application with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth such as particular system structures, interfaces, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application.
The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship. Further, the term "plurality" herein means two or more than two. In addition, the term "at least one" herein means any one of a plurality or any combination of at least two of a plurality, for example, including at least one of A, B, C, and may mean including any one or more elements selected from the group consisting of A, B and C.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a first flow chart illustrating an embodiment of an account checking method according to the present application. Specifically, the method may include the steps of:
step S11: and acquiring the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction detail which need to be checked.
The manner of acquiring the bank deposit journal needing to be checked may be acquired through an integrated interface of a device executing the account checking method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure or acquired in an importing manner. The mode of acquiring the bank transaction detail can be an orthogonal mode or an importing mode. Typically, bank deposit journal is a record of the business side, while bank transaction detail is a record of the bank side.
Step S12: a relationship primary key is constructed for at least one of a bank deposit journal and a bank transaction detail.
The relationship key can be constructed for one of the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction detail, or for both. Wherein the primary key of the relationship may be in the form of a set of several keywords. Wherein the key words constituting a relationship key should belong to one record. For example, if a bank deposit journal includes several records of transfer, deposit, etc., a relationship key needs to be constructed for each record. The keyword attributes selected for each record may be the same or different.
Step S13: and checking data between the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction detail by using the relation primary key to obtain an account checking result.
In the case where only one of the constructed relationship primary keys is to be checked against the table of the non-constructed relationship primary keys. For example, if a relationship primary key is constructed only for bank deposit journal, the data in the particulars of the bank transaction is checked by using the relationship primary key. Of course, if the relationship key is constructed for both of these two keys, the data check between the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction details is performed using the two relationship keys.
According to the scheme, the relation main key is constructed for at least one of the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction detail, so that the data between the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction detail to be checked is checked by using the relation main key, the corresponding data information can be quickly positioned and associated, an account checking result is obtained, and the account checking efficiency is improved.
In some disclosed embodiments, the bank deposit journal includes at least one first record therein. The first record includes a number of data attribute information. The bank transaction detail comprises at least one second record, and the second record comprises a plurality of data attribute information. The first record and the second record here may be transfer records, deposit records, and the like, any records having a change in funds. The data attribute information includes the account number of the party, the amount of the occurrence, the direction, the abstract, the date and the like.
The method for constructing the main relationship key for at least one of the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction detail can be as follows:
at least one of the first record in the bank deposit journal and the second record of the bank transaction detail is respectively taken as a target object. The embodiment of the disclosure is exemplified by respectively constructing the relation primary key for the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction detail. That is, when the relation primary key is constructed for the bank deposit journal, the first record in the bank deposit journal is the target object, and when the relation primary key is constructed for the bank transaction detail, the second record in the bank transaction detail is the target object.
Then, partial data attribute information in the target object is selected as source attribute information. The source attribute information includes the account number, the generation amount and the direction of the user. In other embodiments, the source attribute information may further include one or more of a date and a summary. Then, at least one piece of new data attribute information is added as extended attribute information. Wherein the new data attribute information is not included in the target object. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the addition partner unit is selected as the extended attribute information. The counter party unit refers to a paying party or a receiving party which is different from the generation amount of the account number of the party. That is, the partner unit is a unit other than the own account and the bank. Alternatively, the counterpart unit may be a specific unit name or a unit account number. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the unit name is specific to the partner unit. Because the general bank deposit journal does not include the other party unit, the bank deposit voucher is obtained before the bank deposit journal needing to be checked is obtained, and the other party unit in the bank deposit voucher is extracted. Wherein, the opposite party can be used for constructing the relation primary key. In the process, certainly, the opposite party does not randomly construct the relation primary key with the other source attribute information, and the bank deposit voucher and the bank deposit journal need to be matched firstly to find the corresponding record in the bank deposit journal. The process of matching the bank deposit certificate with the bank deposit journal can be to extract keywords in the bank deposit certificate and match the keywords in the bank deposit journal, certainly, a plurality of keywords can be selected, and under the condition that all the keywords are successfully matched, the bank deposit certificate is considered to be successfully matched with records in the bank deposit journal, so that the opposite side unit in the bank deposit certificate is extracted to construct a relation main key. Optionally, after the bank transaction detail needing to be checked is obtained, transaction running data which does not need to be checked in the bank transaction detail is removed. Wherein the transaction pipelining data without reconciliation comprises transactions in the fund pool. Of course, this part of transaction flow data without account checking is only an example, and other similar fund collection or preset data without account checking can be eliminated. No particular provision is made here regarding transaction flow data that does not require reconciliation.
And finally, combining the source attribute information and the extended attribute information to obtain a corresponding relation primary key of the target object. The expression form of the relationship primary key corresponding to the specific target object may be as follows: the account number of the present party-the unit of the opposite party-the generation amount-the direction. The data checking precision of the relation primary key is improved by constructing the relation primary key by combining the source data attribute information and the extended data attribute information.
As described above, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, corresponding primary keys are established for the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction details. Specifically, a first relation primary key is constructed for a first record in the bank deposit volume, and a second relation primary key is constructed for a second record in the bank transaction detail. The first relationship primary key and the second relationship primary key include the same data attribute, but in another embodiment, the first relationship primary key and the second relationship primary key may include different data attributes. The account checking result comprises a bank balance adjusting table, wherein the bank balance adjusting table comprises available balance and a first outstanding money. The bank balance adjusting table is a comparison table, covers the total balance of the enterprise and the bank, and correspondingly adjusts according to the non-collection of the bank receiving enterprise and the non-collection of the cash of the enterprise, the non-payment of the bank paying enterprise and the non-payment of the bank paying bank in the form to obtain the available balance. The available balance is the actual available deposit amount of the enterprise after account checking and balance adjustment. The first outstanding money mainly comprises related records of the non-payment of the bank and the cash of the enterprise, and the non-payment of the bank and the payment of the enterprise.
In the case of constructing two kinds of relationship main keys, there are at least two ways of checking the data between the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction details by using the relationship main key: and the other one is to match the first relation key with the second relation key to obtain a bank balance adjustment table. In this case, the data attribute information included in the first relation primary key and the second relation primary key is the same. The successful matching determination method may be that the two relationship primary keys are determined to be successfully matched under the condition that all the data attribute information in the two relationship primary keys are successfully matched. The successful matching identification modes among the data attribute information can all be considered to be successful under the condition of one hundred percent of the same rate, and of course, different successful matching identification modes can be determined for different data attribute information, for example, the one hundred percent of the same rate among the contents such as the generation amount, the direction, the account number of the local side and the like, and the unit of the opposite side can identify successful matching under the condition that the same rate is greater than or equal to the preset same rate, and the preset same rate can also be specifically set according to requirements. Of course, if the relation key includes the abstract, the same rate may be preset for the abstract, wherein the manner of obtaining the abstract from the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction details may be a user-defined extraction, for example, the user-defined extraction starts from the number one word, and how many words in total are extracted as the abstract in the relation key. The other method is that the first relation primary key is matched with a second record in the bank transaction detail to obtain a first check result, and the second relation primary key is matched with the first record in the bank deposit journal to obtain a second check result. And then combining the first check result and the second check result to obtain a bank balance adjustment table. The method and the device have the advantages that the relation main keys are respectively constructed for the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction detail, and then account checking is carried out by utilizing the two relation main keys, so that the accuracy of account checking is improved.
In the two verification methods, one of the contents to be matched is used as a matching object, and the other content is used as an object to be matched. The content of the party as the matching object is a first relation primary key or a second relation primary key. And respectively matching each data attribute information in the matched object with the data attribute information corresponding to the object to be matched. For example, the first relationship primary key is used as a matching object, the second relationship primary key is used as an object to be matched, each data attribute information in the first relationship primary key is respectively matched with each data attribute information in the second relationship primary key, that is, the own account number in the first relationship primary key is matched with the own account number in the second relationship primary key, the generation amount in the first relationship primary key is matched with the generation amount in the second relationship primary key, and the like. And under the condition that all the data attribute information in the matching object is successfully matched, the matching object and the object to be matched are considered to be successfully matched. And taking the record corresponding to the matched object and the record corresponding to the object to be matched as the reached money. For example, if one of the first relationship primary keys is considered to be successfully matched with the other second relationship primary key, the first record corresponding to the first relationship primary key and the second record corresponding to the second relationship primary key are considered to be the money reached. The payment is the payment which is paid by the bank and the payment enterprises. Otherwise, the matching object and the record corresponding to the object to be matched are used as the first outstanding money. In the above example, the first record corresponding to the remaining first relationship primary key which is not successfully matched and the second record corresponding to the remaining second relationship primary key which is not successfully matched are used as the first outstanding money. The relation primary key is determined to be successfully matched only under the condition that all data attribute information in the relation primary key is successfully matched, so that error matching is reduced, and the accuracy of account checking is improved.
In some disclosed embodiments, the relationship primary keys include a third relationship primary key and a fourth relationship primary key of the same target object. The target object is a first record of a bank deposit journal or a second record of bank transaction details. For the related content of the first record and the second record, please refer to the above description, which is not repeated herein. The third relation primary key comprises all data attribute information in the fourth relation primary key, and the data attribute information included in the third relation primary key is more than the data attribute information included in the fourth relation primary key. Optionally, the third relation primary key has at least one data attribute information of date and summary more than the fourth relation primary key. For example, the third relationship primary key is the date-abstract-the current account-the opposite account-the generation amount-direction, and the fourth relationship primary key is the current account-the opposite account-the generation amount-direction. As can be seen, the content included in the third-relationship key is greater than the content included in the fourth-relationship key, that is, the accuracy of account checking using the third-relationship key is higher than the accuracy of account checking using the fourth-relationship key, and the matching success rate using the third-relationship key is lower than the matching success rate using the fourth-relationship key. Alternatively, for bank deposit journal or bank transaction detail, the number of third relationship primary keys constructed is generally greater than the number of fourth relationship primary keys. That is, the fourth relational primary key is not constructed for each of the first record or the second record. In order to save the time and other costs for constructing the fourth relationship primary key, the fourth relationship primary key may be constructed for the remaining third relationship primary keys only when the third relationship primary key performs account checking to obtain a third checking result and the third checking result satisfies a preset condition. For a specific manner of checking the account by using the third relationship key and the fourth relationship key, please refer to the following example.
The specific manner of checking the account using the third relationship primary key and the fourth relationship primary key may be: and checking the data between the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction detail by using the third relation primary key to obtain a third checking result. And under the condition that the third check result meets the preset condition, checking the data between the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction detail by using a fourth relation primary key to obtain a fourth check result. And the combination of the third checking result and the fourth checking result is used as an account checking result. Optionally, the preset condition is the presence of a second outstanding money. The second outstanding money includes data that is present only in the bank deposit journal or the bank transaction details. Specifically, the presence of the second outstanding item means a case where the third relation primary key for matching is left and data in the object to be matched is also left. For example, the third relationship primary key for matching is constructed for the bank deposit journal, at this time, the object to be matched is the bank transaction detail, and the data in the object to be matched is the second record, that is, in this case, the third relationship primary key remains and the second record remains, and the second outstanding money is considered to exist. The fourth checking result may be obtained by checking the data between the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction statement using the fourth relationship primary key, and the fourth checking result may be obtained by checking the second outstanding money using the fourth relationship primary key. Specifically, the remaining data in the object to be matched is matched by using the fourth relationship primary keys corresponding to the remaining third relationship primary keys. In the above example, if the third relationship primary key constructed for the bank deposit journal is left and the second record in the bank transaction detail is also left, the remaining second record is checked by using the fourth relationship primary key corresponding to the remaining third relationship primary key.
As described above, the relationship primary key may be constructed for at least one of the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction particulars, or may be constructed for both of them. And under the condition that only one of the construction relation primary keys is used, matching the data in the other object by using the third relation primary key, and under the condition that the third relation primary key is remained and the data in the other object is remained, matching the remaining data in the other object by using the fourth relation primary key corresponding to the remaining third relation primary key so as to obtain a final account checking result. Of course, in the case of constructing the relationship key for both, there are two ways of checking the data between the bank deposit journal and the bank transaction details by using the relationship key, in the first checking way, matching between two third relationship keys is performed first, and if there is a remainder for both the third relationship keys, matching between the fourth relationship keys corresponding to the remaining third relationship keys is performed to obtain the final account checking result. In the second checking method, the second record in the bank transaction specification is matched by using the third relationship primary key corresponding to the bank deposit journal, the remaining second record is matched by using the fourth relationship primary key corresponding to the remaining third relationship primary key when both the third relationship primary key and the second record are remaining, similarly, the first record in the bank deposit journal is matched by using the third relationship primary key corresponding to the bank transaction specification, the remaining first record is matched again by using the fourth relationship primary key corresponding to the remaining third relationship primary key when both the third relationship primary key and the first record are remaining, and then the final account checking result is obtained by integrating the results obtained by the respective matching.
