Abstract
The application discloses a method, a device and a medium for canceling an internal transaction certificate based on service management dimensionality. Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of financial management information technology, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for canceling an internal transaction voucher based on a business management dimension, and a computer storage medium.
Background
The internal association transaction generally refers to the transactions occurring between a parent company and a subsidiary company, and between a subsidiary company and a subsidiary company, within a corporate group consisting of the parent company and all of its subsidiary companies, such as: internal buying and selling, equity investment and the like between parent companies and subsidiary companies in the group. When a group issues a combined financial statement, the internal transaction business in the group enterprise requires the combined cancellation processing on the accounting system.

On the other hand, with the requirement on data quality increasing more and more, more and more group enterprises adopt the account-combining method to combine the financial statements, and the account-combining method has the advantages of high data accuracy, high combining efficiency, strong data traceability and the like compared with the original manual table-combining method, but still has some defects, such as: the account and combination method can only reach the level of meeting accounting subjects at present and cannot be embodied in the service dimension carried by the voucher. After the internal transaction voucher is identified from the accounting voucher of the group, an internal association transaction voucher generated by both transaction parties based on the same internal transaction business needs to be further identified from the internal transaction voucher so as to be capable of being subsequently cancelled based on the internal association transaction voucher.
Specifically, the internal transaction certificates of the two transaction parties with the same amount are used as the internal associated transaction certificates, wherein the matching transaction units, the accounting subjects and the lending directions are opposite.

Then internal transaction credential 001 and internal transaction credential 002 may be determined to be internal associated transaction credentials based on the matching rules.
When the internal transaction voucher of one party of the transaction matches a plurality of (greater than or equal to 2) internal transaction vouchers of the other party of the transaction, the internal association transaction voucher can be further determined according to the uploading time of the internal transaction voucher. For example, an internal transaction credential of another party to the transaction that is closer in time to the upload of the internal transaction credential of the one party to the transaction is determined as the internally associated transaction credential.
S14: and matching the transaction data in the internal associated transaction certificate with the cancellation scheme table to match out a corresponding cancellation scheme.
In this embodiment, different offset schemes are stored in advance. The cancellation scheme is determined by matching the transaction data in the internally associated transaction document with the accounting subject and the loan direction in the cancellation scheme table. The offset scheme table stores the association relationship between the offset scheme and the accounting subject and the loan direction. The structure of the offset scheme table is shown in table 2.

In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

Claims (10)
1. A method for internal transaction credential cancellation based on business management dimensions, the method comprising:
identifying the internal transaction voucher from accounting vouchers of a group; the internal transaction voucher comprises business management dimension data, transaction data and a voucher identifier;
extracting the service management dimension data and the certificate identification to a service management dimension table;
checking the to-and-fro transaction data, and taking two internal transaction certificates of which the to-and-fro transaction data are matched with each other as internal associated transaction certificates;
matching the transaction data in the internal correlation transaction voucher with a cancellation scheme table to match a corresponding cancellation scheme;
and extracting the transaction data in the internal associated transaction certificate and the service management dimension data in the service management dimension table determined according to the certificate identification in the internal associated transaction certificate into the cancellation scheme so as to generate a service dimension cancellation certificate.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracting the business management dimension data and the credential identification into a business dimension table further comprises:
and extracting the service management dimension data in other data tables of the group into the service management dimension table based on the service management dimension data.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to identifying the internal transaction document from the accounting document, comprising:
receiving a definition instruction of a dimension name, a dimension type and whether the dimension name and the dimension type of a business management dimension are in an accounting document;
and responding to the definition instruction, and generating the service management dimension table.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the transaction data includes accounting and units of contact, and wherein identifying an internal transaction document from accounting documents comprises:
judging whether the accounting subjects in the accounting document are target current subjects or not;
if the accounting subjects are target current subjects, judging whether the current units are internal current units or not;
and if the unit of communication is an internal unit of communication, determining that the accounting document is an internal transaction document.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the transaction data includes a unit of transaction, an accounting, a direction of loan and an amount, and the checking the transaction data to match the transaction data with two internal transaction certificates as internal associated transaction certificates comprises:
and matching the internal transaction certificates of the two transaction parties with the same amount and the opposite directions of the current units, the accounting subjects and the lending as internal associated transaction certificates.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the transaction data includes accounting and lending directions, and the matching of the transaction data in the internally associated transaction document with the table of cancellation schemes to match out a corresponding cancellation scheme comprises:
extracting accounting subjects and lending directions in the internal associated transaction voucher;
matching in the offset scenario table using the accounting subject and the loan direction; wherein, the offset scheme table stores the association relationship between the offset scheme and the accounting subjects and the loan direction;
and if the accounting subjects are consistent with the accounting subjects and the borrowing directions corresponding to the offsetting schemes in the offsetting scheme table and the borrowing directions, determining the offsetting scheme to be the offsetting scheme of the internal associated transaction voucher.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the cancellation scheme table further includes whether dimensions are matched, and before extracting the transaction data in the internal associated transaction certificate and the service management dimension data in the service dimension table determined according to the certificate identifier in the internal associated transaction certificate into the cancellation scheme to generate the service dimension cancellation certificate, the method further includes:
obtaining a mark of whether the cancellation scheme matches the dimension;
and if the mark of whether the dimension is matched is yes, generating the service dimension cancellation voucher.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein after extracting the transaction data in the internal association transaction certificate and the service management dimension data in the service management dimension table determined according to the certificate identifier in the internal association transaction certificate into the cancellation scheme to generate a service dimension cancellation certificate, the method comprises:
and summarizing the business dimension cancellation voucher to obtain a summarized cancellation voucher.
9. An internal transaction credential cancellation device based on a business management dimension, the device comprising a processor and a memory; the processor is coupled to the memory and, in operation, executes instructions to cooperate with the memory to implement the internal transaction credential cancellation method based on business management dimension of any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer storage medium storing a computer program executed to implement the steps of the internal transaction credential cancellation method based on business management dimensions of any one of claims 1 to 8.
