The account checking method and the account checking device can automatically and quickly check the account keeping data of the enterprise and the transaction data of the bank, improve the account checking efficiency, simultaneously, do not need manual account checking, reduce the overall cost required by account checking, reduce the manual error of account checking, and improve the accuracy of account checking data.
For the above embodiments, the present application provides an automatic reconciliation device, please refer to fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a first embodiment of the automatic reconciliation device of the present application. The automatic reconciliation device 300 comprises: an acquisition module 310 and a reconciliation module 320. In this embodiment, the automatic reconciliation device may be a robot that realizes Robot Process Automation (RPA), or may be another terminal, such as a computer, and is not limited herein.
The obtaining module 310 is configured to obtain transaction data of the enterprise from the target bank after receiving the preset reconciliation instruction, and obtain accounting data of the enterprise corresponding to the target bank.
In some embodiments, the obtaining module 310 is configured to obtain transaction data of a business from a target bank, and includes: and acquiring a transaction record of the enterprise from the target bank, and extracting first reconciliation information from the transaction record to obtain transaction data. The obtaining module 310 is configured to obtain billing data of the enterprise corresponding to the target bank, and includes: and acquiring the accounting record of the enterprise corresponding to the target bank, and extracting second accounting information from the accounting record to obtain accounting data. Wherein, first reconciliation information and second reconciliation information include: one or a combination of transaction time, transaction account, transaction amount, transaction remarks and transaction order number.
In some embodiments, the obtaining module 310 is configured to obtain a transaction record of a business from a target bank, including: logging in an online banking system of a target bank, and inquiring transaction records within preset target inquiry time; and download the transaction record. In addition, element extraction can be carried out from the interface for displaying the transaction record so as to obtain the transaction record.
In some embodiments, the obtaining module 310 is configured to obtain the accounting record of the enterprise corresponding to the target bank, and includes: logging in the financial system of the enterprise, and inquiring accounting records corresponding to the target bank within the preset target inquiry time. Under the condition that the enterprise does not have a financial system, the accounting records of the enterprise corresponding to the target bank within the preset target query time can be read according to the preset storage path of the accounting records.
The reconciliation module 320 is configured to collate the transaction data and the accounting data according to a preset reconciliation rule to generate a reconciliation result.
In some embodiments, the reconciliation module 320 is configured to reconcile the transaction data with the accounting data according to a preset reconciliation rule to generate a reconciliation result, including: according to a preset reconciliation rule, comparing the transaction data with the accounting data one by one, namely comparing each transaction data with each accounting data, and acquiring and storing a reconciliation result; and filling the account checking result with inconsistent checking into a balance adjustment table according to a preset filling requirement. Wherein, presetting the reconciliation rule comprises: and judging whether the transaction data is consistent with the corresponding preset account checking information in the bookkeeping data, and if so, determining that the account checking result is consistent.
In some embodiments, the automatic tie-out apparatus 300 further includes a setup module 330 and a feedback module 340.
The setting module 330 is configured to obtain and store first setting information input by a user, and obtain and store second setting information input by the user.
Wherein the first setting information input by the user includes at least one of: the method comprises the steps that a login account and a password of an online banking system of a target bank, a login account and a password of a financial system, preset target query time, a storage path of acquired data and naming rules of the acquired data are set; the storage path is used for storing the acquired data according to the storage path when the acquired data needs to be stored; the naming rule is used to name the file containing the retrieved data according to the naming rule.
Wherein the second setting information includes at least one of: presetting the content of a reconciliation rule, a storage path of a reconciliation result, a naming rule of the reconciliation result, a storage path of a balance adjustment table, a naming rule of the balance adjustment table and the content of a preset filling requirement, wherein the storage path is used for storing the reconciliation result or the balance adjustment table according to the storage path; the naming rule is used for naming the file containing the account checking result or the balance adjustment table according to the naming rule.
In addition, the setting module 330 is further configured to obtain and store a preset feedback mode and feedback information input by the user. The preset feedback mode is an instant communication tool, such as a short message, a mail, a telephone, a fax and the like. The feedback information comprises transaction records, transaction data, accounting records, accounting data, account checking results or bank balance adjustment tables and the like.
The feedback module 340 is configured to feed back at least one of the reconciliation result and the balance adjustment table to the user according to a preset feedback manner. In addition, the feedback module 340 is further configured to feed back feedback information such as the transaction record, the transaction data, the accounting record, and the accounting data to the user according to a preset feedback manner.
The specific implementation of this embodiment can refer to the implementation process of the above embodiment, and is not described herein again.
For the above embodiments, the present application provides an automatic reconciliation device, please refer to fig. 4, where fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a second embodiment of the automatic reconciliation device of the present application. The automatic reconciliation device 400 comprises: a processor 410 and a memory 420, wherein the processor 410 is connected to the memory 420, and the memory 420 is used for storing a computer program, which is executed by the processor 410 to implement the steps of the automatic reconciliation method described above. The automatic reconciliation device 400 of this embodiment may be a robot, for example, an RPA robot for implementing Robot Process Automation (RPA), or may be another terminal, such as a computer, and is not limited herein.
In the present embodiment, the processor 410 may also be referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit). The processor 410 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The processor 410 may also be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor 410 may be any conventional processor or the like. The specific implementation of this embodiment can refer to the implementation process of the above embodiment, and is not described herein again.
For the method of the above embodiment, it may exist in the form of a computer program, so that the present application provides a computer readable storage medium, please refer to fig. 5, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the computer readable storage medium of the present application. The computer-readable storage medium 500 of the present embodiment has stored therein a computer program 510 that can be executed by a processor to implement the method in the above-described embodiments.
The computer-readable storage medium 500 of this embodiment may be a medium that can store program instructions, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or may be a server that stores the program instructions, and the server may send the stored program instructions to other devices for operation, or may self-execute the stored program instructions.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method and apparatus may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, a division of a module or a unit is merely a logical division, and an actual implementation may have another division, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
Units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or contributed to by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic reconciliation method, characterized in that the method comprises:
receiving a preset account checking instruction;
acquiring transaction data of a business from a target bank, and acquiring accounting data of the business corresponding to the target bank;
and according to a preset reconciliation rule, checking the transaction data and the accounting data to generate a reconciliation result.
2. The method of claim 1,
the acquiring of the transaction data of the enterprise from the target bank comprises:
acquiring a transaction record of the enterprise from the target bank, and extracting first reconciliation information from the transaction record to obtain the transaction data;
the acquiring of the accounting data of the enterprise corresponding to the target bank comprises:
and acquiring accounting records of the enterprise corresponding to the target bank, and extracting second account checking information from the accounting records to obtain the accounting data.
3. The method of claim 2,
the obtaining the transaction record of the enterprise from the target bank comprises:
logging in an online banking system of the target bank, and inquiring the transaction record within preset target inquiry time;
downloading the transaction record, or extracting elements from an interface for displaying the transaction record to obtain the transaction record;
the obtaining of the accounting record of the enterprise corresponding to the target bank includes:
logging in a financial system of the enterprise and querying the accounting record corresponding to the target bank within the preset target query time, or,
reading the accounting record of the enterprise corresponding to the target bank within the preset target query time according to a preset storage path;
the first reconciliation information and the second reconciliation information comprise: one or a combination of transaction time, transaction account, transaction amount, transaction remarks and transaction order number.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein prior to receiving the preset reconciliation instruction, the method further comprises:
acquiring and saving first setting information input by a user, wherein the first setting information input by the user comprises at least one of the following: the login account and the password of the online banking system, the login account and the password of the financial system, the preset target query time, the storage path of the acquired data and the naming rule of the acquired data; the storage path is used for storing the acquired data according to the storage path when the acquired data needs to be stored; the naming rule is used for naming the file containing the acquired data according to the naming rule.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the reconciling the transaction data with the accounting data according to a preset reconciliation rule to generate a reconciliation result comprises:
comparing each piece of transaction data with each piece of accounting data respectively according to the preset accounting rule, and storing the accounting result;
and filling the account checking result with inconsistent checking into a balance adjustment table according to a preset filling requirement.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the pre-set reconciliation rule comprises: judging whether the transaction data is consistent with corresponding preset reconciliation information in the bookkeeping data, and if so, determining that the reconciliation result is consistent;
and/or, the method further comprises:
and feeding back at least one of the reconciliation result and the balance adjustment table to the user according to a preset feedback mode.
7. The method of claim 6,
the preset feedback mode comprises the following steps: and adopting instant messaging tool feedback.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein prior to receiving the preset reconciliation instruction, the method further comprises:
acquiring and saving second setting information input by a user, wherein the second setting information comprises at least one of the following: the content of the preset reconciliation rule, the storage path of the reconciliation result, the naming rule of the reconciliation result, the storage path of the balance adjustment table, the naming rule of the balance adjustment table and the content of a preset filling requirement are set, wherein the storage path is used for storing the reconciliation result or the balance adjustment table according to the storage path; and the naming rule is used for naming the file containing the account checking result or the balance adjustment table according to the naming rule.
9. An automatic reconciliation device, characterized in that the reconciliation device comprises: a processor and a memory for storing a computer program for execution by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which is executed by a processor to implement the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
