step S1012: and the service system sends the order information to the block chain, triggers an intelligent contract for the payment order, and stores the order information on the block chain and stores the order information.

step S1022: comparing whether the first order information and the second order information are consistent, if so, entering step S1023; otherwise, the method ends;
step S1023: the payment party requests the service system to execute payment aiming at the order on the block chain, and a first clause and a second clause with atomic operation attributes trigger an intelligent contract of the payment order so as to pay the order on the block chain; the first clause and the second clause are executed simultaneously;
the associated order information module: the business system is used for detecting that the address of the payee has an account, and determining order information and a payer corresponding to the account according to the execution condition of the intelligent contract of the payment order.
6. The blockchain and smart contract based payment apparatus of claim 5, wherein the order credentialing module comprises:
a data acquisition submodule: the payment party is used for sending a request for generating an order to the business system; the business system generates order information;
a certificate storage submodule: and the service system is used for sending the order information to the block chain, triggering the intelligent contract of the payment order, and storing the order information on the block chain and storing the order information.
7. The blockchain and smart contract based payment apparatus of claim 5, wherein the associated business system module comprises:

9. A blockchain and intelligent contract based payment apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising:
the order state updating module: the business system is used for marking the payment state of the order as finished according to the data field of the second clause.
10. A payment system based on blockchains and smart contracts, comprising:
a processor for executing a plurality of instructions;
a memory to store a plurality of instructions;
wherein the plurality of instructions are to be stored by the memory and loaded and executed by the processor to perform a blockchain and smart contract based payment method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
11. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein a plurality of instructions; the plurality of instructions for loading and executing by a processor the blockchain and smart contract based payment method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
