The invention relates to a shutter closing device, which comprises a shutter, a reel, a gravity shaft, a motor reducer, a material level position detection device, a shutter plate, a small reel, a weight, an observation window and a limiting device, wherein the shutter is arranged on the reel; the shutter air closing device adopts layered control of hot air, so that the hot air is not shorted, the maximum utilization of heat energy is achieved, and meanwhile, different grain amounts can be dried; in addition, the device adopts the gravity shaft and the U-shaped air curtain to ensure that no friction is generated between the air curtain and the plane of the air shutter, so that the device can be flexibly lifted.

Background
Crops are various plants cultivated in agriculture, and include grain crops and economic crops (oil crops, vegetable crops, flowers, grasses and trees), and in general, the crops need to be dried after harvesting, especially in the agricultural grain production process, due to improvement of grain varieties, unit yield is increased continuously, and the drying technology is widely applied to the process before grain storage and gradually replaces the traditional airing process. Due to the difference of the grain batch output, the full load of the machine is not just reached every time in the drying process, and the top surface of the grain layer is possibly lower than the heating ventilation pipe; in the drying process, as the impurity is continuously discharged and the volume of grain particles is continuously reduced due to dehydration, the grain top surface of the grain gradually moves downwards and is lower than a heating ventilation pipeline in the drying process, so that a hot air pipe is directly communicated with an air outlet pipe, and hot air is discharged out of a grain dryer by a fan after passing through a grain layer, thereby affecting ventilation and drying of other grain layers and greatly reducing the utilization of heat energy.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention discloses a shutter air-blocking device, which is characterized in that: the shutter air-closing device comprises an air-closing curtain 1, a scroll 2, a gravity shaft 3, a motor reducer 4, a material level position detection device 5, an air-closing curtain position detection device 6 and a small reel 8; the shutter air-closing device is arranged at a hot air inlet of the dryer, an upper air-closing plate 7 is arranged at the position, needing to be kept away, of an air inlet at the upper end of a drying section, a plurality of observation windows 10 are arranged on the drying section to observe the height of a grain layer, a plane is added to the original part at the front end of the air inlet, an air inlet hole is formed in the position of a corresponding air inlet channel on the plane, a partition plate is arranged between every two adjacent rows of air inlet holes in a horizontal mode, and air flow cannot be formed; one end of a wind curtain 1 is fixed at the upper part of an air inlet of a drying section, the other end of the wind curtain 1 is fixed on a scroll 2, a gravity shaft 3 is arranged on the wind curtain between the fixed end and the scroll, the gravity shaft 3 falls down to enable the wind curtain to be U-shaped, the scroll 2 is fixed at the inner side of the top of a front wind cover through a bearing, one end of the scroll 2 is connected with a motor reducer 4, a small reel 8 is arranged at the other end of the scroll 2, a string is wound on the small reel 8, a weight 9 is hung at the lower end of the string, the position of the weight 9 is always kept at the same height as the gravity shaft, so that the weight is a gravity shaft position indication mark, and a limiting device 11 is arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the moving stroke of the wind curtain 1.
The working principle of the shutter air-closing device is as follows: the winding shaft 2 is driven by the positive and negative rotation of the motor to realize the retraction of the air curtain 1, the upper position and the lower position of the gravity shaft 3 are changed, the gravity shaft 3 plays a tensioning role on the air curtain 1 through the self weight and enables the air curtain 1 to be smooth, the air curtain 1 is tightly attached to an air inlet hole under the pressure of air, thereby playing a role of isolating hot air, achieving the aim of efficiently utilizing the hot air and avoiding the loss of heat energy.
The shutter air-closing device is provided with a manual operation mode and an automatic operation mode, wherein the manual operation mode is mainly used for debugging and emergency use, and the automatic operation mode is mainly used under the normal working condition.
In the manual mode, the height of the grain layer can be observed through the reserved observation window 10 on the drying section, so that the height of the air curtain 1 (namely the height of the gravity shaft 3) is controlled through the ascending or descending button on the control box according to the observed height of the grain layer, and the height position of the air curtain 1 can be observed through the sagging weight 9 outside the air inlet cover. When the desired height position is reached, the movement of the windward curtain 1 can be stopped by loosening the button, and meanwhile, as the motor reducer 4 is provided with a braking device, the braking device plays a role in braking after stopping, so that the windward curtain is locked at the stopping position.
Before the automatic mode is started, firstly, manually lifting the air curtain 1 to the highest position, then carrying out grain filling operation, after the operation is finished, manually switching to the automatic mode, controlling a motor to enable the air curtain 1 to descend through a signal sent out by a material level position detection device 5, arranging a device associated with the material level position detection device 5 in an air inlet cover, and after the air curtain 1 reaches a required position, sending out a signal by a linked air curtain position detection device 6 to cut off a power supply of the motor and lock the position of the air curtain 1; in the drying process, the material height is lowered, and the air curtain position detection device 6 at the other height acts again, so that the height of the air curtain 1 is adjusted again. A plurality of sets of material detection linkage devices are arranged on the grain drier, so that the air curtain can be adjusted to various different heights; limiting devices 11 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the movement stroke of the windward curtain, so that misoperation of the windward curtain 1 is avoided.
The gravity shaft and the U-shaped air curtain are adopted in the air closing device, so that friction is avoided between the air curtain and the plane of the air closing plate, and the device is flexible to lift.
