Abstract
The invention relates to a roller shutter air-lock device, which comprises an air-lock curtain, a scroll, a gravity shaft, a motor reducer, a material level position detection device, an air-lock curtain position detection device, an air-lock plate, a small reel, a heavy object, an observation window and a limiting device; the roller shutter air-blocking device adopts layered control of hot air, so that the hot air is not short-circuited, the heat energy is utilized to the maximum extent, and simultaneously, the roller shutter air-blocking device can dry different grains; in addition, the device adopts the gravity shaft and the U-shaped air-closing curtain to ensure that no friction is achieved between the air-closing curtain and the plane of the air-closing plate, so that the device is flexibly lifted.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a roller shutter air-blocking device.
Background
Crops are various plants cultivated in agriculture, including grain crops and economic crops (oil crops, vegetable crops, flowers, grasses and trees), and generally, the crops need to be dried after being harvested, particularly, in the production process of agricultural grains, due to the improvement of grain varieties, the unit yield is increased year after year, and the drying technology is widely applied to the process before grain storage and pretreatment, so that the traditional drying treatment is gradually replaced. Due to the difference of grain batch yield, the full load of the machine is not just reached every time in the drying process, and the top surface of a grain layer is possibly lower than the heating ventilation pipe; in the drying process, because impurities are continuously discharged and grain particles are continuously reduced due to dehydration, the top surface of the grain gradually moves downwards and is lower than a heating ventilation pipeline in the drying process, so that a hot air pipe is directly communicated with an air outlet pipe, hot air is discharged out of a grain dryer by a fan without passing through a grain layer, the ventilation and drying of other grain layers are influenced, and the utilization of heat energy is greatly reduced.

In view of the defects of the background art, the invention provides a roller shutter air-closing device, aiming at solving the problem of heat energy utilization of the existing grain dryer adopting a full-drying section drying process, and providing a layered control hot air, so that the hot air is not short-circuited, the purpose of maximally utilizing heat energy and drying different grain quantities can be achieved.

a roller shutter closes wind device which characterized in that: the roller shutter air-blocking device comprises an air-blocking shutter, a scroll, a gravity shaft, a motor reducer, a material level position detection device, an air-blocking shutter position detection device and a small reel; the roller shutter air-blocking device is arranged at a hot air inlet of the dryer, an air-blocking plate is arranged at a position, needing wind shielding, of an air inlet at the upper end of the drying section, a plurality of observation windows are arranged on the drying section to observe the height of the grain layer, a plane is added to the original part at the front end of the air inlet, air inlet holes are formed in the position, corresponding to the air inlet channel, of the plane, a partition plate is arranged between every two adjacent rows of air inlet holes horizontally, and airflow cannot be formed; the upper portion of an air inlet of a drying section fixes one end of a closed air curtain, the other end of the closed air curtain is fixed on a scroll, a gravity shaft is placed on the closed air curtain between a fixed end and the scroll, the gravity shaft drops to enable the closed air curtain to be in a U shape, the scroll is fixed on the inner side of the top of a front fan cover through a bearing, one end of the scroll is connected with a motor reducer, a small reel is installed at the other end of the scroll, a thin rope is wound on the small reel, a heavy object is hung at the lower end of the thin rope, the position of the heavy object is always kept at the same height with the gravity shaft to enable the heavy object to be a gravity shaft position indication mark, and limiting devices.

The working principle of the roller shutter air-blocking device is as follows: the reel 2 is driven to rotate forward and backward through the motor to achieve the purposes of folding and unfolding the closed air curtain 1, the upper position and the lower position of the gravity shaft 3 are changed, the gravity shaft 3 plays a tensioning role for the closed air curtain 1 through self weight and enables the closed air curtain 1 to be flat, the closed air curtain 1 is tightly attached to an air inlet hole under the pressure of air, and therefore the effect of isolating hot air is achieved, the purpose of efficiently utilizing hot air is achieved, and the loss of heat energy is avoided.
The roller shutter air-closing device is provided with two operation modes, namely a manual operation mode and an automatic operation mode, wherein the manual operation mode is mainly used for debugging and emergency use, and the automatic operation mode is mainly used under the normal working condition.
In the manual mode, the observation window 10 reserved on the drying section can be used for observing the height of the grain layer, so that the height of the air-tight curtain 1 (namely the height of the gravity shaft 3) is controlled by a lifting or descending button on the control box according to the observed height of the grain layer, and the height position of the air-tight curtain 1 can be observed by the drooping heavy object 9 outside the air inlet cover. When the desired height position is reached, the movement of the air-tight curtain 1 can be stopped by releasing the button, and meanwhile, the motor reducer 4 is provided with a brake device, so that the brake device plays a role of braking after the machine is stopped, and the air-tight curtain is locked at the stop position.
Before the automatic mode is started, firstly, manually lifting the air-tight curtain 1 to the highest position, then carrying out grain loading operation, after the operation is finished, manually switching to the automatic mode, controlling a motor to enable the air-tight curtain 1 to descend through a signal sent by a material level detection device 5, arranging a device associated with the material level detection device 5 in an air inlet cover, and after the air-tight curtain 1 reaches a required position, sending a signal to cut off a power supply of the motor by a linked air-tight curtain detection device 6 and locking the position of the air-tight curtain 1; in the drying process, the height of the materials is reduced, and the detection linkage device 6 at the other height can act again, so that the height of the air-tight curtain 1 can be adjusted again. A plurality of sets of material detection linkage devices are arranged on the grain dryer, so that the air-closing curtain can be adjusted to different heights; limiting devices 11 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the moving stroke of the air-tight curtain, so that the misoperation of the air-tight curtain 1 is avoided.
The air-closing device adopts the gravity shaft and the U-shaped air-closing curtain to ensure that no friction is caused between the air-closing curtain and the plane of the air-closing plate, so that the device is flexibly lifted.

A roller shutter closes wind device which characterized in that: the roller shutter air-blocking device comprises an air-blocking shutter (1), a scroll (2), a gravity shaft (3), a motor reducer (4), a material level position detection device (5), an air-blocking shutter position detection device (6) and a small reel (8); the roller shutter air-blocking device is arranged at a hot air inlet of the dryer, an air-blocking plate (7) is arranged at a position, needing wind shielding, of an air inlet at the upper end of the drying section, a plurality of observation windows (10) are arranged on the drying section to observe the height of the grain layer, a plane is added to the original part at the front end of the air inlet, air inlet holes are formed in the position, corresponding to an air inlet channel, of the plane, a partition plate is arranged between every two adjacent rows of air inlet holes horizontally, and airflow cannot be formed; the upper portion of an air inlet of a drying section fixes one end of a closed air curtain (1), the other end of the closed air curtain (1) is fixed on a scroll (2), a gravity shaft (3) is placed on the closed air curtain (1) between a fixed end and the scroll (2), the gravity shaft (3) falls down to enable the closed air curtain (1) to be in a U shape, the scroll (2) is fixed on the inner side of the top of a front fan cover through a bearing, one end of the scroll (2) is connected with a motor reducer (4), a small reel (8) is installed at the other end of the scroll, a string is wound on the small reel (8), a heavy object (9) is hung at the lower end of the string, the position of the heavy object (9) keeps the same height with the gravity shaft all the time to enable the heavy object to be a gravity shaft position indication mark, and limiting devices (11) are installed at the upper end.
