Abstract
本发明涉及膨胀蝶阀设计技术领域及耐磨软密封蝶阀设计技术领域,具体涉及一种高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座,旨在解决现有技术中阀座结构单一,密封性能差形成的问题,其技术要点在于:所述阀座包括基座部及延伸部,所述基座部呈圆环设置,所述延伸部设置有两个,两个所述延伸部均位于所述基座部圆周外侧,并且两个所述延伸部位于所述基座部轴线方向两端面,所述基座部外周位于所述延伸部的内侧向内凹陷形成有限位锁扣沟槽,所述限位锁扣沟槽位于所述延伸部的内侧。通过位于所述基座部两侧端面的法兰密封面,保证了阀座整体的密封性,并通过所述基座部上锁扣沟槽的设置,方便了阀座整体的方便安装,避免安装完成的锁扣沟槽脱落,影响整理蝶阀的应用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及膨胀蝶阀设计技术领域,具体涉及一种高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座。
背景技术
蝶阀是用圆盘式启闭件往复回转90°左右来开启、关闭或调节介质流量的一种阀门,蝶阀不仅结构简单、体积小、重量轻、材料耗用省、安装尺寸小、驱动力矩小、操作简便、迅速,并且还可以同时具有良好的流量调节功能和关闭密封特性,是近十几年来发展最快的阀门品种之一,蝶阀的使用非常广泛,其使用的品种和数量仍在继续扩大,并向高温、高压、大口径、高密封性、长寿命、优良的调节特性,以及一阀多功能发展,其可靠性及其他性能指标均达到较高水平。
而阀座是蝶阀的主要零件之一,阀座装在阀体上,当转轴带动阀板转动时,阀板与橡胶阀座接触,使阀门关闭达到密封的作用,传统的蝶阀阀座结构比较单一,安装后密封效果不好,拆卸不方便,而且传统蝶阀在与阀板配合启闭时由于非必要摩擦较大,因此使用寿命受到局限。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中阀座结构单一,安装后密封效果差形成的缺陷,从而提供一种高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座,所述阀座包括基座部及延伸部,所述基座部呈圆环设置,所述延伸部设置有两个,两个所述延伸部均位于所述基座部圆周外侧,并且两个所述延伸部位于所述基座部轴线方向两端,所述基座部外周位于所述延伸部的内侧向内凹陷形成有限位锁扣沟槽,所述限位锁扣沟槽位于所述延伸部的内侧。
优选的,所述延伸部外侧边与所述基座部外侧边共面设置,并且所述基座部与所述延伸部一体成型设置。
优选的,所述基座部两侧端面分别设置有法兰密封面,所述法兰密封面上包括若干沿基座部圆周环绕设置的锯齿密封线,所述锯齿密封线沿所述基座部的径向排列设置。
优选的,所述基座部内径设置有三维立体数学计算的密封曲面,用于保证所述阀座的密封曲面在启闭过程中减少非必要摩擦,从而大大提高了密封面的使用寿命,同时提供了高效的密封特性。
优选的,所述延伸部的外侧面为与所述基座部表面一致的法兰密封面.
优选的,所述限位锁扣沟槽的深度为2-6mm。
上述所述的一种高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座,其通过位于所述基座部两侧端面的法兰锯齿线密封面,保证了阀座整体的密封性,适用于各种类型法兰,并通过所述基座部上限位锁扣沟槽的设置,进一步稳固了密封面的可靠贴合,并通过所述基座部内径设置有三维立体数学计算的密封曲面,用于保证所述阀座的密封曲面在启闭过程中减少非必要摩擦,从而大大提高了密封面的使用寿命,直接提升了整个蝶阀的应用效果。

请参阅图1,一种高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座,包括阀座1整体,所述阀座1包括基座部11及延伸部12,所述基座部11呈圆环设置,所述延伸部12设置有两个,两个所述延伸部12均位于所述基座部11圆周外侧,并且两个所述延伸部12位于所述基座部11轴线方向两端,在一实施方式中,所述延伸部12外侧边与所述基座部11外侧边共面设置,并且所述基座部11与所述延伸部12一体成型设置。
请参阅图1和图2,在一实施方式中,所述基座部11两侧端面分别设置有法兰密封面111,所述法兰密封面111上包括若干沿基座部11圆周环绕设置的锯齿密封线112,所述锯齿密封线112沿所述基座部11的径向排列设置。在一实施方式中,所述基座部11上设置有贯穿所述基座部11的安装孔113,所述安装孔113用于安装阀轴,所述安装孔113设置有两个,两个所述安装孔113内径设有密封圈121,用于阀轴动密封。在一实施方式中,所述基座部11外周位于所述延伸部12的内侧向内凹陷形成有限位锁扣沟槽114,所述限位锁扣沟槽114位于所述延伸部12的内侧,并且在一实施方式中,所述限位锁扣沟槽114的深度为2mm。在其他实施方式中,所述限位锁扣沟槽114的深度还可以为3、4、5、6中任一数值。所述限位锁扣沟槽114的宽度为所述延伸部12宽度的1/2。
请参阅图2,在一实施方式中,所述基座部11内径设置有三维立体数学计算的密封曲面115,用于保证所述阀座1的密封性。
请参阅图1,在一实施方式中,所述延伸部12的外周为与所述基座部11表面一致的法兰密封面111,所述法兰密封面111上的锯齿密封线112沿所述延伸部12径向排列设置。
本申请所提供的一种高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座,其通过位于所述基座部11两侧端面的法兰密封面111,保证了阀座1整体的密封性,并通过所述基座部11上限位锁扣沟槽114的设置,进一步稳固了密封面的可靠贴合,并通过所述基座部内径设置有三维立体数学计算的密封曲面,用于保证所述阀座的密封曲面在启闭过程中减少非必要摩擦,从而大大提高了密封面的使用寿命,直接提升了整个蝶阀的应用效果。

1.一种高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座,其特征在于:所述阀座(1)包括基座部(11)及延伸部(12),所述基座部(11)呈圆环设置,所述延伸部(12)设置有两个,两个所述延伸部(12)均位于所述基座部(11)圆周外侧,并且两个所述延伸部(12)位于所述基座部(11)轴线方向两端面,所述基座部(11)外周位于所述延伸部(12)的内侧向内凹陷形成有限位锁扣沟槽(114),所述限位锁扣沟槽(114)位于所述延伸部(12)的内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座,其特征在于:所述延伸部(12)外侧边与所述基座部(11)外侧边共面设置,并且所述基座部(11)与所述延伸部(12)一体成型设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座,其特征在于:所述基座部(11)两侧端面分别设置有法兰密封面(111),所述法兰密封面(111)上包括若干沿基座部(11)圆周环绕设置的锯齿密封线(112),所述锯齿密封线(112)沿所述基座部(11)的径向排列设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座,其特征在于:所述基座部(11)内径设置有三维立体数学计算的密封曲面(115),用于保证所述阀座(1)的密封曲面在启闭过程中减少非必要摩擦,从而大大提高了密封面的使用寿命,同时提供了高效的密封特性。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座,其特征在于:所述延伸部(12)的外侧端面为锯齿形法兰密封面(111)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高效密封的新型蝶阀阀座,其特征在于:所述限位锁扣沟槽(114)的深度为2-6mm。
