Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
Example 1
The utility model provides an unmanned aerial vehicle high building cleaning device, as shown in fig. 1 ~ 2, includes base 1, sets up sucking disc mechanism 2, hydrojet mechanism 3 on base 1, sets up in base 1 below and at least one washing dish 4 that is used for wasing the wall, sets up in the support holder 5 of base 1 top and sets up the multiunit rotating vane 6 on support holder 5 adjustably, is equipped with lewis hole 7 on the base 1.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, two lifting holes 7 are provided, both for connection of ropes and cables to the apparatus. The device also comprises a controller 8, wherein the controller 8 adopts a single chip microcomputer, such as an STM32 series single chip microcomputer and the like, and is typically connected with other components.
More specifically:
in this embodiment, the base 1 is preferably a plate-shaped structure, and more preferably a plate-shaped structure having a rectangular overall length. In this embodiment, the suction cup mechanism 2 is preferably composed of a plurality of suction cups 22 disposed outside the base 1 and connected to the base 1 through the legs 21, and as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the number of the suction cup mechanisms 2 in this embodiment is four, and the suction cup mechanisms 2 are disposed on both sides of the base 1 and located at positions near four corners of the base 1. In this example, the supporting leg 21 is fixedly connected with the base 1, and in practice, the supporting leg 21 can be hinged with the base 1 and can swing in the direction perpendicular to the base 1 under the control of a steering engine. This allows the suction cup 22 to be stowed away when it is not necessary to use the suction cup 22 (for example to spray cleaning liquid or to work on non-smooth walls), avoiding interference of the suction cup 22 with the cleaning disc 4. In this embodiment, the liquid spraying mechanism 3 preferably comprises a liquid storage tank 31 fixed on the base 1 and a liquid spraying head 32 extending out of the edge of the base 1 and facing the lower side of the base 1. A water pump is disposed in the liquid storage barrel 31 for driving the cleaning liquid to flow to the liquid spraying head 32 and spray. In practice, the weight of the device can be reduced by connecting the water pipe with the external liquid storage barrel 31, and the endurance is improved. In this embodiment, it is preferable that the cleaning disc 4 is a rotary cleaning disc brush (similar to a disc brush of a sweeper), and two cleaning discs are arranged below the base 1 in parallel.
In this embodiment, the support frame 5 comprises an inverted "U" -shaped main frame 51, an X-direction support beam 52 movably mounted on the top of the main frame 51 and perpendicular to the plane of the main frame 51, and two Y-direction support beams 53 movably mounted on both ends of the X-direction support beam 52, and four sets of rotary blades 6 are provided and respectively mounted on the ends of the two Y-direction support beams 53. The relative rotation speed of the rotating blades on the left side and the right side can be adjusted, or the rotation of the X-direction supporting beam 52 and the Y-direction supporting beam 53 is controlled by the steering engine, and the rotation angle of the two supporting beams is controlled by the steering engine. In use, lateral movement of the device may be achieved using the rotating blades 6. And in the descending process, the air can be blown downwards by adjusting a proper angle to play a role in buffering. The device can also be used for cleaning the wall surface with a non-smooth plane, the air is blown outwards, the device is reversely pushed towards the wall surface, the cleaning disc 4 is prevented from being separated from the wall surface, and the cleaning effect is reduced. In the present embodiment, each set of rotating blades 6 preferably has two rotating paddles (as shown in fig. 1-2, a total of eight rotating paddles).
When the invention is used, the rope and the cable are connected through the lifting hole, and the other end of the rope is fixed on the roof. When the device descends to the bottom of the building from the top of the building, in the process, the rotating blades rotate to provide the acting force resisting the gravity for descending, so that the buffering effect is achieved, and the liquid spraying head sprays cleaning liquid under the action of the water pump in the liquid storage barrel (or the cleaning disc rotates to clean the sprayed wall surface). In the return process from the bottom to the top, the cleaning disc rotates to clean the sprayed wall (or the liquid spraying head sprays cleaning liquid under the action of a water pump in the liquid storage barrel). When the device is close to the roof at last, the direction and the size of the total thrust generated by the rotating blades in the horizontal direction can be adjusted by adjusting the relative sizes of the rotating speeds of the rotating blades on the left side and the right side (or controlling the rotating angles of the two supporting beams by the steering engine), so that the device can move laterally, the cleaning process from top to bottom is repeated, and the whole process is controlled by controlling the single chip microcomputer driving motor.
The embodiments described above are intended to facilitate the understanding and use of the invention by those skilled in the art. It will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications to these embodiments may be made, and the generic principles described herein may be applied to other embodiments without the use of the inventive faculty. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art should make improvements and modifications within the scope of the present invention based on the disclosure of the present invention.
