本发明公开了柔性盖板结构及其生产方法,其特征在于:包括UTG与CPI叠层贴合和贴合后的点胶封止过程,完成UTG‑OCA‑CPI‑OCA‑Hard coating叠合贴合结构,再利用胶水A对贴合产品边缘点胶封止。本发明柔性盖板结构及其生产方法,结构简单,便于生产制作,能够有效地提高整体的抗冲击、耐刮性和耐弯折性能也有效地解决贴合结构在长期折叠过程中出现的膜层间分离、弯折区域边缘破裂、弯折位置出现折痕等问题,具有较强的实用性和较好的应用前景。

Description

一种柔性盖板结构及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于触控屏技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种柔性盖板结构及其生产方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术和高分子化学材料的不断发展与探究,市场上不断地出现柔性材料的折叠屏手机等电子产品。但由于目前柔性折叠屏仍然存在许多缺陷,相关电子产品还不成熟,在实际使用中易出现屏幕折痕、弯折区域破裂、死机等问题。柔性盖板作为折叠屏研究中最重要的一环,得到不断关注与探究,各大研究团队都在力求找到性能出众的材料以满足柔性盖板在耐刮性、抗冲击、光学性能、弯折性能等方面的基本要求,由此掀起了折叠屏有关柔性盖板方面的研究浪潮。
对于柔性盖板的材料,有些厂商曾采用过聚酰亚胺(PI)材质,后期升级产品中也提出采用超薄玻璃(UTG)来满足实际使用。虽然无色透明聚酰亚胺(CPI)拥有更好的弯折性能,但是其也存在着表面易刮伤、容易起折痕、耐冲击性差、易碎等问题;而UTG拥有较好的透过率、硬度高、耐高温等优点,同时它也存在着耐冲击性差、容易破裂等问题。现目前,还没有寻找到单一材料能够解决可折叠柔性盖板的基本要求,因而有研究者提出将CPI与UTG进行结合的方案,形成复合型结构,但现有的复合结构在长期弯折过程中,容易出现膜层间分离、弯折位置出现折痕、弯折区域边缘破裂等问题,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在的问题,提供一种在结构简单,便于生产制作,能够有效地提高整体的抗冲击、耐刮性和耐弯折性能的柔性盖板结构及其生产方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:所提供的这种柔性盖板结构,其特征在于:包括UTG层和设于其上方的CPI层,所述UTG层与所述CPI层之间通过OCA层粘合形成复合叠层,在所述复合叠层边缘涂胶封止。
为使上述技术方案更加详尽和具体,本发明还提供以下更进一步的优选技术方案,以获得满意的实用效果:
所述CPI层上设有Hard coating层。
柔性盖板结构的生产方法:利用OCA层,将UTG层与CPI层进行贴合;再通过OCA层将Hard coating层贴到CPI层表面,得到完整的复合叠层结构;再利用胶水A对贴合产品四周边缘进行涂胶封止操作;最后进行固化。
在对边缘进行涂胶封止过程中,同时用热风枪对点胶边缘进行烘烤。
按照顺时针顺序,依次将四周边缘全部完成涂胶封止。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:本发明柔性盖板结构及其生产方法,结构简单,便于生产制作,一方面能够有效地提高整体的抗冲击、耐刮性和耐弯折性能,另一方面能够有效地解决贴合结构在长期折叠过程中出现的膜层间分离、弯折区域边缘破裂、弯折位置出现折痕等问题,具有较强的实用性和较好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
本发明这种柔性盖板结构,如图1中所示,包括UTG层1和设于其上方的CPI层3,UTG层1与CPI层3之间通过OCA层2粘合,CPI层3与Hard coating层4之间通过OCA层2粘合形成复合叠层,在复合叠层边缘涂胶封止,如图2中所示。
本发明中,在CPI层3上设有Hard coating层4。
本发明贴合优化结构中,OCA层采用的是光学双面胶,具有无色透明、光透过率在90%以上,主要起到贴合连接的作用,厚度为20~35um。
本发明贴合优化结构中,Hard coating层4为硬化层,主要起到耐刮、抗冲击的作用,厚度为10~20um。
本发明柔性盖板结构的生产方法,具体包括以下步骤:利用OCA层2,将UTG层1与CPI层3进行贴合;再利用OCA光学双面胶将Hard coating层4贴到CPI层3表面,得到完整的复合叠层结构;再利用胶水A对贴合产品四周边缘进行涂胶封止操作;最后进行固化。
本发明柔性盖板结构的生产方法,在对边缘进行涂胶封止过程中,同时用热风枪对点胶边缘5进行烘烤。按照顺时针顺序,依次将四周边缘全部完成涂胶封止。采用的胶水A为T-001胶水。
本发明提供了一种能够有效地提高整体的抗冲击和耐刮性能的柔性盖板结构,还提供了一种UTG层与CPI层进行叠层贴合的优化方法。首先,按照UTG-OCA-CPI-OCA-Hardcoating的叠层贴合结构,完成贴合操作,采用OCA光学双面胶实现贴合;然后,再利用胶水A对叠层的四周边缘进行涂胶封止操作,完成对贴合结构的优化;最后,对胶水进行固化操作,从而可以得到封闭的贴合盖板结构。
UTG与CPI叠层贴合和贴合后的点胶封止过程,主要是先完成UTG-OCA-CPI-OCA-Hard coating叠合贴合结构,再利用T-001胶水对贴合产品四周边缘进行点胶封止操作,从而得到封闭完整的复合叠层盖板产品。
本发明中,OCA层2主要起到贴合连接的作用,厚度为20~35um。Hard coating层4(硬化层),主要起到耐刮、抗冲击的作用,厚度为10~20um。UTG层1与CPI层3叠层贴合部分,按照UTG-OCA-CPI-OCA-Hard coating叠层结构,首先,利用OCA光学双面胶,将UTG与CPI进行贴合;再将Hard coating层4的Hard coating材料贴到UTG表面,得到完整的叠层贴合结构,如图1所示。
本发明这种柔性盖板结构,由于拥有UTG作为硬质衬底,所以可以有效地改善CPI太软的问题,同时Hard coating材料在最外层,能够有效地提高CPI材料的耐刮耐磨性能,并且也增强了UTG的抗冲击能力。
贴合后边缘涂胶封止具体是指,首先,利用胶水A先对叠层贴合结构的弯折位置的一侧边缘进行涂胶,一只手涂胶,另一只手持热风枪烘烤边缘,以便于叠层中间的空气排出,以防止四周全封闭后叠层间的空气排不出,导致屏幕中间出现破裂或空气泡;然后,按照顺时针顺序,依次将四周边缘全部完成点胶封闭;最后,对点胶的贴合产品的四周边缘进行固化操作,从而可以得到封闭的贴合盖板结构,如图2所示。
本发明柔性盖板结构的生产方法,一方面能够有效地提高整体的抗冲击性能和耐刮性,另一方面能够有效地解决贴合结构在长期折叠过程中出现的膜层间分离、弯折区域边缘破裂、弯折位置出现折痕等问题,并为柔性折叠屏的贴合方案提供一种新思路、新方法。
本发明柔性盖板结构及其生产方法,结构简单,便于生产制作,能够有效地提高整体的抗冲击、耐刮性和耐弯折性能,具有较强的实用性和较好的应用前景。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,但是本发明并不受限于上述方式,只要采用本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进或直接应用于其它场合的,均落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种柔性盖板结构,其特征在于:包括UTG层和设于其上方的CPI层,所述UTG层与所述CPI层之间通过OCA层粘合形成复合叠层,在所述复合叠层边缘涂胶封止。
2.按照权利要求1所述的柔性盖板结构,其特征在于:所述CPI层上设有Hard coating层。
3.按照权利要求2所述的柔性盖板结构的生产方法,其特征在于:利用OCA层将UTG层与CPI层进行贴合;再利用OCA层将Hard coating层贴到CPI层表面,得到完整的复合叠层结构;再利用胶水A对贴合产品四周边缘进行涂胶封止操作;最后进行固化。
4.按照权利要求3所述的柔性盖板结构的生产方法,其特征在于:在对边缘进行涂胶封止过程中,同时用热风枪对点胶边缘进行烘烤。
5.按照权利要求4所述的柔性盖板结构的生产方法,其特征在于:按照顺时针顺序,依次将四周边缘全部完成涂胶封止。
