Abstract
本发明涉及一种可调节挤压辊式软管泵,包括空心轴,所述的空心轴上有与轴相连的液压调节装置,所述液压调节装置上部有支撑装置,所述支撑装置上设有挤压辊,所述挤压辊中心设有偏心轴,轴承,所述轴的两端由三角板固定,且三角板上设有调节孔。所述空心轴左侧与液压旋转装置连接,且液压旋转装置有进出油口。所述空心轴右侧与联轴器相连。所述空心轴两端由轴承座固定,所述轴承座固定在箱体的侧板上,所述侧板与U型板相连,所述U型板上有固定软管的装置。本发明提供的一种可调节挤压辊式软管泵,根据软管通过不同密度的液体,通过液压可调节挤压辊挤压软管的过盈量,能够有效提高软管的使用寿命,减少电机负载。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,具体是一种可调节挤压辊式软管泵。
背景技术
随着农业技术的不断发展,液态肥作为一种新型肥料,因其生产费用低、肥效高、易吸收、节支增产效果显著、施肥方式方便迅速以及施用过程中可以根据测土施肥方案加入土壤所缺少的微量元素等优点得到了广泛应用。现有技术中的软管泵适用于污水处理、造纸业等工业行业,应用在农业领域的软管泵较少。软管泵在工作过程中,转子与橡胶软管不断摩擦,而且不能根据输送不同密度的液体与出口压力的不同来调节压辊挤压软管的过盈量,使得橡胶软管的工作寿命减少,由于橡胶软管的更换操作起来非常的难,所以急需一种可以根据不同的液体密度以及出口压力的不同,实现可调节挤压辊式软管泵。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可调节挤压辊式软管泵,主要用于一些液体的输送。
实现本发明的技术方案是:一种可调节挤压辊式软管泵,液压旋转装置,轴承座,空心轴,液压调整装置,挤压辊,三角板,U型板。
首先,所述液压旋转装置,一端与转动的空心轴连接,另一端有进出油口,便于调整空心轴内油的压力,有效避免与轴连接处的漏油。
其次,所属轴承座,轴承座固定在箱体侧板上,用来固定空心轴。
第三,所述空心轴为半空心轴,实心一端与电机相连,空心一端与液压旋转装置相连,且空心轴上设有三个孔与调整装置连接,在保证空心轴旋转同时,提供充足的压力。
第四,所述液压调整装置,由活塞和 缸体两部分组成,通过所提供的压力完成上下的移动。
第五,所述挤压辊里有轴承,轴,挤压软管时能够有效减少挤压辊与软管与轴的摩擦力。
第六,所述三角板,所述三角板用来固定挤压辊,且有调节孔,可有效减少液压调整装置所受的轴向力,减少损害。
第七,所述U型板,用来固定软管,保证软管在受到力时不发生位置偏移。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明的技术方案和结构进行说明,以便本技术领域的技术、人员理解。
如图1所示,一种可调节挤压辊式软管泵,包括空心轴12、轴承座13、液压旋转接头3,箱体侧板4,轴承座位于轴的两端,轴承座固定在箱体侧板上,且空心轴左侧与液压旋转接头3相连,液压旋转接头3包括进出油口,箱体侧板4与U型板6和侧板7相连,箱体侧板4和侧板5固定U型板6,U型板6上有固定软管装置5,U型板6与固定装置5共同固定软管,避免软管发生侧向移动,空心轴上有与之相连的缸体14和活塞11即液压调整装置,液压调整装置上有支架18用来支撑挤压辊8,挤压辊与中心轴相连,中心轴9用调整螺母10固定在三角板16上,且三角板16上有调节孔17,调节孔17便于整个挤压装置的移动,且有效减少了由缸体14和活塞11组成的液压调整机构的轴向切应力,延长使用寿命,保证软管泵的稳定运行。
工作原理:
液体输送功能:由电机提供动力,电机通过联轴器与半空心轴12相连,电动机带动空心轴12转动,空心轴上有液压调整装置,支架18挤压辊8。通过挤压辊8挤压软管完成液体的输送。由于工作一段时间软管有磨损或者是输送不同密度的液体。挤压辊挤压软管的过盈量就不一样,可通液压旋转接头3的进油口2输送液压油提供压力,调整整个挤压装置挤压软管的过盈量。在拆卸软管时可通过液压旋转接头的出油口放油泄压。

Claims (4)
1.一可调节挤压辊式软管泵,液压旋转接头(3),其特征在于:所述的空心轴(12)上设有缸体(14)和活塞(11)组成的液压调整机构,所述液压调整机构上设有支架(18)支架上部有挤压辊(8),所述的挤压辊(8)内部有轴承(15)、轴(9),所述挤压辊(8)两侧有三角板(16),所述三角板(15)上有调节孔(17),所述三角板(15)固定在半空心轴(12)上、所述半空心轴(12)左端与液压旋转接头(3)相连,所述液压旋转接头(3)包含进油口(2)和出油口(1)。
2.根据权利1要求所述,其特征在于:在泵正常运转时,可通过液压旋接头(3)的进油口(2)或出油口(1)调整半空心轴(12)里的油压,从而调整与空心轴相连的缸体(14)里活塞(11)的伸出长度从而调节挤压软管的过盈量,且三角板(16)上有调节孔(17)可以使支撑挤压辊(8)的支架(18)往复运动。
3.根据权利1要求所述,其特征在于:三角板(16)上设有调节孔(17)。
4.根据权利1要求所述,其特征在于:半空心轴(12)左端与液压旋转接头(3)相连右端与电机相连。
