The operation flow is as follows: when the container is used, an inclined plane needs to be arranged on the ground, then the container vehicle is driven to the inclined plane, the front part of the container vehicle is low, the rear part of the container vehicle is high, and the inclined angle meets the requirement that the tray 3 can freely slide in the container 1. Then the device is placed at the tail part of a container vehicle, the height of a lifting platform 7 is adjusted to be matched with the height of the container 1, then a spray head 8 on the tray 3 is started, a rope 14 is released through a rope roller 4, and the tray 3 freely slides forwards to the front end of the container 1; then the rope 14 is retracted through the rope roller 4, and the tray 3 is pulled backwards to the lifting platform 7, thereby realizing the disinfection effect of the inner wall of the container 1. Then, goods are stacked on the tray 3 through a forklift or other devices, when the tray 3 is full of goods, the rope 14 is released through the rope roller 4, the tray 3 freely slides forwards to the front end of the container 1, the goods are pushed downwards forwards under the action of the push rod 12, and therefore the goods are stacked in the container 1; the above process is then repeated a number of times until the container 1 is filled.

After the goods on the tray 3 are stacked, the spray head 8 on the lower cross beam 9 is started, and the lower cross beam 9 walks once along the vertical direction so as to spray and disinfect the front side surface of the goods; then the pallet 3 is released to move forward, when the goods on the pallet 3 completely move to the front of the lower beam 9, the spray head 8 on the lower beam 9 is started again, and the lower beam 9 goes along the vertical direction once to spray and sterilize the rear side of the goods, thereby realizing the sterilization of six sides of the goods.
In the optimization scheme, a sensor is arranged at the spray head 8 and is connected with a control switch of the spray head 8 through a circuit.
