The invention is further characterized in that the collecting hopper 22 comprises a bottom plate 225 and second U-shaped barriers 226 arranged along three continuous side edges of one side surface of the bottom plate 225, so that the hoofs are prevented from being ejected out of the corresponding end parts of the bottom plate 225 during pouring; the open end of the second U-shaped fence 226 is close to the guide slope 14, so that the hoof on the bottom plate 225 can be conveniently retracted onto the guide slope 14, and the hoof ejected out of the bottom plate 225 can be retracted onto the guide slope 14 in the process of rear retracting and scraping, so that the operation efficiency is not affected; the hinge joint of the inserting plate 211 and the collecting hopper 22 is positioned on one side plate of the second U-shaped enclosure 226; the width of the bottom plate 225 is slightly larger than that of the insert plate 211, so that the hoofs can be conveniently fallen on the bottom plate 225 during pouring.
The invention is characterized in that the collecting bucket 22 also comprises a chute 224 which is arranged on the other side plate of the second U-shaped surrounding baffle 226 along the direction vertical to the closing plate of the second U-shaped surrounding baffle 226, and a fixed cylinder 22 which is arranged at the end part of the chute 224 close to the closing plate of the second U-shaped surrounding baffle 226 and has the central line parallel to the central line direction of the chute 224; the scraping-collecting plate 23 comprises a scraping plate 231 which is arranged in the second U-shaped enclosure 226, matched with the second U-shaped enclosure 226 and parallel to the enclosure plate of the second U-shaped enclosure 226, a sliding rod 235 which passes through the sliding groove 224 and is matched with the sliding groove 224, the inner end of the sliding rod 235 is fixedly connected with the scraping plate 231, a guide rod 232 which passes through the fixed cylinder 22 and is matched with the fixed cylinder in a sliding way, one end of the guide rod 232 is fixedly connected with the outer end part of the sliding rod 235, and a fifth handle 233 which is arranged at the other end of, a pulling force is applied to the fifth handle 233 in a direction away from the closing plate of the second U-shaped rail 226, the guide rod 232 slides along the fixed cylinder 22, at the same time, the sliding rod 235 slides along the sliding slot 224, so that the scraper 231 scrapes the hoof on the bottom plate 225 out of the open end of the second U-shaped fence 226, and after completion, force is applied in the opposite direction to reset the scraper 231, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, in addition, the force application part of the scraper 231 is far away from the depilating piece 21, and the depilating piece 21 which is not cooled during the scraping operation can be prevented from scalding the operator; when the depilating unit 2 is in a closed state, that is, the depilating element 21 and the collecting bucket 22 are arranged in an up-and-down overlapping manner, the scraper 231 is close to the closing plate of the second U-shaped enclosure 226 and is located between the closing plate of the second U-shaped enclosure 226 and the side plate corresponding to the first U-shaped enclosure 218, so that the scraper 231 is limited, and the phenomenon that the scraper 23 moves during overturning and the working efficiency is affected is prevented.
The depilating device is particularly characterized in that the main conveyor belt comprises an outer conveyor belt 11 and an inner conveyor belt 12, wherein the outer conveyor belt 11 and the inner conveyor belt 12 are provided with parallel and coaxial conveying surfaces, operators at all stations can be conveniently arranged, and no interference exists among all operation steps at the same station, so that the operators can be arranged at all stations on the outer side of the outer conveyor belt 11 and/or the inner side of the inner conveyor belt 12 as required, the design of assembly line personnel and sites is optimized, and the depilating efficiency is further improved; preferably, the guide slope 14 is engaged inside the inner conveyor belt 12, in particular, the operator at the first station i carries out the loading operation outside the outer conveyor belt 11, and the epilation units 2 are all located on the outer conveyor belt 11; the operator at the second station II operates outside the outer conveyor belt 11, and finally pushes the unhairing units 2 conveyed by the outer conveyor belt 11 at the first station I onto the inner conveyor belt 12 for conveying, so that the subsequent treatment is facilitated; and one part of the operator positioned at the third station III is positioned at the inner side of the inner conveyor belt 12 to perform the collecting and scraping operation on the depilating unit 2 conveyed by the inner conveyor belt 12 at the second station II, and the other part of the operator is positioned at the outer side of the outer conveyor belt 11 to perform the resetting operation on the depilating unit after the collecting and scraping operation is completed and finally reset on the outer conveyor belt 11 to perform conveying.
In addition, when the unhairing unit 2 loaded with the hoofs to be unhaired is conveyed to the second station ii, after the operator checks that the unhairing unit is not misplaced, the collecting hopper 22 covers the unhairing member 21, the collecting hopper 22 presses the hoofs to be unhaired therein, at the moment, the operator can turn the unhairing unit 2 up and down by 180 degrees, namely, the collecting hopper 22 is positioned below the unhairing member 21, and then the heating switch is turned on, so that on one hand, the unhairing unit 2 can be turned over in an unheated state, the potential safety hazard is reduced, and on the other hand, the arrangement of personnel at each station can be further optimized.
The invention is particularly characterized in that a first handle 215 is arranged on the side of the end of the depilating element 21 far away from the collecting hopper 22, a second handle 216 is arranged on the end of the depilating element 21 close to the collecting hopper 22, a fourth handle 223 is arranged on the end of the collecting hopper 22 far away from the depilating element 21, and the first handle 215, the second handle 216 and the fourth handle 223 are respectively positioned on the same side of the depilating unit 2; when the depilating element 21 and the collecting bucket 22 are overlapped up and down, the first handle 215 and the fourth handle 223 are close to each other, when the depilating element 21 and the collecting bucket 22 are turned over, the collecting bucket 22 is covered on the depilating element 21 by holding the fourth handle 223 first, at the moment, the first handle 215 and the fourth handle 223 are close to each other, namely, the first handle and the fourth handle can be operated by a worker with one hand, the depilating unit 2 can be turned over by holding the second handle 216 with the other hand, preferably, a chamfer 219 is arranged at the edge of the other side surface of the inserting plate 211, which is close to the opening end of the first U-shaped enclosure 218, and the depilating unit 2 is further convenient.
The invention is also characterized in that the first handle 215, the second handle 216 and the fourth handle 223 are respectively positioned at one side far away from the open end of the second U-shaped enclosure 226, the other side of the end part of the depilating piece 21 far away from the collecting hopper 22 is provided with the third handle 217, in the whole conveying process, one side where the first handle 215 is positioned is always positioned at the outer side of the main conveying belt, the third handle 217 is always positioned at the inner side of the main conveying belt, an operator positioned at the outer side of the main conveying belt covers the collecting hopper 22 on the depilating piece 21 through the first handle 215 and the fourth handle 223, then the second handle 216 is matched for turning over up and down, and the operator positioned at the inner side of the main conveying belt opens the depilating piece 21 through the third handle 217 and the fifth handle 233 so that the fallen hooves slide into the collecting hopper 22; that is, the operators on both sides of the main conveyor belt can close and open the depilating unit 2 without rotating the depilating unit 2 in the horizontal direction, thereby improving the working efficiency.
The special characteristics of the invention are that a plurality of through holes 221 which penetrate through the two side surfaces of the bottom plate 225 are uniformly arranged on the bottom plate 225, the peculiar smell generated in the unhairing unit 2 during unhairing is discharged, and the exhaust system is arranged on the conveying surface of the second station II, so that the peculiar smell is conveniently discharged or collected, and the uncomfortable feeling of operators is reduced; on the one hand, the odor generated during depilation can be reduced.
The present invention is further characterized in that the depilating unit 2 further comprises a hinge plate 24 movably connected to the collecting bucket 22, the hinge plate 24 is engaged with the open end of the second U-shaped enclosure 226 and is hinged to the end corresponding to the bottom plate 225, so as to close the open end of the second U-shaped enclosure 226 and prevent the odor in the depilating unit 2 from spreading out of the depilating unit 2.
Preferably, a torsion spring is arranged on the hinge shaft of the hinge plate 24, during the retracting and scraping operation, the hinge plate 24 is opened outwards under the action of the shoe or the retracting scraper 23, after the retracting and scraping operation is completed, the external force applied to the hinge plate 24 disappears, and under the action of the torsion spring, the hinge plate 24 is reset.
The special characteristics of the invention are that the scraping plate 23 also comprises a protrusion 234 which is arranged at the inner side of the fifth handle 233 and is matched with the outer side surface of the hinged plate 24, when the scraping plate 23 is limited, the protrusion 234 limits the hinged plate 24, the structure is simple, and the limiting effect is good.

Claims (10)

1. A hoof and toe seam unhairing production line is characterized by comprising:
the main conveying belt is in a closed ring shape, and is sequentially connected with a first station (I), a second station (II) and a third station (III) along the conveying direction;
the lower conveying belt (13) is positioned below the main conveying belt and communicated with one side of the conveying surface of the third station (III) through a guide slope (14);
and three depilating work groups performing intermittent rotary motion on the main conveyor belt along the conveying direction; each of said groups comprises several epilation units (2).
2. A hoof and toe seam depilation line according to claim 1, wherein the depilation unit (2) comprises a depilation member (21) and a collection bucket (22) which are hinged to each other at one end, and a scraper member (23) movably arranged on the collection bucket (22) and acting within the collection bucket (22);
the depilating piece (21) comprises a rectangular inserting plate (211), a first U-shaped baffle (226) is arranged along three continuous side edges of one side surface of the inserting plate (221), a plurality of toe separating plates (212) which are arranged on the same side surface of the inserting plate (211) in an array mode and can be electrically heated, an attachment plate (214) is arranged on one toe separating side of each toe separating plate (212), a clamping plate (213) is arranged between each toe separating plate (212) and the corresponding attachment plate (214), and a heating switch which is arranged on the inserting plate (211) and controls the plurality of toe separating plates (212); the butt strap (214) and the closing plate of the first U-shaped enclosure (226) are parallel to each other, and the hinged position of the collecting hopper (22) and the inserting plate (211) is positioned at the opening end of the first U-shaped enclosure (226); the distance between the toe separating plate (21) and the closing plate of the first U-shaped enclosure (226) is smaller than the distance between the corresponding butt strap (214) and the closing plate of the first U-shaped enclosure (226).

The hoof and toe seam depilation line of claim 2, wherein the collection bucket (22) includes a base plate (225) and a second U-shaped fence (226) disposed along three consecutive side edges of one side of the base plate (225); the open end of the second U-shaped fence (226) is close to the guide slope (14); the hinge joint of the inserting plate (211) and the collecting hopper (22) is positioned on one side plate of the second U-shaped enclosure (226); the width of the bottom plate (225) is slightly larger than that of the plug board (211).

The hoof and toe seam unhairing production line as claimed in claim 3, wherein the collecting hopper (22) further comprises a chute (224) which is arranged on the other side plate of the second U-shaped enclosure (226) along a direction perpendicular to the closing plate of the second U-shaped enclosure (226), and a fixed cylinder (22) which is arranged at the end of the chute (224) close to the closing plate of the second U-shaped enclosure (226) and has a central line parallel to the central line direction of the chute (224); the scraper retracting plate (23) comprises a scraper (231) which is arranged in the second U-shaped enclosure (226), matched with the second U-shaped enclosure and parallel to the second U-shaped enclosure (226) and a sealing plate, a sliding rod (235) which penetrates through the sliding groove (224) and is matched with the sliding groove, the inner end of the sliding rod is fixedly connected with the scraper (231), a guide rod (232) which penetrates through the fixed cylinder (22) and is in sliding fit with the fixed cylinder, and one end of the guide rod is fixedly connected with the outer end of the sliding rod (235), and a fifth handle (233) arranged at the other end of the guide rod (232).
5. A toe-seam depilation process line according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the main conveyor comprises an outer conveyor (11) and an inner conveyor (12) arranged coaxially with a flush conveying surface.

A toe seam depilation process line according to claim 5, wherein a first handle (215) is provided at a side of the end of the depilating element (21) remote from the collecting hopper (22), a second handle (216) is provided at a side of the depilating element (21) close to the collecting hopper (22), a fourth handle (223) is provided at a side of the collecting hopper (22) remote from the depilating element (21), and the first handle (215), the second handle (216) and the fourth handle (223) are respectively located at a same side of the depilation unit (2); when the depilating element (21) and the collecting bucket (22) are arranged in an up-and-down overlapping manner, the first handle (215) and the fourth handle (223) are adjacent to each other.
7. The hoof and toe seam unhairing process line as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first handle (215), the second handle (216) and the fourth handle (223) are respectively located on one side away from the open end of the second U-shaped fence (226), and the other side of the end of the unhairing piece (21) away from the collecting hopper (22) is provided with a third handle (217).

A hoof and toe seam unhairing production line as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 7, wherein the bottom plate (225) is uniformly provided with a plurality of through holes (221) penetrating through two side surfaces of the bottom plate, and an air exhaust system is arranged on a conveying surface of the second station (II).

A hoof-and-toe depilating line as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 8, wherein the depilating unit (2) further comprises a hinged plate (24) movably connected with the collecting hopper (22), the hinged plate (24) is matched with the open end of the second U-shaped enclosure (226) and is hinged with the corresponding end of the bottom plate (225).
10. The hoof and toe seam depilation line of claim 9, wherein the squeegee blade (23) further includes a projection (234) provided on an inner side of the fifth handle (233) to be engaged with an outer side surface of the hinge plate (24).
