Abstract

一种高强度板材的生产工艺,所述工艺包括以下步骤:S1:基础层的材料和加强层的材料分别在相对设置的挤出机中高温熔化,所述基础层的材料中加入碳纤维和芳纶纤维;S2:相对设置的挤出机分别输出液体状态的基础层和加强层汇合;S3:液体状态的基础层和加强层同时溶合形成板材。本发明高强度的板材通过在基础层上增加设置加强层,加强层提高了板材的强度,延长了使用寿命。加强层为编织布,编织布的成本低,强度高,基础层为蜂窝板、中空板或石基复合板,基础层和加强层热压成型,工艺简单,成型效率高。

一种高强度板材的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强度板材的生产工艺。
背景技术
在物流、仓储等行业,经常会用到体积较大的箱体,使用纸箱的话,纸箱为一次性耗材,无法循环利用,不环保,现在很多企业已经使用循环箱替代纸箱,循环箱可循环回收使用,对环境更加友好。现有的循环箱的材质都是蜂窝料,蜂窝料材质使用时间过久后,容易折断,而且循环箱从高处跌落时,箱体容易破裂。大多物流领域的板材使用1-2年后就报废,造成资源的浪费,不利于环保。废旧塑料进入环境后,由于其很难降解,造成长期的、深层次的生态环境问题,废旧塑料包装物混在土壤中,影响农作物吸收养分和水分,将导致农作物减产;而且容易滋生细菌,污染地下水。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于制造包装箱的高强度板材的生产工艺。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种高强度板材的生产工艺,所述工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:基础层的材料和加强层的材料分别在相对设置的挤出机中高温熔化,所述基础层的材料中加入碳纤维和芳纶纤维;
S2:相对设置的挤出机分别输出液体状态的基础层和加强层汇合;
S3:液体状态的基础层和加强层同时溶合形成板材。
一种高强度的板材,板材包括基础层和加强层,基础层和加强层热压成型,所述加强层的材质为碳纤维布、芳纶纤维布、玻纤布、编织布、无纺布或塑料膜,所述基础层为蜂窝板、中空板或石基复合板。
优选为,所述板材包括一层基础层和一层加强层。
优选为,所述板材包括两层基础层和位于两基础层之间的加强层。
优选为,所述板材包括一层基础层和位于基础层两侧的加强层。
与现有技术相比,本发明高强度的板材通过在基础层上增加设置加强层,加强层提高了板材的强度,延长了使用寿命。加强层为编织布,编织布的成本低,强度高,基础层为蜂窝板、中空板或石基复合板,基础层和加强层热压成型,工艺简单,成型效率高。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,包装箱由板材拼接而成,包装箱包括箱体11和设置在箱体11上的顶盖12,顶盖12的末端设置有弧形板,弧形板上设置有卡扣121,箱体11的两侧顶部分别设置有左盖板13和右盖板14,左盖板13上设置有多个缺口131,右盖板14上设置有多个与缺口131拔插配合的凸起141,箱体11的前方设置有与卡扣121配合的锁扣113,箱体11的两侧设置有提带114。箱体11的底部和两侧均设置有折痕,从而在收纳时,可以折叠包装箱减小收纳空间。
箱体11的左右两侧中间以及左盖板13和右盖板14的中间设置有折叠线,收纳包装箱时,能够将箱体11沿着折叠线折叠,折叠后的包装箱占用空间小,方便收纳储存。
封存箱体时,首先将左盖板13和右盖板14相向配合,使凸起141插入缺口131中,然后合上顶盖12,将卡扣121扣合在锁扣113上,能够有效防止偷盗人员将手从顶盖12与箱体11的顶部缝隙处伸入箱体11中偷盗物品。
实施例1:
如图2所示:板材包括一层基础层111和一层加强层112,加强层112的材质为碳纤维布、芳纶纤维布、玻纤布、编织布、无纺布或塑料膜,基础层111为蜂窝板、中空板或石基复合板。
实施例2:
如图3所示:板材包括两层基础层111和位于两基础层111之间的加强层112,加强层112的材质为碳纤维布、芳纶纤维布、玻纤布、编织布、无纺布或塑料膜,基础层111为蜂窝板、中空板或石基复合板。
实施例3:
如图4所示:板材包括一层基础层111和位于基础层111两侧的加强层112,加强层112的材质为碳纤维布、芳纶纤维布、玻纤布、编织布、无纺布或塑料膜,基础层111为蜂窝板、中空板或石基复合板。
高强度的板材的生产工艺如下:
基础层111的材料和加强层112的材料分别在相对设置的挤出机中高温熔化,所述基础层111的材料中加入碳纤维和芳纶纤维;
相对设置的挤出机分别输出液体状态的基础层111和加强层112汇合;
液体状态的基础层111和加强层112同时溶合形成板材;
基础层111的材料和加强层112的材料在融化为液体状态后,在高温状态热压成型。
加强层112提高了板材的强度,防止基础层111折断破裂。
本发明高强度的板材通过在基础层111上增加设置加强层112,加强层112提高了板材的强度,延长了使用寿命。加强层112为编织布,编织布的成本低,强度高,基础层111为蜂窝板、中空板或石基复合板,基础层111和加强层112热压成型,工艺简单,成型效率高,延长了板材的使用寿命,能够使用5-8年,保护了环境的同时避免了资源的浪费。

1.一种高强度板材的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:基础层(111)的材料和加强层(112)的材料分别在相对设置的挤出机中高温熔化,所述基础层(111)的材料中加入碳纤维和芳纶纤维;
S2:相对设置的挤出机分别输出液体状态的基础层(111)和加强层(112)汇合;
S3:液体状态的基础层(111)和加强层(112)同时溶合形成板材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度板材的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述板材包括基础层(111)和加强层(112),所述基础层(111)和加强层(112)热压成型,所述加强层(112)的材质为碳纤维布、芳纶纤维布、玻纤布、编织布、无纺布或塑料膜,所述基础层(111)为蜂窝板、中空板或石基复合板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高强度板材的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述板材包括一层基础层(111)和一层加强层(112)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的高强度板材的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述板材包括两层基础层(111)和位于两基础层(111)之间的加强层(112)。
