Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有极高强度的板材,其特征在于,包括板材本体,所述板体内部设有第一加强层和第二加强层,所述第一加强层位于所述板体内部中心位置,所述第一加强层呈方形结构,所述第一加强层由玻璃纤维布多层堆叠而成,所述第二加强层数量为两个,分别位于所述第一加强层的顶部与底部,所述第二加强层为碳纤维布多层堆叠而成。本发明通过复合采用玻璃纤维布与碳纤维布的结构,双重结构,有助于提高板材强度。

技术领域
本发明特别涉及一种具有极高强度的板材。
背景技术
目前,大多数板材需要提高强度时,均采用加强筋或加强板的形式对板材进行改造。但是随着现代社会的不断发展,人们对建筑板材的强度要求也越来越高,简单的加强板或者添加简单的加强筋已经越来越不能满足人们的需要,如何提高板材的强度这一课题也越来越受到研究人员的关注。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种具有极高强度的板材。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种具有极高强度的板材,其特征在于,包括板材本体,所述板体内部设有第一加强层和第二加强层,所述第一加强层位于所述板体内部中心位置,所述第一加强层呈方形结构,所述第一加强层由玻璃纤维布多层堆叠而成,所述第二加强层数量为两个,分别位于所述第一加强层的顶部与底部,所述第二加强层为碳纤维布多层堆叠而成。
一种具有极高强度的板材,其特征在于,所述第一加强层的玻璃纤维布层数为10层。
一种具有极高强度的板材,其特征在于,所述第二加强层的碳纤维布层数为3层。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过复合采用玻璃纤维布与碳纤维布的结构,双重结构,有助于提高板材强度。

1.一种具有极高强度的板材,其特征在于,包括板材本体,所述板体内部设有第一加强层和第二加强层,所述第一加强层位于所述板体内部中心位置,所述第一加强层呈方形结构,所述第一加强层由玻璃纤维布多层堆叠而成,所述第二加强层数量为两个,分别位于所述第一加强层的顶部与底部,所述第二加强层为碳纤维布多层堆叠而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有极高强度的板材,其特征在于,所述第一加强层的玻璃纤维布层数为10层。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有极高强度的板材,其特征在于,所述第二加强层的碳纤维布层数为3层。
