Background
In the face of gradual energy depletion, the international situation is a big environment which is severe day by day. The development and utilization of new energy can weaken the dependence on foreign energy, and is a necessary way for the major country to advance to the strong country. With the recent technological progress of China, large-area photovoltaic panels are already laid in various large areas. Good lighting is required for photovoltaic power generation because cleaner photovoltaic panels are more efficient at converting sunlight. In practice, the surface of the photovoltaic panel is inevitably contaminated with dust when the photovoltaic panel is used, so that the actual lighting is affected. Especially in the northwest where sand wind often occurs, and the cost is too high for manual cleaning due to the large-area photovoltaic panel.

The invention aims to provide a self-cleaning photovoltaic device, which does not need manual intervention for surface cleaning of a photovoltaic panel.
According to the technical scheme, the self-cleaning photovoltaic device comprises a photovoltaic panel arranged at a certain oblique angle, an upper sweeping rod is arranged on the upper side edge of the photovoltaic panel, a lower sweeping rod is arranged on the lower side edge of the photovoltaic panel, the lower sweeping rod can be close to the upper sweeping rod by being attached to the surface of the photovoltaic panel under the driving of external force so as to clean the photovoltaic panel, elastic bags respectively located on the other two side edges of the photovoltaic panel are arranged between the upper sweeping rod and the lower sweeping rod, and the elastic bags provide resetting for the lower sweeping rod.
Compared with the prior art, the photovoltaic panel cleaning device has the beneficial effects that the surface of the photovoltaic panel is cleaned only by driving the lower sweeping rod to enable the surface attached to the photovoltaic panel to approach the upper sweeping rod. Wherein the elastic bag between the upper sweeping bar and the lower sweeping bar provides the lower sweeping bar with restoration.

In this embodiment, the photovoltaic panel 1 is disposed at an oblique angle so as to sufficiently receive sunlight. When the surface of the photovoltaic panel 1 needs to be cleaned, the motor-driven lower sweeping rod 3 is made to abut against the surface of the photovoltaic panel 1 and the upper sweeping rod 2 approaches to clean the photovoltaic panel 1. Wherein an elastic bag 4 located between the sweep-up rod 2 and the sweep-down rod 3 can provide the sweep-down rod 3 with a return.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1.
In the self-cleaning photovoltaic device provided by the embodiment, a fixed compression bar 5 is connected between the upper end of the elastic bag 4 and the upper sweeping rod 2, and a movable compression bar 6 is connected between the lower end of the elastic bag 4 and the lower sweeping rod 3.
In the present embodiment, the upper end of the elastic bladder 4 is connected to the sweep-up bar 2 by a fixing strut 5, and the sweep-up bar 2 is fixed with respect to the upper side of the photovoltaic panel 1. The lower end of the elastic bag 4 is connected to the lower sweeping rod 3 through a movable pressure rod 6, and the lower sweeping rod 3 is movable relative to the lower side edge of the photovoltaic panel 1. The elastic bag 4 itself is a compressible structure, and when the lower sweep bar 3 is driven close to the upper sweep bar 2, the elastic bag 4 is compressed and accumulates elastic potential energy. The elastic bag 4 can thus provide a return of the sweep bar 3 when the sweep bar 3 is not being driven.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3.
The self-cleaning photovoltaic device provided by the embodiment is characterized in that a photovoltaic frame 7 is arranged below a photovoltaic panel 1, two ends of the lower side of the photovoltaic panel 1 are hinged on the photovoltaic frame 7 through hinge shafts 8, the bottom of the upper side of the photovoltaic panel 1 is connected on the photovoltaic frame 7 through an elastic supporting structure 9, a rotating frame 10 is arranged at the bottom of the photovoltaic frame 7, the rotating frame 10 is supported on an underframe 12 through a motor 11 which rotates regularly, an anchor rod 13 is further arranged on the underframe 12, a rope pipe 14 is arranged at the bottom of the rotating frame 10, one end of a lower sweeping rod 3 is connected to the anchor rod 13 through a pull rope 15 which penetrates through the rope pipe 14, a water collecting tank 16 is arranged on an upper sweeping rod 2, the water collecting tank 16 is communicated to a hollow elastic bag 4 through a water supply pipe 17, an extrusion type nozzle 18 facing the photovoltaic panel 1 is arranged on the elastic bag 4, a drain hole 19 is arranged between the upper sweeping rod 2 and the photovoltaic panel 1, when the rotating frame 10 is driven by the motor 11, the pull rope 15 pulls the lower sweeping rod 3 to approach the upper sweeping rod 2, the water in the elastic bag 4 is pushed against the surface of the photovoltaic panel 1 through the nozzle 18, and the sweep-down bar 3, while being pulled, pushes the photovoltaic panel 1 to turn down the photovoltaic panel 1 about the hinge shaft 8 to be horizontal, so that the water on the surface of the photovoltaic panel 1 is drained from the drainage hole 19.
In this embodiment, photovoltaic frame 7 is arranged below photovoltaic panel 1, and both ends of the lower side of photovoltaic panel 1 are hinged on photovoltaic frame 7 through hinge shaft 8, meaning that this photovoltaic panel 1 can be turned around hinge shaft 8.
