People with lower limb dysfunction require external equipment or caregivers to assist in daily ambulatory activities or ambulatory rehabilitation exercises due to limb injuries or limited mobility. In the case of the necessary posture change, the nursing staff needs to support the chest and waist of the patient and correct the posture.

Depending on the function and structure, existing walker products can be divided into 3 categories: a non-powered walker, a functional electrical stimulation walker and a powered walker. The unpowered walker can be divided into two types, namely a walking stick and a walking frame, wherein the walking frame is divided into two types, namely a walking type walking frame and a wheel type walking frame according to the traveling mode of the product. The unpowered walking aid is more flexible and portable, has wider application range and universality, but has the defects of single function and low safety.
