Background
According to statistics, the prevalence rate of the Parkinson disease of people over 65 years old in China is about 1.7%. Parkinson patients exhibit resting tremor, bradykinesia, rigidity of muscles and postural gait disturbance motor symptoms and cause starting difficulties and postural instability and easy falls. The Parkinson patients often need to walk with the help of a walking aid due to the movement dysfunction, however, the limbs of the patients cannot be controlled to shake, the patients do not shake continuously when the walking aid is used, the walking stability of the Parkinson patients is reduced, and the damage to muscles is increased.
At present, no walking aid or walking aid handle special for Parkinson patients exists in China, and walking aids in the market cannot meet the activity requirements of Parkinson patients. Therefore, there is a need to design an anti-shake walker handle for parkinson's patients to assist the parkinson's patients in walking, eliminate tremor when using the walker, and reduce muscle damage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anti-shake walking aid handle for a Parkinson patient to assist the patient in walking, eliminate tremor of the Parkinson patient when the walking aid is used and reduce muscle damage.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
an anti-shake walking aid handle for Parkinson patients comprises a handle, a spherical hinge and a spherical hinge seat, wherein the lower ends of two side columns of the handle are respectively connected with the spherical hinge seat through the spherical hinge and are arranged on any walking aid through the spherical hinge seat; the utility model discloses a portable electronic device, including a handle, a spherical hinge seat, a spherical hinge, two springs, a spherical hinge seat, a handle, a spherical hinge seat, five springs, two springs, a spherical hinge and a spherical hinge seat, wherein, three springs are evenly distributed along the horizontal clearance circumference of spherical hinge and spherical hinge seat complex, two springs are arranged in the bottom clearance of spherical hinge and spherical hinge seat complex, spring one end is fixed on the spherical hinge seat, the other end inserts in the spherical hinge groove, makes the handle provide the upper and lower left and right front and back degree of freedom of movement when the Parkinson patient.
Furthermore, the diameter of the opening of the spherical hinge seat is set to be one half of the diameter of the spherical hinge, so that the rotation range of the spherical hinge is limited within 60 degrees, and the motion range of a Parkinson patient can be met.
Furthermore, the handle is connected with the spherical hinge through a screw pair, so that the handle is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
Furthermore, the spherical hinge seat is formed by combining two hemispherical seats, and the two hemispherical seats are locked by the clamping screws on the two sides, so that the spherical hinge is easy to install.
Furthermore, the handles are also provided with binding bands which can be used for fixing the positions of the hands of the Parkinson patient and the handles of the walking aid.
Furthermore, a set screw is arranged on a mounting hole at the lower part of the spherical hinge seat, and the handle can be fixed on the walking aid through the set screw.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the anti-shaking walking aid handle for the Parkinson patient, the handle is connected with the spherical hinge through the screw pair, shaking of the Parkinson patient is eliminated through the kinematic pair between the spherical hinge and the spherical hinge seat, and the effects of improving walking stability of the Parkinson patient and reducing muscle damage are achieved.
In addition, the rotation range of the spherical hinge can be limited within 60 degrees, and the rotation range of the walking aid which is shaken when a Parkinson patient uses the walking aid is met.
The clearance passes through 5 spring coupling between ball pivot and the ball pivot seat, on the fixed ball pivot seat of spring one end, during one end inserted the ball pivot groove, when the parkinson patient trembles, the handle can be in the removal degree of freedom of providing about from top to bottom, more accords with the tremor activity degree of the parkinson patient, reduces the injury that the tremor brought patient's muscle.
The invention can be installed on any walking aid, the handle can be fixed on the walking aid through the fastening screws on two sides, and the invention is suitable for all walking aids, such as frame type walking aids, four-wheel walking aids and the like, and has strong universality.
The handle and the spherical hinge are connected through the screw pair, and the handle and the spherical hinge are in modular design and convenient to disassemble and assemble. The bandage can be used for fixing the positions of the hands of the Parkinson patient and the handles of the walking aid, is convenient to wear and is simple to use. The spherical hinge seat is formed by combining 2 hemispheres, is locked by clamping screws at two sides, and is easy to install a spherical hinge.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the anti-shake walker handle for Parkinson's patients of the present invention comprises: the handle 1, the bandage 2, the ball pivot 3, the clamping screw 4, the ball pivot seat 5, the holding screw 6, the spring 7.
The lower ends of two side columns of the handle 1 are respectively connected with a spherical hinge seat 5 through a spherical hinge 3 and are arranged on any walking aid through the spherical hinge seats 5; five springs 7 are arranged in a gap between the spherical hinge 3 and the spherical hinge seat 5, wherein the three springs 7 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the horizontal gap between the spherical hinge 3 and the spherical hinge seat 5, the two springs 7 are arranged in the bottom gap between the spherical hinge 3 and the spherical hinge seat 5, one end of each spring 7 is fixed on the spherical hinge seat 5, and the other end of each spring 7 is inserted into the groove of the spherical hinge 3, so that the handle 1 can provide the freedom of movement of the Parkinson patients when the Parkinson patients shake, the shaking activity of the Parkinson patients is met, and the damage of the shaking to the muscles of the Parkinson patients is reduced.
The opening diameter of the spherical hinge seat 5 is set to be one half of the diameter of the spherical hinge 3, so that the rotation range of the spherical hinge 3 is limited within 60 degrees, and the motion range of a Parkinson patient can be met. The handle 1 is connected with the spherical hinge 3 through a screw pair, so that the disassembly and the assembly are convenient. The spherical hinge seat 5 is formed by combining two hemispherical seats, and the two hemispherical seats are locked by the clamping screws 4 at the two sides, so that the spherical hinge 3 is easy to install. The handle 1 is also provided with a bandage 2 which can be used for fixing the positions of the hands of the Parkinson patient and the handle of the walking aid.
As shown in figures 4 to 6, the anti-shake walker handles for Parkinson's patients of the present invention may be mounted on four-wheeled walkers, four-legged walkers and frame-type four-wheeled walkers, the anti-shake walker handles cooperating with conventional walkers to form an anti-shake walker suitable for Parkinson's patients.
The anti-shake walking aid handle for the Parkinson patient can be firmly arranged on the handrail of the walking aid by screwing the fastening screws 6 on the two sides, the Parkinson patient places the two hands on the handle 1 and fixes the handle of the patient on the handle 1 by adjusting the length of the binding belt 2.
When the Parkinson patient walks by using the anti-shaking walking aid, tremor on hands is eliminated through the revolute pair and the sliding pair between the spherical hinge 3 and the spherical hinge seat 5, so that the Parkinson patient is assisted to walk, and the damage of the tremor to muscles is reduced.
After the use, the hands of the patient can be liberated only by unfastening the binding bands 2 at the two sides, and the use is convenient.
