In another embodiment, the buccal multi-bending spring is bent by a stainless steel wire to form a plurality of upper jaw bends and a plurality of lower jaw bends, the upper jaw bends and the lower jaw bends are alternately distributed, the upper jaw bends are positioned on the buccal side of the upper jaw invisible tooth socket, the lower jaw bends are positioned on the buccal side of the lower jaw invisible tooth socket, the free end of the lower jaw bend closest to the anterior tooth area is connected with the reinforcing block, and the reinforcing block is inserted and connected with the bag-shaped structure positioned on the upper jaw invisible tooth socket through the corresponding reinforcing block; the curved free end of the upper jaw closest to the posterior teeth area is connected with the reinforcing block and is spliced with the bag-shaped structure on the invisible lower jaw mouthpiece through the corresponding reinforcing block; or the curved free end of the upper jaw closest to the anterior tooth area is connected with the reinforcing block and is spliced with the bag-shaped structure on the invisible lower jaw mouthpiece through the corresponding reinforcing block; the lower jaw curve free end closest to the posterior teeth area is connected with the reinforcing block and is spliced with the bag-shaped structure on the upper jaw invisible facing through the corresponding reinforcing block.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of the invention provides a buccal multi-curved spring invisible appliance, which includes an invisible orthodontic brace 2 and a buccal multi-curved spring 4.
The invisible orthodontic braces 2 comprise upper jaw invisible braces 21 and lower jaw invisible braces 23, the upper jaw invisible braces 21 are used for being sleeved on upper jaw dentitions of patients, and the lower jaw invisible braces 23 are used for being sleeved on lower jaw dentitions of the patients. The structures of the upper jaw invisible mouthpiece 21 and the lower jaw invisible mouthpiece 23 are substantially the same as those of the prior art, except that in the present embodiment, the pocket structures 24 are provided on both the buccal side of the upper jaw invisible mouthpiece 21 and the buccal side of the lower jaw invisible mouthpiece 23, wherein the pocket structures 24 on the upper jaw invisible mouthpiece 21 are provided in the cuspid area and the bicuspid area of the upper jaw invisible mouthpiece 21, and the pocket structures 24 of the lower jaw invisible mouthpiece 23 are provided in the first molar area of the lower jaw invisible mouthpiece 23. Referring to fig. 3 to 5, a receiving cavity 241 is formed in the bag-shaped structure 24, the receiving cavity 241 penetrates through one side of the bag-shaped structure 24 to form a bag opening 242, wherein the bag opening 242 of the bag-shaped structure 24 on the maxillary invisible mouthpiece 21 faces towards the posterior dental area, and the bag opening 242 of the bag-shaped structure 24 on the mandibular invisible mouthpiece 23 faces towards the anterior dental area. Wherein the "posterior dental area" is defined according to the classification of teeth in the 2 nd edition of "introduction to oral medicine" published by Beijing university medical Press, pages 36-38, including premolar and molar teeth, and is represented by FDI notation of 4-8 teeth and FDI notation of anterior dental area is represented by 1-3 teeth.
In the present embodiment, the bag-shaped structure 24 is a hollow quadrangular prism structure fixedly adhered to the buccal side of the invisible orthodontic braces 2, specifically, the bag-shaped structure 24 includes two bottom plates 243, an end plate 244 and two opposite sloping plates 245, which are arranged in parallel and oppositely, the bottom plate 243 is in an isosceles trapezoid shape, the end plate 244 and the sloping plates 245 are both in a rectangular shape, the end plate 244 is connected to the upper bottom edge of the bottom plate 243, and the two sloping plates 245 are arranged in an inclined manner and are respectively connected to two sloping edges of the bottom plate 243; the bottom plate 243, the end plate 244 and the inclined plate 245 jointly enclose the accommodating cavity 241, and one end of the bottom plate 243, which is far away from the end plate 244, and one end of the inclined plate 245, which is far away from the end plate 244, jointly enclose the bag opening 242. The two sloping plates 245 are obliquely arranged, so that the cross section of the accommodating cavity 241 is gradually reduced towards the direction away from the bag opening 242, and the bag-shaped structure 24 is in a quadrangular structure with one large end and one small end. The bottom plate 243 of one pocket-shaped structure 24 is fixedly adhered to the buccal side of the upper jaw invisible facing 21, and the bottom plate 243 of the other pocket-shaped structure 24 is fixedly adhered to the buccal side of the lower jaw invisible facing 23.
Preferably, the length of the bag-shaped structure 24 is 5-10mm, the mouth 242 of the receiving cavity 241 is substantially rectangular with 5 × 3mm, the end with the smaller cross section of the receiving cavity 241 is substantially rectangular with 3 × 2mm, and the thicknesses of the end plate 244, the sloping plate 245 and the bottom plate 243 are all about 1mm, so that when the bag-shaped structure 24 is fixedly adhered to the invisible orthodontic braces 2, a large foreign body sensation is not generated. The bag-shaped structure 24 is made of resin materials, preferably, the bag-shaped structure 24 is made of the same material as the invisible orthodontic braces 2, and the bag-shaped structure 24 and the invisible orthodontic braces 2 are chemically and fixedly bonded by the same resin materials as the invisible orthodontic braces 2.
Two free ends of the buccal multi-curved spring 4 are connected with reinforcing blocks 40, the reinforcing blocks 40 on the two free ends of the buccal multi-curved spring 4 are detachably inserted into the accommodating cavities 241 of the upper bag-shaped structures 24 of the upper jaw invisible braces 21 and the accommodating cavities 241 of the upper bag-shaped structures 24 of the lower jaw invisible braces 23 through the bag openings 242, so that the buccal multi-curved spring 4 is combined with the invisible orthodontic braces 2, correction of Anshi III-type malocclusion and the like is realized through the buccal multi-curved spring 4, and meanwhile, the teeth are aligned through bracket-free invisible orthodontic.
In the present embodiment, the buccal-side multi-bending spring 4 is formed by bending a single stainless steel wire into three upper jaw curves 41 and three lower jaw curves 42, the three upper jaw curves 41 and the three lower jaw curves 42 are alternately distributed, the upper jaw curve 41 is positioned on the buccal side of the upper jaw invisible mouthpiece 21, the lower jaw curve 42 is positioned on the buccal side of the lower jaw invisible mouthpiece 23, the free end of the upper jaw curve 41 closest to the anterior dental zone is connected with the reinforcing block 40, and is inserted into the bag-shaped structure 24 positioned on the upper jaw invisible mouthpiece 21 through the corresponding reinforcing block 40, the free end of the lower jaw curve 42 closest to the posterior dental zone is connected with the reinforcing block 40, and is inserted into the bag-shaped structure 24 positioned on the lower jaw invisible mouthpiece 23 through the corresponding reinforcing block 40. With this configuration, the vertical distance between the free end of the mandibular curve 42 and the mandibular curve 42 of the buccal-side multi-curve spring 4 and the vertical distance between the free end of the maxillary curve 41 and the maxillary curve 41 can be reduced, and the thrust of the buccal-side multi-curve spring 4 against the protrusion of the maxillary invisible mouthpiece 21 and the thrust of the mandibular invisible mouthpiece 23 against the retreat can be increased, and the buccal-side multi-curve spring 4 is less likely to deform due to stress.
In the present embodiment, the reinforcing block 40 is a quadrangular prism structure inserted into and matched with the bag-shaped structure 24, and includes two bottom surfaces 43 arranged in parallel and opposite to each other, two end surfaces 44 arranged in parallel and opposite to each other, and two opposite inclined surfaces 45, where the bottom surface 43 is in an isosceles trapezoid shape, the end surfaces 44 and the inclined surfaces 45 are both rectangular, one of the end surfaces 44 is connected to a lower bottom edge of the bottom surface 43, the other end surface 44 is connected to an upper bottom edge of the bottom plate 243, and the two inclined surfaces 45 are arranged in an inclined manner and connected to two inclined edges of the bottom surface 43 respectively. Because the two inclined surfaces 45 are obliquely arranged, the reinforcing block 40 is formed into a quadrangular prism structure with a large end and a small end. In the present embodiment, the free end of the buccal-side multi-curved spring 4 is embedded in the end of the reinforcing block 40 having a larger cross section, the end of the reinforcing block 40 having a smaller cross section is inserted into the accommodating chamber 241 through the bag opening 242, and when the reinforcing block 40 is inserted into the accommodating chamber 241, the two inclined surfaces 45 can be in parallel contact with the inner walls of the two sloping plates 245, respectively, and the end surface 44 of the reinforcing block 40 having a smaller cross section can be in contact with the inner wall of the end plate 244 of the bag-shaped structure 24.
In the present embodiment, the reinforcing block 40 includes a body 46 and a buffer 47 connected to each other, the body 46 is made of a hard resin, for example, thermosetting resin (polymethyl methacrylate), which is located at the end of the reinforcing block 40 having a larger cross section, and the free end of the buccal-side multi-curved spring 4 is embedded in the body 46; the cushioning portion 47 is made of soft lining resin, such as soft plastic of acrylic, silicon rubber, etc., and has a hardness smaller than that of the body 46, the cushioning portion 47 is located at the end of the reinforcing block 40 with the smaller cross section, and the cushioning portion 47 can elastically abut against the inner wall of the end plate 244 with the smaller cross section in the bag-shaped structure 24. Preferably, the buffer portion 47 and the body 46 are bonded by chemical bonding. The end face 44 of the reinforcing block 40 with the larger cross section is substantially rectangular 5 x 3mm, and the end face 44 of the reinforcing block 40 with the smaller cross section is substantially rectangular 3 x 2 mm. Preferably, the buffer 47 and the body 46 are bonded by chemical bonding, the length of the buffer 47 is about 1/3 of the length of the reinforcing block 40, and the length of the body 46 is about 2/3 of the length of the reinforcing block 40; in the present embodiment, the length of the reinforcing block 40 is the perpendicular distance between the two end faces 44 thereof. The edges of the reinforcing blocks 40 are rounded (blunted) to provide a smooth transition at the interface.
When the buccal multi-curved spring invisible appliance is manufactured, the invisible orthodontic braces 2, the bag-shaped structures 24 and the reinforcing blocks 40 are manufactured through a computer digital simulation technology and a hot press die forming technology, the free ends of the buccal multi-curved springs 4 are fixedly connected and embedded in the end of the reinforcing block 40 with the larger cross section when the reinforcing blocks 40 are manufactured, the manufacturing belongs to the prior art, and details are not repeated for omitting the space.
When the buccal multi-curved-spring invisible appliance is installed, the bag-shaped structure 24 on the upper jaw invisible facing 21 is fixedly adhered to the buccal side of the upper jaw invisible facing 21 and covers the cuspid area and the double cuspid areas, and the bag opening 242 of the bag-shaped structure 24 faces the direction of the posterior teeth area; fixedly adhering the bag-shaped structure 24 on the mandibular invisible mouthpiece 23 to the buccal side of the mandibular invisible mouthpiece 23 and in the first molar region, and making the bag opening 242 of the bag-shaped structure 24 face the anterior dental region; in will contain pocket structure 24's stealthy correction facing 2 and wear the entry, two boss 40 on the many curved springs of buccal side 4 are packed into respectively two pocket structure 24's the holding chamber 241 again, through being connected in order to produce with the stealthy correction facing 2 of many curved springs of buccal side 4 and correcting the power, make and correct the power and do all can so that the upper jaw is stretched forward on last periodontal and maxilla to make and correct the power and do all can so that the mandible moves backward on periodontal and mandible down, thereby reach the correction of tooth, the function that the realization was closed to the front tooth is orthopedic. The buccal multi-curve-spring invisible appliance is mainly worn at night, is recommended to be worn for about 12 hours every day, has low influence on daily social contact and study and life, and effectively keeps the advantages of attractive and comfortable invisible appliance.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7 together, a second embodiment of the invention provides a buccal multi-curved spring invisible appliance, which has substantially the same structure as the first embodiment, and comprises an invisible orthodontic mouthpiece 2 and buccal multi-curved springs 4, and the difference lies in the structure of the buccal multi-curved springs 4. In the present embodiment, the buccal multi-bending spring 4 is formed by bending a stainless steel wire into two maxillary curves 41 and two mandibular curves 42, the two maxillary curves 41 and the two mandibular curves 42 are alternately distributed, the maxillary curve 41 is located on the buccal side of the maxillary invisible mouthpiece 21, the mandibular curve 42 is located on the buccal side of the mandibular invisible mouthpiece 23, the free end of the mandibular curve 42 closest to the anterior dental area is connected with the reinforcing block 40, and is inserted into the bag-shaped structure 24 located on the maxillary invisible mouthpiece 21 through the corresponding reinforcing block 40, the free end of the maxillary curve 41 closest to the posterior dental area is connected with the reinforcing block 40, and is inserted into the bag-shaped structure 24 located on the mandibular invisible mouthpiece 23 through the corresponding reinforcing block 40. Through the structure, the vertical distance between the free end of the lower jaw curve 42 and the lower jaw curve 42 of the buccal multi-curve spring 4 and the vertical distance between the free end of the upper jaw curve 41 and the upper jaw curve 41 can be increased, so that the thrust of the buccal multi-curve spring 4 on the protrusion of the upper jaw invisible mouthpiece 21 and the thrust of the upper jaw invisible mouthpiece 21 on the backward movement are softer, and the buccal multi-curve spring 4 is more beneficial to taking and wearing from the bag-shaped structure 24.
The formation of the bag-shaped structure 24 is not limited to the embodiment, please refer to fig. 8 to 11 together, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the maxilla invisible facing 21 and the mandible invisible facing 23 both include the inner layer invisible facing 246 and the outer layer invisible facing 247 sleeved together, the buccal side of the cuspid area and/or bicuspid area of the outer layer invisible facing 247 of the maxilla invisible facing 21 protrudes in the buccal direction to form a maxilla cavity 248, the bag-shaped structure 24 of the maxilla invisible facing 21 is enclosed between the maxilla cavity 248 and the inner layer invisible facing 246 of the maxilla invisible facing 21, and the receiving cavity 241 of the bag-shaped structure 24 on the maxilla invisible facing 21 penetrates through the maxilla cavity 248 to one side of the posterior area to form a corresponding bag opening 242; during manufacture, the maxillary vacuole 248 may be perforated on the side facing the posterior dental area to provide a corresponding mouth 242. When the mouth-shaped structure is manufactured, an opening can be formed on one side of the lower jaw cavity 249 facing the anterior teeth region to obtain the corresponding mouth 242. It both can realize the complete cladding effect to the tooth through the stealthy facing of inlayer 246, can form again between the stealthy facing of inlayer 246 and the stealthy facing of skin 247 can with the sack structure 24 that the boss 40 is connected on the many bent springs 4 of buccal side, and adopt the stealthy facing of inlayer 246 and the stealthy facing of skin 247 pressfitting mode formation sack structure 24, and make more easily, and need not to utilize chemical bonding or hot melt to connect, and the cost is lower and can not have the material hot melt after produce the appearance of the toxic substance that is not friendly to the human body.
According to the buccal multi-curved-spring invisible appliance, the invisible orthodontic braces 2 are combined with the buccal multi-curved springs 4, the soft elastic force of the buccal multi-curved springs 4 is utilized to push the jaw forward to promote the jaw development, meanwhile, the excessive forward development of the jaw is inhibited, the jaw is functionally retreated, the reverse occlusion is relieved, and the III-class orthopedic force between the jaws is formed.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, a fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a buccal multi-curved spring invisible appliance, which has substantially the same structure as the buccal multi-curved spring invisible appliance of the first embodiment, and comprises an invisible orthodontic brace 2 and a buccal multi-curved spring 4. The difference is in the mounting location of the pocket 24. In the embodiment, the bag-shaped structure 24 on the upper jaw invisible facing 21 is arranged in the first molar area of the upper jaw invisible facing 21, and the bag-shaped structure 24 of the lower jaw invisible facing 23 is arranged in the canine area and/or the bicuspid area of the lower jaw invisible facing 23; the bag-shaped structure 24 is internally provided with a containing cavity 241, the containing cavity 241 penetrates through one side of the bag-shaped structure 24 to form a bag opening 242, the bag opening 242 of the upper bag-shaped structure 24 of the upper jaw invisible dental mouthpiece 21 faces towards the anterior dental area, and the bag opening 242 of the upper bag-shaped structure 24 of the lower jaw invisible dental mouthpiece 23 faces towards the posterior dental area. The free end of the maxillary curve 41 closest to the posterior teeth area is connected with a reinforcing block 40, and is inserted with the bag-shaped structure 24 positioned on the maxillary invisible facing 21 through the corresponding reinforcing block 40; the reinforcing block 40 is connected to the free end of the mandibular curvature 42 closest to the anterior area and is inserted into the pocket 24 on the mandibular invisible mouthpiece 23 through the corresponding reinforcing block 40.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, a fifth embodiment of the present invention provides a buccal multi-curved spring invisible appliance, which has substantially the same structure as the buccal multi-curved spring invisible appliance of the second embodiment, and comprises an invisible orthodontic brace 2 and buccal multi-curved springs 4. The difference is the mounting location of pocket 24. In the embodiment, the bag-shaped structure 24 on the upper jaw invisible facing 21 is arranged in the first molar area of the upper jaw invisible facing 21, and the bag-shaped structure 24 of the lower jaw invisible facing 23 is arranged in the canine area and/or the bicuspid area of the lower jaw invisible facing 23; the bag-shaped structure 24 is internally provided with a containing cavity 241, the containing cavity 241 penetrates through one side of the bag-shaped structure 24 to form a bag opening 242, the bag opening 242 of the upper bag-shaped structure 24 of the upper jaw invisible dental mouthpiece 21 faces towards the anterior dental area, and the bag opening 242 of the upper bag-shaped structure 24 of the lower jaw invisible dental mouthpiece 23 faces towards the posterior dental area. The free end of the maxillary flexure 41 closest to the anterior dental area is connected with the reinforcing block 40, and is inserted into the bag-shaped structure 24 on the mandibular invisible mouthpiece 21 through the corresponding reinforcing block 40; the reinforcing block 40 is connected to the free end of the mandibular curvature 42 closest to the posterior dental area and is inserted into the pocket 24 on the maxillary invisible mouthpiece 23 through the corresponding reinforcing block 40.
