Description

Mandibular anterior retractor and invisible orthodontic mandibular anterior traction system with same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tooth correction, in particular to a mandibular anterior retractor and an invisible mandibular anterior traction correcting system with the mandibular anterior retractor.
Background
Malocclusion (malocclusion) deformity is a deformity of teeth and jaws caused by congenital genetic factors and/or acquired environmental factors during the growth and development of children, which is manifested as teeth disorder, facial deformity, etc., and harms the health, beauty and function of patients. The correction of the malocclusion (occlusal deformity) mainly depends on wearing a corrector inside or outside the oral cavity to apply proper biological force to teeth, alveolar bones and jawbone so as to generate physiological movement, thereby correcting the malocclusion (occlusal deformity). The facet type II malocclusion is a clinically common malocclusion deformity, and the main pathogenesis of the facet type II malocclusion deformity is the abnormal position relation between the upper and lower jaws and/or the sagittal direction of the dentition. The maxillofacial type II deformity is manifested by underdevelopment of the mandible, with or without overgrowth of the maxilla; during growth and development in children, abnormal occlusion of teeth often occurs with abnormal jaw development, where occlusion interference is a major acquired environmental factor contributing to the aforementioned jaw deformity. For example, the pronation and deep occlusion of the upper incisors can limit mandibular development, causing or aggravating facet type II deformities. For the patients, the treatment should be performed at the early stage of growth and development peak to relieve occlusion interference, guide the growth and development of upper and lower jaws, and coordinate the sagittal position relationship of the upper and lower jaws, thereby establishing neutral occlusions and improving the lateral appearance. The traditional treatment method is carried out in two steps, wherein the first step adopts a movable appliance or a fixed appliance to relieve occlusion interference, and the second step adopts a functional appliance to guide the growth of the lower jaw and/or inhibit the forward growth of the upper jaw. The treatment method has the defects of long treatment course, poor comfort of the appliance, poor aesthetic degree, poor patient compliance and the like; and the functional appliance has no function of aligning teeth, which is not beneficial to establishing the occlusion of the posterior teeth, thus leading to the unattractive appearance and poor occlusion function of the patient at the stage.
Compared with the traditional appliance, the bracket-free invisible appliance has the advantages of beautiful appearance, comfort, contribution to oral hygiene maintenance and the like. Compared with the traditional fixed correction technology, the bracket-free invisible correction technology has the advantages that the correction device is formed by processing medical resin films, and correction devices such as belt rings, brackets, arch wires and the like for fixing the correction device are omitted, so that the bracket-free invisible correction technology is called as a bracket-free technology; the appliance made of the transparent resin film is not easy to be detected when being worn in the mouth, so the appliance is called as invisible. At present, for the patients with facial type II malocclusion, various front-guiding mandibular functional orthodontics are commonly used in clinic to improve the relationship between the upper jaw and the lower jaw. For example, although the hidden orthodontic device disclosed in the chinese utility model with the application number 201320028895.0 and the hidden mandibular guide disclosed in the chinese utility model with the application number 201720697007.2 overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional fixed orthodontic device in terms of treatment period, comfort level and the like, the hidden orthodontic device without brackets still has the defect of low efficacy of leading the mandible at night, because the perioral muscles of a patient can relax during sleep at night to cause the upper jaw and the lower jaw to be disengaged from the occlusion, and the correction device cannot play a role even if worn at this time; growth hormone is secreted vigorously during sleep, which is the golden time period for guiding the growth and development of the jaw bone, and the defects limit the clinical application range and the correction efficiency of the existing invisible correction device.
The Chinese utility model patent with application number 200420039163.2 discloses a lower jaw front tractor which is composed of an elastic leather ring and an L-shaped traction bracket, wherein the upper part and the lower part of the L-shaped traction bracket are respectively provided with a forehead support and an upper jaw support which can slide relative to the bracket, the two ends of the forehead support are respectively provided with a head band, and the end part of the head band is provided with a connecting buckle; the upper labial arch is arranged at the rear side of the maxilla support; the horizontal part of the bottom end of the L-shaped traction support is provided with a traction base which can slide relative to the L-shaped traction support, and a traction hook is arranged on the traction base. Compared with the prior art, the utility model, can correct the lower jaw retrosystole deformity, then, it utilizes the upper lip arch as anchorage, when correcting, needs to insert the upper lip arch end in molar belt take the buccal tube, and it is when the jaw is stretched forward under the guide, probably causes unnecessary to remove the upper jaw molar, increases and corrects the degree of difficulty. And the upper lip arch is used as anchorage, so that the structure is complex, the wearing difficulty is increased, and the appearance is influenced. In addition, because the technology, the material restriction of tooth socket are rescued to stealthy, the buccal surface pipe can not be applied to stealthy field of rescuring, consequently, this utility model does not solve the difficult problem how to combine the tooth socket with stealthy rescue tractor in lower jaw the place ahead equally.
