Description

Invisible appliance for cat-shaped auxiliary bow
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of stomatology, and particularly relates to a cat-shaped auxiliary bow invisible appliance.
Background
Orthodontic treatment corrects various malocclusions by physiologically moving teeth, and aims at coordinating occlusion of teeth, and coordinating the positional relationship between teeth and soft and hard tissues of the maxillofacial region, so as to improve the health, beauty and functions of the maxillofacial region. Anterior covered dentition is one of the main indicators of dental occlusion, and has important associations with occlusion establishment, jaw development and facial aesthetics. The upper anterior incisor is covered by the lower anterior crown by more than 1/3 of the length, and is called deep-covered dentition, which is a clinically common malocclusion deformity accompanied by tongue inclination of the upper incisor. Deep covering dentition is mainly represented by extension of upper jaw and/or lower jaw anterior teeth, and the incisor edge of the lower jaw anterior teeth bites at 1/3 of the crown neck of the upper jaw anterior teeth, even bites on the lingual side gum of the upper jaw, so that the lower incisor is excessively worn and the upper jaw gingival is wounded, and the inward tilting deep covering dentition limits sagittal development of the lower jaw and affects the health of temporomandibular joints. For such patients, orthodontic treatment requires depression of the anterior teeth, opening of the anterior teeth bite, and establishment of normal anterior teeth covered dentition.
The common treatment method is to adopt fixed correction, the correction device consists of a bracket and a steel wire, the correction device has poor aesthetic degree and comfort degree, the treatment course is longer than one year, and many patients abandon treatment due to long-term esthetic obstruction of the correction device. In recent years, the technology of bracket-free invisible correction provides new choices for orthodontic treatment, and the existing invisible appliance consists of a transparent dental sleeve which respectively covers upper and lower jaw dentitions and accessories adhered to the dental surfaces, and the tooth movement is realized through the pushing force of the transparent dental sleeve to the dental surfaces and/or the accessories. The bracket-free invisible appliance has the advantages of attractive appearance and comfort, however, the effectiveness of the appliance for treating the deep dental occlusion is weak, the course of treatment required for opening the occlusion is longer than that of fixed appliance, and especially for severe cases of the deep dental occlusion, the occurrence of tooth dislocation and insufficient occlusion opening amount often results in frequent heavy opening and even failure of the appliance. The prior art combines the invisible dental mouthpiece and the fixed appliance, improves the efficacy of opening the occlusion of the front teeth, but still has the following defects: 1, the appliance is provided with a bracket and an auxiliary spring, so that the comfort level is poor; 2, the appliance is in place and needs to be carried out step by step, the patient needs to put the tooth socket and the auxiliary spring on the appliance by self for multiple times every day, the operation is difficult, the operation accuracy and the safety are difficult to ensure, and the treatment controllability is poor.
The "dental engagement" herein is an oral medical professional vocabulary, english is occlusion, dental engagement is the left and right parts of a word, and the word cannot be found in a common word stock, so the word is separately written as "dental engagement".
