As shown in fig. 2 (1) -2 (3), the present embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that the front facing covers both the bilateral maxillary cuspids and incisors; the rear tooth sleeve covers the second premolars and the molar teeth of the upper jaw at two sides; the connecting bridge covers labial and lingual sides of the bilateral maxillary first premolars; the lingual side surface of the front tooth socket corresponding to the upper jaw cuspids on two sides forms a pillow-shaped bulge structure which is a fixed groove; the cat-shaped auxiliary bow is of a B type, and the cat-ear-shaped bend of the B type of the cat-shaped auxiliary bow spans the adjacent gap between the cuspid and the first premolars; the front tooth sleeve is provided with a buffer space corresponding to the position of the incisor end, and is suitable for canceling or reducing the depressing force on the incisor when only the cuspid is depressed.

In this embodiment, the invisible appliance of the invention comprises a cat-shaped auxiliary arch, an auxiliary arch sheath, a fixing groove and a retention sleeve. The retention sleeve covers the mandibular dentition; the retention sleeve comprises a front tooth sleeve, a rear tooth sleeve and a connecting bridge, wherein the front tooth sleeve covers middle incisors and side incisors of the lower jaw at two sides, the rear tooth sleeve covers first front molars of the lower jaw at two sides to first molars, the connecting bridge is of a double-strip structure and covers labial sides and lingual sides of cuspids at two sides of the lower jaw, and the middle part of the connecting bridge is connected with the front tooth sleeve and the middle part of the connecting bridge is connected with the rear tooth sleeve. The cheek side of the rear dental sleeve corresponding to the second premolars of the two sides of the lower jaw forms an inclined sheath-shaped structure which is an auxiliary arch sheath, and the auxiliary arch sheath and the mandibular teeth form an intersection angle of 30-60 degrees.
In the embodiment, the cat-shaped auxiliary arch is in an arch shape, is made of stainless steel wires, is of an A-shaped structure, and has two cat-ear-shaped bends at the front section; the cat ear-shaped bending spans the adjacent gap between the side incisors and the cuspids, two ends of the cat-shaped auxiliary arch are respectively inserted into auxiliary arch sheaths, and the middle section is fixed in the fixing groove.
The front tooth socket is provided with a pillow-shaped bulge structure corresponding to the lingual side surfaces of the mandibular central incisors and the lateral incisors, and is a fixed groove, wherein the fixed groove is provided with a lingual side surface, a occlusal surface, a mesial surface and a distal surface, the lingual side surface and the occlusal surface are smooth surfaces, and the mesial surface and the distal surface are in a hook shape; a limiting ring is arranged on the cat-shaped auxiliary bow and is positioned in the near middle or the far middle of the auxiliary bow sheath; the limiting ring is fixed on the cat-shaped auxiliary bow or is directly formed by bending the auxiliary bow; the force value of lip tilt or tongue tilt applied to the lower front teeth can be controlled by adjusting the positions of the two side limiting rings, namely adjusting the length of the two side limiting rings near the middle section arch wire. The retention sleeve provides retention for the appliance and provides an attachment for the auxiliary arch sheath and the fixing groove; the auxiliary bow sheath provides attachment parts for two ends of the cat-shaped auxiliary bow, and the fixing groove provides force application points for the cat-shaped auxiliary bow.
In the embodiment, the rear tooth socket is provided with a cavitation structure corresponding to the cheek side surfaces of the first molar and the first premolars of the lower jaw at two sides, the corresponding tooth surface is provided with an adhesive accessory, the outer surface of the adhesive accessory is consistent with the inner surface of the cavitation structure in shape and size, and the rear tooth socket is fixed on the tooth column through mechanical embedding; the retention sleeve, the auxiliary bow sheath and the fixing groove are all made of transparent or semitransparent materials, so that the appliance is invisible.
The using method of the invisible appliance comprises the following steps: after the appliance is worn, the resilience force of the cat-shaped auxiliary arch can apply a vertically-low correction force to the lower front teeth, and the inclination angle of the auxiliary arch sheath can regulate and control the vertical force value generated by the cat-shaped auxiliary arch; the direction and the force value of the correction force of the cheilosis or lingual inclination applied to the lower front teeth by the cat-shaped auxiliary arch can be regulated and controlled by regulating the positions of the two side limiting rings; the force and moment ratio can be adjusted by adjusting the position relation between the fixed slot and the front tooth resistance center, so that the whole movement, the inclined movement or the root control movement of the lower front tooth can be realized. Accurate regulation and control and effective realization of the tooth moving mode can open the front teeth occlusion with high efficiency, correct the deep covered teeth occlusion, coordinate the vertical position relationship of the upper and lower dentitions, establish the normal covered teeth occlusion coverage, improve the occlusion function and the orofacial appearance.

Claims (8)
1. A cat-shaped auxiliary arch invisible appliance, comprising: the cat-shaped auxiliary bow, an auxiliary bow sheath, a fixing groove and a retention sleeve;
the retention sleeve covers the maxillary dentition or the mandibular dentition; the retention sleeve comprises a front tooth sleeve, a rear tooth sleeve and a connecting bridge; the front facing covers double-sided middle incisors and side incisors, or double-sided cuspids and incisors; the rear shell covers double-sided premolars and molars, or covers double-sided second premolars and molars; the connecting bridge is of a strip-shaped structure for covering labial sides and lingual sides of teeth, the mesial part of the connecting bridge is connected with the front tooth socket, and the distal part of the connecting bridge is connected with the rear tooth socket; each structure of the retention sleeve is made of transparent or semitransparent materials, so that the appliance is invisible;
the cat-shaped auxiliary bow is in a tooth bow shape and is made of metal wires, and two cat-ear bends are arranged at the front section; two ends of the cat-shaped auxiliary bow are respectively inserted into the auxiliary bow sheaths, and the middle section of the cat-shaped auxiliary bow is fixed in the fixing groove;
the auxiliary arch sheath is positioned on the cheek side surface of the bilateral rear dental sleeve; the auxiliary arch sheath is of an inclined tubular or sheath-shaped structure and forms an intersection angle of 30-60 degrees with the occlusal plane;
the fixing groove is positioned on the lingual side of the front tooth socket; the fixing groove is of a pillow-shaped bulge structure and is provided with a lingual surface, a occlusal surface, a mesial surface and a distal surface, the lingual surface and the occlusal surface are smooth surfaces, and the mesial surface and the distal surface are in a hook shape;
the components of the invisible appliance are all positioned on the maxillary dentition or all positioned on the mandibular dentition.

The cat-shaped auxiliary arch invisible appliance according to claim 1, wherein: the cat-shaped auxiliary bow is divided into an A-shaped structure and a B-shaped structure, the cat-ear-shaped bending of the cat-shaped auxiliary bow A-shaped spans the adjacent gap between the side incisors and the cuspids, and the cat-ear-shaped bending of the cat-shaped auxiliary bow B-shaped spans the adjacent gap between the cuspids and the first premolars.

The cat-shaped auxiliary arch invisible appliance according to claim 1, wherein: the cat-shaped auxiliary bow is provided with a limiting ring, and the limiting ring is fixed on the cat-shaped auxiliary bow or is directly formed by bending the cat-shaped auxiliary bow; the limiting ring is positioned in the middle or the far of the auxiliary arch sheath.

The cat-shaped auxiliary arch invisible appliance according to claim 1, wherein: the auxiliary bow sheath and the fixing groove are directly formed by the surface of the retention sleeve and form a whole with the retention sleeve; or as a separate structure to the retention sleeve; the auxiliary bow sheath and the fixing groove are made of transparent or semitransparent materials.
5. The cat-shaped auxiliary arch invisible appliance according to claim 2, wherein: and a buffer space is arranged at the position of the front tooth sleeve corresponding to the incisor cutting end.

The cat-shaped auxiliary arch invisible appliance according to claim 1, wherein: the tooth surface is provided with a cavity structure, the corresponding tooth surface is provided with an adhesive accessory, the shape and the size of the outer surface of the adhesive accessory are consistent with those of the inner surface of the cavity structure, and the adhesive accessory and the inner wall of the cavity fix the tooth surface with the retaining sleeve through mechanical jogging.

The cat-shaped auxiliary arch invisible appliance according to claim 1, wherein: the occlusal surface of the rear tooth sleeve of the appliance positioned on the maxillary dentition bulges or thickens to form a rear tooth lifting pad; the rear elevation pad covers both side rear teeth or covers part of rear teeth.

The cat-shaped auxiliary arch invisible appliance according to claim 7, wherein: the rear tooth lifting pad is of a solid or hollow structure and is made of transparent or semitransparent materials; the occlusal surface of the rear tooth lifting pad is a flat smooth surface, and is in uniform point contact with the opposite jaw rear teeth during occlusion; the thickness of the posterior tooth lift pad is such that the anterior mandibular incisors are 0 to 1 mm from the occlusal surface of the retention groove when the upper mandible is engaged.
