In addition, as shown in fig. 13, a v-shaped notch 23 may be further formed at a middle position of the front tooth area of the screen 2 to provide a labial frenulum avoiding area. The length in the vertical direction is about 2mm.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the surface of the screen 2 adjacent to the labial side is further provided with a traction part for training the strength of the perioral muscles, and the traction part is protruded from the labial side of the screen 2 to the labial side. Preferably, the screen 2 with the traction part is made of an integrally formed structure by using a high-temperature high-pressure punch forming process and medical silicon rubber as a material.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 14, the surface of the shield 2 is further provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 24 therethrough, which are arranged to facilitate the effective ventilation of air from the mouth to the outside of the patient after using the dental apparatus 100.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 15, a traction portion provided on a surface of the shield 2 adjacent to the lip side is separately connected to the shield 2, specifically, the traction portion is connected to the shield 2 by a screw, a screw is provided on a side of the traction portion adjacent to the shield 2, and a through screw hole 26 is provided on the shield 2. Dental appliance 100 in the application is in the use, screen fender 2 can be fixed on first shell form body 1 through first connecting portion 12 and second connecting portion 22, screen fender 2 separates the contact of lip buccinator muscle and corresponding dentition, provide sufficient space for patient's tooth growth and development, when needs screen fender 2 carries out the flesh training all around the mouth, keep off 2 with screen fender 1 separately with first shell form body, then connect the pars tracting part in screen fender 2 lip side, the patient utilizes the pars tracting part to train all around the mouth flesh, make the muscle reach the balanced state in new position.
In addition, referring to fig. 13, a clamping structure may be provided before the traction portion and the screen 2, a vent hole 24 structure is added in the front tooth area of the screen 2, the vent hole 24 has two holes, a cross bar structure 25 is provided in the middle, and a structure clamped with the vent hole 24 and the cross bar structure 25 may be provided at one end of the traction portion adjacent to the screen 2, or the cross bars may be wired and then stretched to assist in applying force.
In some embodiments, the first shell-like body 1 of the present application has a dental appliance that can apply shifting, steering forces and moments to the wrapped teeth. I.e. the tooth-receiving cavity 11 of the first shell-like body 1 has a geometry such that its wrapped tooth is moved from a first position to a second position.
The present application further includes a dental instrument set including the dental instrument 100 as described above, and further including a second shell-shaped body having a tooth receiving cavity 11 for receiving a plurality of teeth in a jaw, wherein the first shell-shaped body and the second shell-shaped body are respectively worn on upper and lower jaw dentitions of a patient, and a locking portion detachable from the second connecting portion 22 is also provided on a labial side and/or a buccal side of the second shell. The second connecting portion 22 simultaneously locks the relative positional relationship of the upper and lower jaws with the first connecting portion 12 and the locking portion. Generally, the dental instrument set is used for correcting mouth breathing at night, and the screen 2 can lock the upper jaw and the lower jaw to be in an occlusion state, so that the patient is helped to breathe excessively from the mouth to the nose.
The second connecting portion 22 and the locking portion are detachably connected by a snap structure or a suction cup type connecting structure. The specific structure between the locking portion and the second connecting portion 22 is the same as the connection relationship between the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 22, and reference is made to the above-mentioned embodiment between the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 22, which is not repeated herein.
Referring now to fig. 16, a schematic flow chart of a method of manufacturing dental appliance 100 according to one embodiment of the present application is shown,
in step 400, oral data of a patient is obtained, the oral data including dental data, gingival data, and labial and buccal muscle data of the patient. In one embodiment, the patient's oral data may be obtained by direct measurement of the patient's oral cavity. In yet another embodiment, a silicone impression can be taken of the patient's mouth and the model can then be measured to obtain data for the patient's mouth. In yet another embodiment, the patient's mouth may be scanned to obtain a three-dimensional digital model, which is then measured to obtain data of the patient's mouth, and the scanning device may include an intraoral scanner, cone-beam CT (CBCT), helical CT, and the like.
Specifically, the dental data includes tooth shape, arch length, and arch curvature profile. The labial and buccal muscle data include the contour of the sulcus floor of the upper and lower mandibular vestibules, the contour of the upper and lower labial muscles, and the contour of the upper and lower buccal muscles on the left and right sides.
In step 500, a three-dimensional model representing the dental instrument 100 is generated based on oral data acquired in any of the above manners; the three-dimensional model comprises a three-dimensional model of a screen 2 and a three-dimensional model of a first shell-shaped body 1. The three-dimensional model of the first shell-like body 1 may be a model of the patient's dentition or a shell appliance model corresponding to the dentition model.
Based on the correction scheme, a first connecting part 12 model generated according to the correction scheme is arranged on the three-dimensional model of the first shell-shaped body 1, and a second connecting part 22 model generated according to the correction scheme is arranged on the three-dimensional model of the screen 2.
In addition, a traction part model can be designed at the front end of the screen 2 three-dimensional model according to the requirements of the correction scheme. And the front end of the three-dimensional model of the screen 2 also has a vent hole 24 that extends through the screen 2 in the sagittal direction.
In step 600, a dental implement 100 comprising a first shell-like body 1 and a screen 2 is made from the three-dimensional model. In an embodiment, the dental instrument 100 with the first shell-like body 1 and the screen 2 is manufactured according to the three-dimensional model using an additive manufacturing method.
The additive manufacturing can also be called 3D printing, combines computer aided design, material processing and forming technology, and is a manufacturing technology for manufacturing solid objects by stacking special metal materials, non-metal materials and medical biological materials layer by layer in modes of extrusion, sintering, melting, photocuring, spraying and the like through a software and numerical control system on the basis of a digital model file.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, the embodiments can be freely combined as required to form different new embodiments without contradiction, and the embodiments formed after the combination are all within the protection scope of the present application, and are not repeated herein for the sake of saving text.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications should also be construed as the protection scope of the present invention.
Similarly, the above description is only a specific embodiment of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily think of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall cover the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (27)

1. A dental instrument, comprising a first shell-shaped body having a tooth receiving cavity for receiving a plurality of teeth of a dental jaw, and a shield detachably and fixedly attached to a labial side of the first shell-shaped body, wherein a relative positional relationship between the first shell-shaped body and the shield is such that the shield is held in a predetermined position in a mouth after the dental instrument is worn on the dental jaw, and the predetermined position is such that a labial muscle corresponding to a tooth covered by the shield is blocked by the shield so as not to contact the covered tooth, wherein the shield is detached from the first shell-shaped body without damage when a traction force applied to the shield in a predetermined direction is equal to or greater than a predetermined force value.
2. A dental apparatus as in claim 1, wherein the labial or labial side of the first shell-like body has a first connection portion, and the surface of the shield adjacent the first shell-like body has a second connection portion detachably connected to the first connection portion.
3. A dental instrument as in claim 2, wherein the first shell-like body has at least two of the first connections and the first connections are symmetrically disposed about a tooth midline.
4. A dental apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the first connection portion is provided on a surface of the tooth receiving cavity corresponding to an incisor and/or premolar.
5. A dental instrument as in claim 2, wherein the releasable connection between the first and second connection portions is a snap-fit connection.
6. A dental apparatus as in claim 5, wherein the first connection is an anchor opening structure of the corresponding tooth receiving cavity surface, the anchor opening structure having an introduction slot and a fixation slot; the second connecting part is arranged on the surface of one side, adjacent to the first shell-shaped body, of the screen in a protruding mode towards the first shell-shaped body; the second connecting part is provided with a guide post corresponding to the leading-in groove and an anchoring part corresponding to the fixing groove, and the guide post slides along the leading-in groove to the anchoring part to be clamped into the fixing groove.
7. A dental instrument as in claim 5, wherein the first connection is a mounting base bonded to a surface of the first shell-like body, the mounting base having a channel for securing the second connection; the sliding groove is provided with an introduction groove and a fixing groove, and the second connecting part is arranged on the surface of one side of the screen close to the first shell-shaped body in a protruding mode towards the first shell-shaped body; the second connecting part is provided with a guide post corresponding to the guide groove and an anchoring part corresponding to the fixing groove, and the guide post slides to the anchoring part along the guide groove and is clamped into the fixing groove.
8. A dental instrument according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the guide post has a catch which prevents the screen lip or cheek tongue from moving, the distance between the anchor and the catch being equal to the thickness of the first shell-like body.
9. A dental instrument as in claim 6 or 7, wherein a portion of the guide post adjacent the anchor portion passes through the fixation slot and another portion of the guide post is captured outside the fixation slot.
10. A dental instrument as in claim 5, wherein the first connection is a protrusion of the corresponding tooth receiving cavity disposed adjacent a side surface of the shield; the second connecting portion is a groove which is formed in the surface, close to one side of the first shell-shaped body, of the screen and corresponds to the protrusion.
11. A dental instrument as in claim 2, wherein the first connection portion and the second connection portion are a detachable suction cup connection therebetween.
12. A dental apparatus as in claim 11, wherein the first connection portion is a surface of a tooth receiving cavity or a surface of the first connection portion adjacent the second connection portion is a smooth, horizontal surface.
13. A dental instrument as in claim 1, wherein the shield is an arch conforming to the curvature of the dental arch.
14. A dental apparatus as in claim 1, wherein the shield is in direct contact with the labial and buccal muscles when worn, the labial and buccal muscles including the upper and lower labial muscles.
15. A dental apparatus as in claim 14, wherein the labrocoudorus muscles further comprise left and right upper and lower bucoudorus muscles when worn.
16. A dental instrument as in claim 1, wherein the width of the shield in the vertical direction decreases from the anterior dental zone to the posterior dental zone.
17. A dental implement according to claim 16 or 15, wherein the shield covers the entire crowns of the teeth in the posterior region.
18. A dental device according to claim 16 or 14, wherein the shield extends from 1mm to 2mm from the maxillary vestibular sulcus to 1mm to 2mm from the mandibular vestibular sulcus.
19. A dental instrument as in claim 16, wherein the shield has a width in the vertical direction of the anterior dental zone of no more than 1.8cm and/or a width of the posterior dental zone of no less than 0.8cm.
20. A dental instrument as in claim 1, wherein the surface of the shield adjacent the labial side is provided with a traction portion projecting from the labial side of the shield toward the labial side.
21. A dental implement according to claim 20, wherein the pull and shield are removably attached.
22. A dental apparatus as in claim 21, wherein said traction portion is threadably engaged with said shield, said traction portion having a threaded rod disposed on a side thereof adjacent to said shield, said shield having a threaded bore therethrough.
23. A dental instrument as claimed in claim 1 or 22, wherein a surface of the shield is provided with ventilation holes therethrough.
24. A dental implement according to claim 1, wherein the tooth receiving cavity has a geometry which allows the tooth it surrounds to move from a first position to a second position.
25. A dental kit, comprising a dental device according to any of claims 1-24, further comprising a second shell-like body having a tooth receiving cavity for a plurality of teeth of the jaw, wherein the labial and/or buccal side of the second shell-like body is provided with a locking portion detachable from the second connection portion on the shield.
26. A dental kit according to claim 25, wherein the second connecting portion and the first connecting portion on the first shell-like body are simultaneously connected with the locking portion to lock the relative positions of the upper and lower jaws, respectively.
27. The kit of dental instruments of claim 26, wherein the second connector and the locking portion are removable snap-fit structures or suction cup-type connection structures.
