本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体是指一种微拟球藻膳食纤维咀嚼片的制备方法。
背景技术
膳食纤维是一类人类无法消化的多糖类物质,其强大的吸附能力使得膳食纤维可以在人体大肠内吸附甘油三酯,胆固醇,重金属等物质,起到降低血脂,降低胆固醇,减肥,减少体内有毒有害物质的作用。另一方面,膳食纤维可以被大肠内的为生物利用,改善肠道微环境,提升有益菌水平,进一步改善人的消化功能。再者,膳食纤维强大的吸水能力可以软化粪便,增加肠蠕动,促进排便,减少肠癌等恶性疾病的发生。
微拟球藻原属绿藻门、绿藻纲、四胞藻目、胶球藻科。是公认的最有希望用于工业化的高产油海水藻,它的油脂含量占干重的比重达68%以上,油脂以C16和C18脂肪酸为主,是进行生物柴油炼制的理想之选。但提油后的微拟球藻中仍含有大量的膳食纤维,可以进一步开发利用。
目前尚未见以微拟球藻膳食纤维为主要原料的咀嚼片产品。中国专利CN109418804A报道了一种海藻咀嚼片,直接使用海藻粉,未做任何处理,海藻中的油脂会影响到咀嚼片的稳定性,海藻中可能的重金属会影响产品的食用安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种性能稳定的,重金属含量符合标准的微藻膳食纤维健康产品。本产品是通过以下技术方案来实现的,
一种海藻膳食纤维咀嚼片的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
S1:超微粉碎:用高速气流粉碎机对脱脂微拟球藻粗粉进行超微粉碎,气流工作压力0.8MPa,分选频率40Hz;
S2:装柱;脱脂微藻粉干法装入玻璃层析柱内,边装边轻轻震动层析柱,保证装填密实。
S3:除重金属:层析柱置于发散式超声浴内,超声波频率80KHz功率80W,用5倍柱体积3%的柠檬酸溶液洗脱,再用0.3%5倍柱体积的EDTA溶液洗脱,再用10倍柱体积的去离子水洗;
S4:干燥:从层析柱内取出脱除了重金属的微藻,冷冻干燥24h得微藻膳食纤维粉;
S5:配料压片:微藻膳食纤维粉60~80份,木糖醇5~10份,微晶纤维素5~10份,聚乙二醇4000 5~8份,均匀混合后压片,得微拟球藻膳食纤维咀嚼片。
本发明的有益效果是,产品富含膳食纤维,低重金属含量。

实施例1
一种海藻膳食纤维咀嚼片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:超微粉碎:用高速气流粉碎机对脱脂微拟球藻粗粉进行超微粉碎,气流工作压力0.8MPa,分选频率40Hz;
S2:装柱;脱脂微藻粉干法装入玻璃层析柱内,边装边轻轻震动层析柱,保证装填密实。
S3:除重金属:层析柱置于发散式超声浴内,超声波频率80KHz功率80W,用5倍柱体积3%的柠檬酸溶液洗脱,再用0.3%5倍柱体积的EDTA溶液洗脱,再用10倍柱体积的去离子水洗;
S4:干燥:从层析柱内取出脱除了重金属的微藻,冷冻干燥24h得微藻膳食纤维粉;
S5:配料压片:微拟球藻膳食纤维粉60份,木糖醇5份,微晶纤维素5份,聚乙二醇5份,均匀混合后压片,得微拟球藻膳食纤维咀嚼片。

1.一种海藻膳食纤维咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于按照下述步骤进行:
S1:超微粉碎:用高速气流粉碎机对脱脂微拟球藻粗粉进行超微粉碎,气流工作压力0.8MPa,分选频率40Hz;
S2:装柱;脱脂微藻粉干法装入玻璃层析柱内,边装边轻轻震动层析柱,保证装填密实;
S3:除重金属:层析柱置于发散式超声浴内,超声波频率80KHz功率80W,用5倍柱体积3%的柠檬酸溶液洗脱,再用0.3%的5倍柱体积的EDTA溶液洗脱,再用10倍柱体积的去离子水洗;
S4:干燥:从层析柱内取出脱除了重金属的微藻,冷冻干燥24h得微藻膳食纤维粉;
S5:配料压片:微藻膳食纤维粉60~80份,木糖醇5~10份,微晶纤维素5~10份,聚乙二醇4000 5~8份,均匀混合后压片,得微拟球藻膳食纤维咀嚼片。
