Abstract
一种双断点断路器的动触头机构,包括沿前后方向水平放置的前静触头(10)、后接触组件和动触头(20),前静触头(10)的后端设有第一触点(11),后接触组件设置在前静触头(10)的后方,后接触组件包括连接板(60),连接板(60)的前端设有后静触头(80),后静触头(80)的前端设有插槽(81);动触头(20)设置在前静触头(10)的后方,动触头(20)的中部通过连杆机构(50)与杠杆机构(40)连接,动触头(20)具有一个前接触端和一个后插入端,动触头(20)的前接触端设有与第一触点(11)配合的第二触点(21),动触头(20)的后插入端插入或脱离插槽(81);第一触点(11)与第二触点(21)分开或闭合的行程大于动触头(20)的后插入端脱离或插入插槽(81)的行程。所述双断点断路器的动触头机构,不但具有分断能力强的优点,还有具有生产成本低,使用寿命长的优点。
