Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biological packaging materials, in particular to a water-soluble packaging film for packaging concentrated laundry detergent.
Background
In recent years, with the increasing economic living standard of people, people pay more and more attention to personal hygiene and health problems. For example, the total amount of clothing for each person is increasing year by year, and the definition of cleanliness has changed greatly while people are studying hygiene. When people wash clothes, the safety of the cleaning liquid and the health of human bodies are also emphasized in addition to the basic cleaning dirt of the clothes.
At present, for many young people and men who are not good at doing housework, the dosage of the washing powder or the washing liquid is not known when the washing machine is used for washing clothes, or the dosage is excessive to cause the waste of the washing powder or the washing liquid, or the dosage is too small to achieve the purpose of washing clothes. Moreover, the washing powder or the washing liquid can be spilled out in the using process, which not only pollutes the environment, but also causes the washing powder or the washing liquid to be directly contacted with the skin of a human body, thereby influencing the health of people.
The water-soluble film is a film material with water solubility and degradability, and can be quickly dissolved in water and quickly released out of a packaged object, so that the packaged object can play a role, and the water-soluble film can be further degraded without residues. The water-soluble film has been accepted by a plurality of environmental protection departments internationally, and is widely applied to product packaging in the technical fields of agriculture, chemical industry, daily chemicals, medical treatment and the like.
At present, the water-soluble film mainly comprises a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) film, a polyethylene oxide film, a methyl cellulose film and an edible starch film, and particularly the PVA film is widely applied in the field of packaging, mainly because the PVA film has strong water solubility, good antistatic performance, excellent heat sealability, good toughness, large tensile strength and tear strength at the head of various films, and has excellent fragrance retention and performance of preventing the package from sublimating.
PVA film is commonly used as a packaging material for concentrated laundry detergents, pesticides and other household chemical products, for example, pouches or beads made of PVA film are commonly used for packaging household care compositions, washing liquids for laundry or dish washing are packed into pouches made of PVA film, and consumers can directly add the required pouches into a bucket, sink or container of a washing machine for use, which not only facilitates providing accurate dispensing but also eliminates the need for the consumer to measure the composition, and the PVA film also isolates the composition packaged therein from the hands of the user, providing great convenience to the user.
However, the washing condensation beads made of the PVA film packaging film provided in the market at present have low transparency, the attractiveness of the product is influenced, the washing condensation beads made of the PVA film packaging film are dissolved in water too early, and in some washing machines which wash water first and then wash water, the washing condensation beads are easily dissolved by the water and washed out of the washing machine before washing, so that the efficacy of the washing condensation beads is greatly reduced, the aim of removing stains cannot be achieved, and great waste is caused.

The first test example: the transparency and haze of the water-soluble packaging film of the invention were determined according to the national standard GB T2410-.
The test results show that the light transmittance in 6 examples is example 3, example 4, example 5, example 2, example 6 and example 1 from high to low, and the haze is example 1, example 6, example 2, example 4 and example 3 from high to low. From the combination of the test data, the transmittance and haze of example 3 are better, and those of example 1 are poorer. In addition, when the light transmittance and the haze of each example are respectively compared and analyzed, the light transmittance and the haze value are in inverse proportion, namely, the light transmittance is higher, the haze value is lower, and the light transmittance is lower, and the haze value is high. The test results also further show that when the modified starch content is 9%, the light transmittance and haze of the water-soluble packaging film are both good.
TABLE 1 measurement of the mean values of the light transmittance and haze values in the different examples
Example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3 | Example 4 | Example 5 | Example 6 | |
Transparency | 92.7% | 93.3% | 95.8% | 94.5% | 94.3% | 93.1% |
Haze degree | 4.13% | 2.56% | 2.25% | 2.32% | 2.49% | 2.51% |
Test example two: the dissolution time of the water-soluble packaging film of the present invention was measured at 25 ℃.
3. The dissolution rates of the water-soluble wrap films of examples 1 to 6 were measured at 25 ℃ and the results are shown in Table 2. The test results show that the dissolution times are example 6, example 5, example 4, example 3, example 2 and example 1 in order from large to small, which shows that the dissolution time of the water-soluble packaging film can be delayed by adding the dissolution rate modifier, and the efficiency of the four dissolution rate modifiers in delaying the dissolution time of the water-soluble packaging film is methyl stearate, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, allyl stearate and butyl stearate in order from high to low. In addition, the test further shows that the effect of delaying dissolution is more remarkable if the dissolution rate regulators of methyl stearate, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, allyl stearate and butyl stearate are added according to a certain time sequence. The problem that the laundry detergent packaged in the drum-type washing machine cannot be fully utilized due to waste caused by the fact that washing water is used for dissolving and washing away laundry beads when the drum-type washing machine starts washing is solved greatly.
