背景技术
二次电池作为一种绿色环保新能源,因其具有自放电率低、无记忆效应及对环境友好等优点,被广泛应用于手机、摄像机、笔记本电脑、无人机等便携设备、电动汽车、无线电动工具及军事上等领域。二次电池中常用的锂、钠盐成本较高且都有着各自的缺点,如LiPF6/NaPF6易分解、LiClO4/NaClO4安全性低、LiSO3CF3/NaSO3CF3腐蚀集流体等。
碳酸乙烯酯(EC)可耐高温、耐高电压;—[BF3]-M+离域性较强,有利于金属阳离子的解离,离子电导率较高,且分解后形成的氟化物可形成稳定的SEI膜。如果能通过碳酸乙烯酯类化合物开发一种兼具耐高温、耐高电压和离子电导率高的新型含硼化合物,无疑可以拓展含硼化合物在电解质、膜、二次电池等领域的应用,并且还可能开发其它工业用途。

第二个方面,本发明提供上述含硼有机物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将含羟基的环状碳酸酯基小分子、三氟化硼络合物、金属阳离子源在溶剂中进行反应;反应结束后浓缩并干燥,既得。
进一步的,所述三氟化硼络合物为三氟化硼乙醚络合物、三氟化硼乙腈络合物、三氟化硼乙酸络合物、三氟化硼单乙胺络合物、三氟化硼甲醚络合物、三氟化硼三乙醇胺络合物、三氟化硼四氢呋喃络合物、三氟化硼甲醇络合物、三氟化硼碳酸二甲酯络合物、三氟化硼二甲醚络合物、三氟化硼磷酸络合物、三氟化硼丁醚络合物中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述金属阳离子源为氢氧化锂、氢氧化钠、金属锂、金属钠、烷氧基锂、烷氧基钠、烷基锂、烷基钠、羧酸锂、羧酸钠中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述溶剂为正己烷、环己烷、庚烷、辛烷、乙醚、四氢呋喃、乙腈、丙酮、乙二醇二甲醚、甲醇、乙醇、1,3-二氧戊环、1,4-丁内酯、甲苯、二甲苯、二甲基亚砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺甲酰胺、乙酰胺中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述反应的反应温度在0~200℃,所述反应的反应氛围为氧气、氩气、氢气、氮气、干燥空气、氟气中的至少一种,利用这些气氛来维持反应环境的干燥。
可选的,所述反应加入氟气辅助氟化反应。
第三个方面,本发明提供一种电解液,所述电解液包括上述的含硼有机物、有机溶剂一。
进一步的,所述含硼有机物在该电解液中的质量分数为5%-90%。
进一步的,所述有机溶剂一包括但不限于碳酸亚乙酯,碳酸亚丙酯,碳酸甲乙酯,碳酸甲丙酯,碳酸乙丙酯,碳酸丙烯酯,碳酸二甲酯,碳酸二乙酯,碳酸甲丁酯,四氢呋喃,2-甲基四氢呋喃,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,二甲基亚砜,丙酮,乙腈,甲酸甲酯,甲酸乙酯,二乙氧基乙烷,三甘醇二甲醚,四甘醇二甲醚,氟苯,二氟苯,γ-丁内酯中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述电解液还包括添加剂一,所述添加剂一包括但不限于碳酸亚乙烯酯、氟代碳酸乙烯酯、γ-丁内酯、亚硫酸乙烯酯、碳酸乙烯亚乙酯、联苯、环己基苯、叔丁基苯、丁二腈、戊二腈、1-3丙磺内酯、1-4丁磺内酯、磷酸三甲酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三苯酯、环三磷腈、五氟环三磷腈、六甲基磷腈、氟苯、二氟苯、二乙氧基乙烷、三甘醇二甲醚、四甘醇二甲醚中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述电解液还包括其它锂盐,所述其它锂盐包括但不限于LiPF6、LiClO4、LiAlCl4、LiBF4、LiCF3SO3、LiAsF6、LiN(SO2CF3)2、LiC4F9SO3、LiN(SO2C2F5)2、LiB(C2O4)2、LiC(CF3SO2)3、LiC(CH3)(CF3SO2)2、LiCH(CF3SO2)2、LiCH2(CF3SO2)、LiC2F5SO3、LiN(CF3SO2)、LiB(CF3SO2)、LiCF3SO3、LiN(FSO2)2、LiSbF6、LiSCN、LiPO2F2、LiBF2(C2O4)中的一种或几种。
第四个方面,本发明提供另一种电解液,所述电解液包括锂盐或者钠盐、上述的含硼有机物、有机溶剂二和添加剂二。
进一步的,所述含硼有机物在该电解液中的质量分数为0.01%-20%。
进一步的,所述锂盐包括但不限于LiPF6、LiPO2F2、LiClO4、LiAlCl4、LiBF4、LiB(C2O4)2、LiBF2(C2O4)、LiB(CF3SO2)、LiCF3SO3、LiAsF6、LiN(SO2CF3)2、LiN(FSO2)2、LiN(CF3SO2)、LiN(SO2C2F5)2、LiC4F9SO3、LiC(CF3SO2)3、LiC(CH3)(CF3SO2)2、LiCH(CF3SO2)2、LiCH2(CF3SO2)、LiC2F5SO3、LiCF3SO3、LiSbF6、LiSCN中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述钠盐包括但不限于NaPF6、NaPO2F2、NaClO4、NaAlCl4、NaBF4、NaB(C2O4)2、NaBF2(C2O4)、NaB(CF3SO2)、NaCF3SO3、NaAsF6、NaN(SO2CF3)2、NaN(FSO2)2、NaN(CF3SO2)、NaN(SO2C2F5)2、NaC4F9SO3、NaC(CF3SO2)3、NaC(CH3)(CF3SO2)2、NaCH(CF3SO2)2、NaCH2(CF3SO2)、NaC2F5SO3、NaCF3SO3、NaSbF6、NaSCN、NaBOB、NaODFB中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述有机溶剂二包括但不限于碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸丙烯酯、碳酸丁烯酯、碳酸二甲酯、碳酸二乙酯、碳酸甲乙酯、碳酸甲丙酯、甲酸甲酯、甲酸乙酯、甲酸丙酯、甲酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯、丙酸甲酯、丙酸乙酯、丙酸丁酯、丁酸甲酯、丁酸乙酯、丁酸丙酯、δ-戊内酯、四氢呋喃、2-甲基四氢呋喃、1,3-二氧戊环、4-甲基-1,3-二氧戊环、2-甲基-1,3-二氧戊环、乙二醇二甲醚、环丁砜、二甲基亚砜中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述添加剂二包括但不限于碳酸亚乙烯酯、氟代碳酸乙烯酯、γ-丁内酯、亚硫酸乙烯酯、碳酸乙烯亚乙酯、联苯、环己基苯、叔丁基苯、丁二腈、戊二腈、1-3丙磺内酯、1-4丁磺内酯、磷酸三甲酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三苯酯、环三磷腈、五氟环三磷腈、六甲基磷腈、氟苯、二氟苯、二乙氧基乙烷、三甘醇二甲醚、四甘醇二甲醚中的一种或几种。
第五个方面,本发明提供另一种聚合物电解质,所述聚合物电解质包括上述的含硼有机物和聚合物。
进一步的,所述含硼有机物在该聚合物电解质中的质量分数为0.1%-80%。
进一步的,所述聚合物包括但不限于以下:PAN、PPC、PVC、PVEC、PPS、PEC、PEO、PET、PE、mPEG、PI、PMMA 、PPC、PS、PSA、PTFE、PVA、PVC、PVDF、PVDF-HFP、PTMC、聚硅氧烷、前述聚合物的共聚衍生聚合物中的一种或多种,或者至少两种前述聚合物及其聚合物共聚衍生物的混合物。
可选的,所述聚合物电解质中还含有无机填料。
进一步的,所述无机填料包括但不限于勃姆石、Al2O3、ZrO2、SiO2、MgO、ZnO、TiO2、BaTiO3、La2O5、Ta2O5、LPS、LGPS、LATP、LLZO、LLTO、LSTZ、琥珀腈、蒙脱土及其掺杂改性后的衍生物中的至少一种。
可选的,所述聚合物电解质中还含有其它锂盐或者钠盐。
进一步的,所述其他锂盐包括但不限于LiPF6、LiClO4、LiAlCl4、LiBF4、LiCF3SO3、LiAsF6、LiN(SO2CF3)2、LiC4F9SO3、LiN(SO2C2F5)2、LiB(C2O4)2、LiC(CF3SO2)3、LiC(CH3)(CF3SO2)2、LiCH(CF3SO2)2、LiCH2(CF3SO2)、LiC2F5SO3、LiN(CF3SO2)、LiB(CF3SO2)、LiCF3SO3、LiN(FSO2)2、LiSbF6、LiSCN、LiPO2F2、LiBF2(C2O4)、LiBOB、LiODFB中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述其它钠盐包括但不限于NaPF6、NaPO2F2、NaClO4、NaAlCl4、NaBF4、NaB(C2O4)2、NaBF2(C2O4)、NaB(CF3SO2)、NaCF3SO3、NaAsF6、NaN(SO2CF3)2、NaN(FSO2)2、NaN(CF3SO2)、NaN(SO2C2F5)2、NaC4F9SO3、NaC(CF3SO2)3、NaC(CH3)(CF3SO2)2、NaCH(CF3SO2)2、NaCH2(CF3SO2)、NaC2F5SO3、NaCF3SO3、NaSbF6、NaSCN、NaBOB、NaODFB中的一种或几种。
第六个方面,本发明提供一种聚合物电解质复合膜,该复合膜由第五个方面所述的聚合物电解质和多孔膜复合而成。
进一步的,所述多孔膜为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、改性有机玻璃纤维、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯、芳纶、聚乙二醇、聚偏氟乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯腈和聚酰胺中的一种或几种。
第七个方面,本发明提供一种电池,包括第三个方面所述的电解液、隔膜一、正极一、负极一和封装外壳。
第八个方面,本发明提供另一种电池,包括第四个方面所述的电解液、隔膜二、正极二、负极二和封装外壳。
第九个方面,本发明提供另一种电池,包括第五个方面所述的电解质、正极三、负极三和封装外壳。
在上述的几种电池中,正极材料包括但不限于含钴酸锂、磷酸铁锂、镍钴锰酸锂、镍铬铝酸锂、锰酸锂、镍锰酸锂、磷酸铁钠、磷酸钒钠、普鲁士蓝、锰酸钠、铁酸钠、钒酸钠、钴酸钠,及对这些材料改性后的材料中的至少一种。负极材料包括但不限于含石墨、硅、硬碳、软碳、多孔碳、硅氧碳、硅碳复合材料、钛酸锂、中间相碳微球、锂、钠、钠合金、锂合金中的至少一种。封装外壳包括但不限于铝塑膜或钢壳。
本发明的优势和有益效果是:
1.本发明所提供的含硼有机物,其结构同时含有环状碳酸酯基团和—[BF3]-M+基团,兼顾耐高电压和离子电导率高的特点,既可作为电解液添加剂在二次电池的电极表面形成更稳定的钝化膜,阻碍电解液的进一步分解,又可作为新型锂/钠盐传输锂/钠离子。
2.本发明所提供的含硼有机物制备方法简单、成本较低、耐高温、高电压、合成过程安全环保。
3.本发明所提供的含硼有机物作为锂盐、钠盐或电解液/电解质添加剂,适合工业应用,在动力电池和储能电池等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,所述是对本发明的解释而不是限定。
实施例1
手套箱内取一定量的丙三醇1,2-碳酸酯和甲醇锂(摩尔比1:1)加入一定量的甲醇中并混合均匀,室温下反应8h,所得混合溶液,40℃下减压干燥除去溶剂,得到中间体。将三氟化硼乙醚加入到中间体中(摩尔比1:1),加入少量的乙二醇二甲醚溶剂,室温下搅拌12h,将所得混合液40℃下减压干燥,得到产物M1。M1的结构式如下:
实施例2
氮气气氛下,取一定量的4-羟甲基-5-氟-1,3-二氧杂环戊烷-2-酮和三氟化硼四氢呋喃(摩尔比1:1)混合均匀,室温下反应12h,所得混合溶液,30℃下减压干燥除去溶剂,得到中间体。将乙醇锂溶解在一定量的乙醇中并加入到中间体中(摩尔比1:1),室温下搅拌8h,将所得混合液40℃下减压干燥,得到产物M2。M2的结构式如下:
实施例3
手套箱内取一定量的4,5-二羟甲基-1,3-二氧杂环戊烷-2-酮和三氟化硼乙醚(摩尔比1:2)混合均匀,室温下反应12h,所得混合溶液,30℃下减压干燥除去溶剂,得到中间体。将丁基锂的己烷溶液加入到中间体中(摩尔比2:1),室温下搅拌6h,将所得混合液40℃下减压干燥,得到产物M3。M3的结构式如下:
实施例4
氮气气氛下,取一定量的4-乙氧基乙醇-1,3-二氧杂环戊烷-2-酮和甲醇锂的甲醇溶液(摩尔比1:1)混合均匀,室温下反应8h,所得混合溶液,40℃下减压干燥除去溶剂,得到中间体。将三氟化硼四氢呋喃加入到中间体中(摩尔比1:1),室温下搅拌6h,将所得混合液40℃下减压干燥,得到产物M4。M4的结构式如下:
实施例5
手套箱内取一定量的4,5-二羟甲基-1,3-二氧杂环戊烷-2-酮和三氟化硼乙醚(摩尔比1:2)混合均匀,室温下反应12h,所得混合溶液,30℃下减压干燥除去溶剂,得到中间体。将乙醇钠的乙醇溶液加入到中间体中(摩尔比2:1),室温下搅拌6h,将所得混合液40℃下减压干燥,得到产物M5。M5的结构式如下:
综上,我们开发的环状碳酸酯基三氟硼酸锂/钠在MBF4和环状碳酸酯基础上进行了基团修饰,既可作为电解液添加剂形成稳定SEI膜,又可作为新型锂盐传导锂/钠离子或其它用途,和现有的锂/钠盐或添加剂相比,其具有制备工艺简单、成本低、耐高温、合成过程环保、安全等诸多优点。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (9)
1.一种含硼有机物,其特征在于:该有机物的结构如通式I所示:
其中,所述R为空白、氢化未取代芳基、取代芳基、氢化未取代的C1-C10烷基、部分或全部卤素取代的C1-C10烷基、氢化未取代的-[C-C-O]m-Cn-、或者部分或全部被卤素取代的-[C-C-O]m-Cn-;
所述R1为H、卤素原子、氢化未取代芳基、取代芳基、氢化未取代的C1-C10烷基、部分或全部卤素取代的C1-C10烷基或者-R2-OBF3Li,其中,R2为空白、氢化未取代芳基、取代芳基、氢化未取代的C1-C10烷基、部分或全部卤素取代的C1-C10烷基、氢化未取代的-[C-C-O]m-Cn-、或者部分或全部被卤素取代的-[C-C-O]m-Cn-,其中m=1-5,n=1-5;
所述M+为Li+或Na+。
2.权利要求1所述的一种含硼有机物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
将含羟基的环状碳酸酯基小分子、三氟化硼络合物、金属阳离子源在溶剂中进行反应;反应结束后浓缩并干燥,既得。
3.一种电解质,其特征在于:包括权利要求1所述的含硼有机物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电解质,其特征在于:还包括有机溶剂和添加剂。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种电解质,其特征在于:还包括聚合物。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种电解质,其特征在于:还包括其他锂盐或钠盐。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种电解质,其特征在于:还包括无机填料。
8.一种聚合物电解质复合膜,其特征在于:由权利要求5所述的电解质和多孔膜复合而成。
9.一种电池,其特征在于:包括权利要求3~7任意一项所述的电解质、正极和负极。
