目前,舒缓修复用产品大部分都添加了动物来源的成分或者添加了化学防腐剂,例如中国专利文献CN109498500A公开了一种活性肽抗炎修复组合物及其精华液和制备方法,该活性肽抗炎修复组合物具有显著的抗炎和修复受损皮肤的功效,但该活性肽抗炎修复组合物中添加了防腐剂,安全性低,已引起使用者的过敏风险。因此,需要一种无动物来源成分和化学防腐剂添加的,稳定性强的,天然、安全、低敏的能抗炎舒缓修复的化妆品。

本实用的技术方案是这样实现的:一种甘草提取物护肤品组合物,所述组合物原料包括以下组分:甘草提取物1.5-6wt%,卡瓦胡椒提取物0.1-1wt%、豆浆发酵产物1-3wt%,二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物0.5-1.5wt%。

1、本发明采用的甘草提取物、卡瓦胡椒提取物和二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物可以有效促进人体表皮细胞的增殖代谢,同时也具有良好地抗炎作用,帮助问题肌肤生长和抑制炎症,使肌肤恢复正常的状态,甘草提取物、卡瓦胡椒提取物和二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物还可以有效地抵抗皮肤的氧化,减缓皮肤衰老,豆类发酵物可以通过抑制有害菌生长促进有益菌繁殖来控制皮肤微生态。
2、本发明采用微射流技术技术可以不借助油性溶剂直接将各组分进行充分混合形成乳液,避免了过多的化学产品对皮肤的刺激。
具体实施方式
为了进一步理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明提供的一种甘草提取物护肤品组合物进行具体描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。该领域熟练技术人员根据上述发明内容对本发明核心思想指导下做出的非本质改进和调整,仍然属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例
各实施例其余组分为多元醇和非离子表面活性剂。
各实施例均采用的豆类发酵物均为黑豆发酵物。
各实施例通过以下步骤制得:
S1.称取甘草提取物、卡瓦胡椒提取物、豆浆发酵产物和二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物,并将各原料共混;
S2.将步骤1得到的共混原料加入水溶性辅料中,进行剪切得到浊液;
S3.采用微射流技术将步骤2得到的浊液制成乳液,即得到甘草提取物护肤品组合物。
实验例1
对实施例1-4的护肤品组合物进行抗炎性测试,具体采用鼠耳肿胀实验进行测试,将各实施例制得的护肤品组合物涂抹于小鼠耳部的红肿处,按照100mg/kg的涂药量进行涂抹,并肿胀抑制率记录在下表中。

实验例2
对实施例1-4的护肤品组合物的抗氧化性能进行检测,具体采用DPPH/甲醇溶液的清除率衡量各实施例抗氧化性能,
配制0.2mmol/L的DPPH/甲醇溶液;配制不同浓度的待测样品溶液;分别吸取2mL样品溶液和2mLDPPH/溶液于具塞试管中,混匀,避光反应30min,测定517nm波长下的吸光值A1;分别吸取2mL样品溶液和2ml甲醇于具塞试管中,混匀,避光反应30min,测定517m波长下的吸光值A2;分别吸取2mLDPPH溶液和2mL甲醇于具塞试管中,混匀,避光反应30min,测定517nm波长下的吸光值Ao;其中,DPPH清除率的计算公式为
DPPH清除率(%)=(1-(A1-A2)/Ao)×100%
并将检测结果记录在下表中,检测方法依照GB/T10125-1997标准进行。

实验例3护肤品组合物的细胞增殖促进作用
对实施例1-4的护肤品组合物对人成纤维细胞的增殖作用性能进行测试,
对各实施例制得的护肤品组合物用去离子水配制成不同浓度溶液,在不同细胞生长所需的无血清DMEM(dulbecco's modified eagle medium)或MEM(minimum Eagle’smedium)培养基中加入各浓度的护肤品组合物,使培养基中护肤品组合物干物质含量为1.5wt%、0.75wt%和0.5wt%;以不含样品的去离子水为空白对照,培养48小时后,用MTT比色法对细胞染色后,用酶标仪测定550nm处吸光度,空白对照的增殖率为100%,参比空白对照,评估对人成纤维细胞的增殖作用。

实施例4
对实施例1-4的护肤品的皮肤微生态平衡能力进行测试
采用玻璃培养皿及牛肉膏蛋白胨培养葡萄球菌ATCC12228、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538和痤疮丙酸杆菌ATCC6919,接种量为1×105CFU,在接种表面涂抹0.5mL各实施例制得的护肤品产物,于自然光照24h后对菌落数目进行检测,结果如下表所示下表所示。
由实验结果可知,各实施例均对有益的表皮葡萄球菌的生长有一定促进作用,而对金黄色葡萄球菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌均有较好的抑制作用,可以有效地对皮肤微生态进行控制。
Claims (8)
1.一种甘草提取物护肤品组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物原料包括以下组分:甘草提取物1.5-6wt%,卡瓦胡椒提取物0.1-1wt%、豆浆发酵产物1-3wt%,二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物0.5-1.5wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甘草提取物护肤品组合物,其特征在于,所述甘草提取物为甘草酸或甘草次酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的甘草提取物护肤品组合物,其特征在于,所述豆浆发酵产物为黑豆豆浆发酵产物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的甘草提取物护肤品组合物,其特征在于,所述甘草提取物和卡瓦胡椒提取物均是通过低温微射流法提取的。
5.一种甘草提取物护肤品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.称取甘草提取物、卡瓦胡椒提取物、豆浆发酵产物和二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物,并将各原料共混;
S2.将步骤1得到的共混原料加入水溶性辅料中,进行剪切得到浊液;
S3.采用微射流技术将步骤2得到的浊液制成乳液,即得到甘草提取物护肤品组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的甘草提取物护肤品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中所述的水溶性辅料中包括多元醇和非离子表面活性剂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的甘草提取物护肤品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中所述的水溶性辅料由丁二醇、1,2-己二醇、甘油、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-戊二醇、透明质酸钠、精氨酸和卡波姆组成。
8.权利要求1-7任一所述的护肤品组合物在改善皮肤敏感方面的应用。
