技术领域
本发明涉及一种卸妆水，特别是涉及一种美肌保湿卸妆水及其制备方法。
背景技术
卸妆水是用于卸除彩妆的水剂化妆用品，通常配方中含有较多的表面活性剂、保湿剂和乙醇，以增加对皮肤的清洁作用。肌肤上残留过多的化妆品和油脂污垢不仅会堵塞毛孔，还容易造成肤色暗淡，影响肌肤的健康。因此，在晚上休息前做好卸妆工作是对面部肌肤最好的呵护。传统的卸妆水大多使用阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂，虽然对脸部的油性彩妆有较好的清洁卸妆效果，然而在卸妆的同时会导致皮肤干燥，而且对眼睛有一定的刺激性，长期使用对脸部皮肤会造成不好的影响。
中国专利申请CN201410620221.9公开了一种卸妆水，组份和质量比为:黄瓜15%-20%、芦荟10%-15%、鸡蛋清10%-15%、酒精10%-15%、甘油8%-10%、西红柿8%-10%、生菜叶8%-10%、橄榄油8%-10%。该卸妆水虽然对皮肤有一定的保湿效果，但仍存在对眼睛有一定刺激性，卸妆效果一般的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种美肌保湿卸妆水，其具有较好的卸妆美肌、保湿爽肤效果，而且对眼睛的刺激性很小。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：
一种美肌保湿卸妆水，由以下重量百分比的组分组成：溶剂60-80%，保湿剂1-10%，聚甘油-10月桂酸酯与PEG-20甘油月桂酸酯的混合物1-10%，螯合剂0.01-0.1%，丁二醇与芍药根提取物的混合物1-10%，库拉索芦荟叶汁1-10%，光果甘草根提取物0.1-1%，银耳提取物0.1-1%，油橄榄果水0.1-1%，月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐与1,2-己二醇的混合物0.1-1%，PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.1-1%，润肤剂0.1-1%；其中，溶剂、保湿剂、聚甘油-10月桂酸酯与PEG-20甘油月桂酸酯的混合物、螯合剂为A组分，丁二醇与芍药根提取物的混合物、库拉索芦荟叶汁、光果甘草根提取物、银耳提取物、油橄榄果水、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐与1,2-己二醇的混合物为B组分，PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、润肤剂为C组分。

一种美肌保湿卸妆水的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量百分比称取各组分，将C组分分散均匀后备用；
（2）将A组分加入搅拌锅，升温至80-90℃后保温30-40分钟灭菌，搅拌至溶解均匀后降温至45℃；
（3）将B组分和分散均匀的C组分加入搅拌锅，搅拌均匀后搅拌冷却至室温得到半成品；
（4）将半成品检验、储存，然后灌装、包装、入库得到美肌保湿卸妆水成品。
进一步地，本发明所述步骤（2）中，升温的温度为85℃。
进一步地，本发明所述步骤（2）中，保温的时间为30分钟。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
1）本发明使用保湿剂——双丙甘醇、丁二醇以及植物源皮肤调理剂、润肤剂——芍药根提取物、库拉索芦荟叶汁、光果甘草根提取物、银耳提取物、油橄榄果水、白兰花油等复配，能产生优异的锁水吸水性能，保持角质层水分，使皮肤爽滑保湿，达到较好的保湿爽肤效果，还能消除肌肤疲劳，增白美肌，并起到抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗衰老、防晒等作用。
2）本发明使用的表面活性剂——聚甘油-10 月桂酸酯、PEG-20甘油月桂酸酯、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、PEG-40 氢化蓖麻油均对人体比较友好，对眼睛的刺激性很小，而且能很好地溶解卸除彩妆，产生较好的卸妆美肌效果。

选取90名年龄为24-36岁，脸部皮肤健康，无炎症痤疮，无敏感肤质的女性测试人员，随机平均分为5组，每组18名测试人员，5组测试人员分别使用实施例1-4、对比例样品，使用方法为：每个测试人员使用同一款BB霜、眼影、眼线、口红化妆，然后分别使用对应的样品进行卸妆，用化妆棉浸取适量卸妆水，轻敷溶解彩妆/底妆/眼妆，几秒后轻轻擦拭，再用清水冲洗干净即可。
卸妆后测试人员分别对各自的卸妆效果、保湿效果、爽肤效果以及眼睛的刺激性进行评分，评分采取5分制，卸妆效果、保湿效果、爽肤效果的评分制中是5分表示效果最好，1分表示效果最差，而刺激性的评分制是5分表示刺激性最强，1分表示刺激性最弱，计算出每组测试人员的平均分。
测试结果如表2所示：

由表2可以看出，本发明实施例1-4的卸妆效果平均分、保湿效果平均分、爽肤效果平均分均明显高于对比例，同时刺激性平均分明显低于对比例，表明本发明具有较好的保湿爽肤、卸妆美肌效果，而且对眼睛的刺激性很小。
试验例2：理化性能测试
分别对实施例1-4进行理化性能测试，测试结果显示：外观为无色透明液体；pH值为5.5-7.0。耐热稳定性测试结果为合格，测试条件为45℃下保持24小时。耐寒稳定性测试结果为合格，测试条件为-10℃下保持24小时。
以上测试结果表明本发明制得的美肌保湿卸妆水的各项理化指标均合格，耐热耐寒稳定性较好。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效，而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下，对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此，举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变，仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。
Claims (8)
1.一种美肌保湿卸妆水，其特征在于：由以下重量百分比的组分组成：溶剂60-80%，保湿剂1-10%，聚甘油-10月桂酸酯与PEG-20甘油月桂酸酯的混合物1-10%，螯合剂0.01-0.1%，丁二醇与芍药根提取物的混合物1-10%，库拉索芦荟叶汁1-10%，光果甘草根提取物0.1-1%，银耳提取物0.1-1%，油橄榄果水0.1-1%，月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐与1,2-己二醇的混合物0.1-1%，PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.1-1%，润肤剂0.1-1%；其中，溶剂、保湿剂、聚甘油-10月桂酸酯与PEG-20甘油月桂酸酯的混合物、螯合剂为A组分，丁二醇与芍药根提取物的混合物、库拉索芦荟叶汁、光果甘草根提取物、银耳提取物、油橄榄果水、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐与1,2-己二醇的混合物为B组分，PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、润肤剂为C组分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种美肌保湿卸妆水，其特征在于：所述溶剂为水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种美肌保湿卸妆水，其特征在于：所述保湿剂为双丙甘醇。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种美肌保湿卸妆水，其特征在于：所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种美肌保湿卸妆水，其特征在于：所述润肤剂为白兰花油。
6.根据权利要求1～5任意一项所述的一种美肌保湿卸妆水的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量百分比称取各组分，将C组分分散均匀后备用；
（2）将A组分加入搅拌锅，升温至80-90℃后保温30-40分钟灭菌，搅拌至溶解均匀后降温至45℃；
（3）将B组分和分散均匀的C组分加入搅拌锅，搅拌均匀后搅拌冷却至室温得到半成品；
（4）将半成品检验、储存，然后灌装、包装、入库得到美肌保湿卸妆水成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种美肌保湿卸妆水的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤（2）中，升温的温度为85℃。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种美肌保湿卸妆水的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤（2）中，保温的时间为30分钟。
