【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种喷药保果的方法,具体涉及一种给柑桔果树喷药保果的药剂及方法。
【背景技术】
滑皮金桔、脆蜜金桔、油皮金桔、砂糖桔等柑桔类果树,开花季节一般都是高温多雨,必须抢晴天无雨时给柑桔类果树喷施植物生长调节剂和叶面肥进行保花保果。由于作业时间在雨季,柑桔谢花后最佳保果时间短等特点,传统施药保果方法难以满足大面积果园的生产需求。
【发明内容】
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种给柑桔果树喷药保果的药剂及方法,其可高效、快速完成保果药剂的喷施,从而满足大面积果园的生产需求。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,提供一种给柑桔果树喷药保果的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1喷药机械的选择:选用旋翼无人机,每个旋翼无人机设置2-4组喷头,所述喷头安装在无人机左右或最后两个旋翼电机正下方;
S2第一次保果:柑桔果树谢花80%后摇花,将配置好的药剂一装入旋翼无人机中进行喷洒;
S3第二次保果:喷施药剂一5~10天后,将配置好的药剂二装入旋翼无人机中进行喷洒。
特别的,所述旋翼无人机的旋翼选用折叠翼扇叶,如此可以确保保果药液在无人机风场作用下,无缝覆盖整个果树植株,从而达到高效、高座果率的目的。
特别的,所述喷头的雾粒直径为150~250微米,于本发明中,药液雾粒直径过细会造成药液随风漂移,药液附着效果差,影响药效,雾粒过大,药液分布不均匀,药液不能喷施到叶幕层中,影响用药效果。
特别的,所述旋翼无人机的高压药泵的工作压力为0.1MPa,药液喷洒量3~5升/分钟,于本发明中,选用大于或者等于0.1Mp的工作压力泵,可以保证药液雾化的效果更好,若药泵的工作压力过低,造成药液雾粒大,从而影响施药效果;而药液喷洒量与航速成正相关,航速固定时,药液喷洒量太少,达不到保果的有效剂量,喷洒量过大,会产生药害。
特别的,所述旋翼无人机的航速为1~5米/秒,航距为2~5米,作业高度为2~4米;于本发明中,航速过快,叶幕层下部喷不到药液,航速过慢,总用药量增加,会产生药害;航距过大,有的地方喷不到药液,航距过小,重复喷药,总用药量过大,会产生药害;作业高度过低,雾粒尚未散开,直吹树冠,雾粒分布不均匀影响施药效果;作业高度过高,雾粒漂移自由沉降,雾粒只落在叶面,影响施药效果。
特别的,所述药剂一和药剂二的用量均为:4~20升/亩。
特别的,所述药剂一包括噻苯隆、硼酸,所述药剂二包括噻苯隆、芸苔素、赤霉酸之混合物或者噻苯隆、赤霉酸的混合物;所述药剂一中噻苯隆可以促进营养生长转向生殖生长,提高座果率、促进果实膨大,而硼酸于叶面喷施,可减少脱落酸的形成,提高座果率,同时可补充微量元素硼;所述药剂二中噻苯隆可提高座果率、促进果实膨大,赤霉酸可以减少第二次生理落果,提高座果率,加速幼果生长,芸苔素促进细胞分裂、加快幼果转绿,提高座果率。
本发明还提供一种给柑桔果树喷药保果的药剂,包括:用于第一次保果的药剂一、用于第二次保果的药剂二;
所述药剂一包括:噻苯隆、硼酸,所述噻苯隆的浓度为0.1~2ppm,硼酸采用150~200倍液;
所述药剂二包括:噻苯隆、芸苔素、赤霉酸之混合物或者噻苯隆、赤霉酸的混合物,所述噻苯隆浓度为0.1~2ppm,赤霉酸浓度50~200ppm,芸苔素200~400倍液;
于本发明中,若上述药剂浓度过高,会产生药害,若浓度过低,会使座果率大大降低,从而达不到保果效果。
本发明提供一种给柑桔果树喷药保果的药剂及方法,采用多旋翼植保无人机为施药器具,配合本发明体用的保果药剂对柑桔或其他果树进行精准喷药,高浓度、低剂量、全园无缝覆盖施药保果,达到快速高效、安全无副作用、座果率高、环保省工省时低成本的目的,解决了柑桔雨季天气不好、座果率低的问题,具有高效、快速、安全、低成本的优点。
【具体实施方式】
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下通过实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。
本发明提供一种给柑桔果树喷药保果的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1喷药机械的选择:选用四旋翼、六旋翼、八旋翼锂电池或油电混合动力植保无人机,旋翼必须采用大风力的折叠翼扇叶,以确保保果药液在无人机风场作用下,施药保果的喷头要求雾粒细微均匀,因此必须选择超微量喷头或离心喷头,雾粒直径150~250微米为宜,每台无人机配置2组或4组喷头,安装在无人机左右或左右、最后两个旋翼电机正下方,以保证喷洒的雾粒在风场作用下无缝覆盖全部果树植株;
S2第一次保果:柑桔果树谢花80%后摇花,将噻苯隆、硼酸配置好后装入旋翼无人机中进行喷洒,于本发明中摇花的目的是促进花瓣脱落,减少灰霉病及其他病害的发生,花瓣及早脱落,幼果见阳光提高座果率,而在谢花80%选择摇花,是因为谢花80%是时间临界点,时间早了摇不脱花瓣,晚了花蔫了摇不落,具体可以采用如下方法进行摇花,采取人工叉树枝来回摇动或用竹竿轻拨树枝振动摇脱花瓣,或使用消防吹风机吹脱花瓣;S3第二次保果:喷施噻苯隆、硼酸混合物5~10天后,将配置好的噻苯隆、芸苔素、赤霉酸之混合物或者噻苯隆、赤霉酸的混合物装入旋翼无人机中进行喷洒。

于本发明中,在喷施药液保果作业时,根据果园立地条件,选择合适的飞行模式。平地果园选择自主飞行模式,地形复杂、地势高低不平的果园选用手动飞行模式,在装满稀释好的药液,调试喷头正常工作,设定飞行模式,定高模式设置气压定高,开始喷雾作业。航速1~5米/秒,航距2~5米,作业高度2~4米,相对飞行高度6~9米,减掉果树高度3~5米即为作业高度。

1.一种给柑桔果树喷药保果的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1喷药机械的选择:选用旋翼无人机,每个旋翼无人机设置2-4组喷头,所述喷头安装在无人机左右或最后两个旋翼电机正下方;
S2第一次保果:柑桔果树谢花80%后摇花,将配置好的药剂一装入旋翼无人机中进行喷洒;
S3第二次保果:喷施药剂一5~10天后,将配置好的药剂二装入旋翼无人机中进行喷洒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种给柑桔果树喷药保果的药剂及方法,其特征在于,所述旋翼无人机的旋翼选用折叠翼扇叶。
