Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型植保无人机的结构布局及控制方式。所述结构布局包括:机体、前后旋翼电机、中间旋翼电机、中间旋翼、前后旋翼、前后机臂、中间机臂和喷头。中间旋翼的安装平面低于前后旋翼的安装平面。中间旋翼水平布置,前后旋翼分别相对于中间旋翼平面有一定倾角,中间旋翼的桨盘区域和前后旋翼的桨盘区域在中间旋翼桨盘平面上的投影有一定的重合,使得风场融合以加强中间旋翼处的风场。喷头安装于中间旋翼电机的下方。本发明所提供的结构布局能提高喷头所在处风场的穿透能力,实现提高药液穿透性和降低药液漂移;该结构布局同时减小了无人机的整体尺寸,使得无人机便于搬运,并降低了起飞场地大小的限制。

技术领域
本发明涉及无人机技术领域,具体为一种新型植保无人机结构布局。
背景技术
近几年,农业智能化的发展进程逐步加快,植保无人机对于农业的发展起到推波助澜的作用,起到节约时间,节省人工劳动力,减少资源的损耗等实质性效果,为了实现功能化的最大化,植保无人机也在一步步地改进。
现有的植保无人机大多应用于低矮的农作物,如水稻、小麦、棉花等,对较高的农作物如玉米和植株更高和枝叶繁茂的果树的应用效果不佳。主要由于现有植保无人机的风场穿透性不足,导致喷洒的药液穿透力不够,难以到达高杆作物和果树的中下部,同时造成严重的药液飘移,影响施药效果。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种新型植保无人机的结构布局,旨在提高植保无人机风场的穿透性,以便提高植保无人机进行低矮作物、高杆作物和果树喷洒时药液的穿透性和降低药液的漂移。
本发明涉及的植保无人机结构布局包括:机体、前后旋翼电机、中间旋翼电机、中间旋翼、前后旋翼、前后机臂、中间机臂和喷头。其特征是:前后旋翼安装在前后旋翼电机上,前后旋翼电机安装在前后机臂上,前后机臂与机体相连,中间旋翼安装在中间旋翼电机上,中间旋翼电机安装在中间机臂上,中间机臂与机体相连,喷头安装于中间旋翼电机的下方。
进一步地,中间旋翼可采用双叶桨或多叶桨,使得中间旋翼产生穿透性强的风场。
进一步地,中间旋翼水平安装,前后旋翼分别相对于中间旋翼有一定倾角。前后旋翼的风场朝向中间旋翼的风场,使得前后旋翼的风场与中间旋翼的风场产生融合,实现中间旋翼处风场的集中,加强风场的穿透性,有利于提高药液的穿透性和降低药液的漂移。前后旋翼的倾角也有利于提高飞行的稳定性和机动性。
进一步地,中间旋翼的安装平面低于前后旋翼的安装平面,中间旋翼的桨盘区域和前后旋翼的桨盘区域在中间旋翼桨盘平面上的投影有一定的重合,使得中间旋翼风场和前后旋翼风场相融合,提高了风场的穿透性。风场穿透性的提高有利于提高药液的穿透性和降低药液的漂移。旋翼重叠也使得无人机结构更紧凑,使得无人机便于搬运,并降低了起飞场地大小的限制;紧凑的结构也使得无人机转动惯量降低,提高无人机的机动性。
进一步地,喷头安装在中间旋翼电机的下方,可根据需求安装一个或多个。
本发明的优点为:通过旋翼的布局及搭配提高无人机风场的穿透性,以便提高植保无人机进行低矮作物、高杆作物和果树喷洒时药液的穿透性和降低药液的漂移。旋翼的布局使得无人机结构更紧凑,紧凑的结构使得无人机便于搬运和降低起飞场地大小的限制,并提高无人机的机动性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,但本发明不仅局限于此。
如图1所示,本发明所提到的结构布局包括:机体1、安装在机体1上的前后机臂6、安装在机体1上的中间机臂7、安装在前后机臂6上的前后旋翼电机2、安装在前后旋翼电机2上的前后旋翼3、安装在中间机臂7上的中间旋翼电机5。
如图1所示,中间旋翼4的桨盘区域和前后旋翼3的桨盘区域在中间旋翼4桨盘平面上的投影有一定的重合,使得中间旋翼4的风场和前后旋翼3的风场融合,提高风场的穿透性。旋翼重叠也使得无人机更紧凑。
如图2所示,喷头8安装在中间旋翼电机5的下方,图中所示为单个喷头的安装方式,也可根据需求安装多个喷头。
如图3所示,中间旋翼4水平安装,前后旋翼3的安装平面与中间旋翼4的安装平面以前后机臂6为转轴成一定角度安装,使得前后旋翼3的风场朝向中间旋翼4。中间旋翼4的安装平面低于前后旋翼3的安装平面。这种布置使得前后旋翼3产生的风场和中间旋翼4产生的风场相融合,提高喷头8所在处风场的穿透性。
如图4和图5所示,中间旋翼4可采用三叶桨和四叶桨或更多桨叶的桨,以便产生穿透性强的风场的前提下,适当减小中间旋翼4直径,使得无人机结构更紧凑。

1.一种新型植保无人机的结构布局,所述结构布局包括机体、前后旋翼电机、中间旋翼电机、中间旋翼、前后旋翼、前后机臂、中间机臂和喷头,其特征是:前后旋翼安装在前后旋翼电机上,前后旋翼电机安装在前后机臂上,前后机臂与机体相连,中间旋翼安装在中间旋翼电机上,中间旋翼电机安装在中间机臂上,中间机臂与机体相连,喷头安装于中间旋翼电机的下方,中间旋翼的安装平面低于前后旋翼的安装平面,中间旋翼的桨盘区域和前后旋翼的桨盘区域在中间旋翼桨盘平面上的投影有一定的重合,中间旋翼水平安装,前后旋翼的安装平面与中间旋翼的安装平面以前后机臂为转轴成一定角度安装,安装方向为使得前后旋翼的风场朝向中间旋翼的风场的方向。
2.根据权利要求1以所述的一种新型植保无人机的结构布局,其特征是:中间旋翼除了用双叶桨可采用三叶桨和四叶桨或更多桨叶的桨。
