Specifically, the obtaining module 201 obtains an item identifier of the item.
The step S1 specifically includes the steps of:
scanning an article label of an article to be put on a shelf;
the object label is analyzed to obtain the object identifier of the object.
In an embodiment, each object is provided with an object tag, the object tag is a two-dimensional code, and the obtaining module 201 scans the object tag and analyzes the object tag to obtain the object identifier. The scanning can be performed by using a PDA (personal digital assistant) or a scanning gun, and the object identification comprises an object name, warehousing time, a manufacturer and the like.
In another embodiment, the article tag is a numeric code or a bar code.
Step S2: after moving the object to a first receiving portion 111, the first shelving information is received.
Specifically, the control module 202 sends a control command to move the object to any one of the first receiving portions 111, and then the receiving module 203 receives first shelving information from the first sensing element 12, where the first shelving information is sensing information generated when the first sensing element 12 senses that the object is received in the corresponding first receiving portion 111.
In one embodiment, the control module 202 sends a control command to the robot to control the robot to move the to-be-shelved object to a first receiving portion 111.
And step S3: and acquiring a first accommodating part identifier of the corresponding first accommodating part according to the first racking information.
Specifically, a first sensing element 12 corresponds to a first receiving portion 111, and the obtaining module 201 obtains a first receiving portion identifier of the corresponding receiving portion according to the first shelving information.
In an embodiment, the step S3 specifically includes the steps of:
acquiring information of a corresponding first induction piece according to the first shelving information;
and acquiring a first accommodating part identifier of the corresponding first accommodating part according to the information of the first induction piece.
And step S4: and acquiring a preset binding table, and adjusting the binding table according to the object identifier and the first accommodating part identifier.
Specifically, the binding module 204 adjusts the binding table according to the object identifier and the first container identifier.
The preset binding table comprises corresponding binding relations among the first sensing piece, the first accommodating part and the first bearing piece, and the adjusted binding table comprises corresponding binding relations among the object, the first sensing piece, the first accommodating part and the first bearing piece.
Step S5: and displaying the binding table.
Specifically, the display module 206 calls the display unit 50 to visually display the position of the object in the first bearing unit 10 and the accommodation condition of the first bearing unit 10.
It is understood that in other embodiments, step S5 may be omitted.
Referring to fig. 6, in another embodiment, the method further includes the steps of:
step S11: and acquiring the object identification of the object to be off-shelved.
Specifically, the obtaining module 201 obtains an item identifier of an item to be shelved.
Step S12: and acquiring the corresponding first accommodating part identification according to the object identification and the binding table.
Specifically, the obtaining module 201 obtains a first receiving portion for storing the object and a first receiving portion identifier corresponding to the first receiving portion according to the object identifier of the object and the object identifier in the binding list.
Step S13: and after the object is moved out of the first accommodating part, receiving first lower rack information.
The control module 202 sends a control command to move the object in the corresponding first receiving portion out to a preset position. The receiving module 203 receives the first shelving information sent by the first sensing element, so as to determine that one of the objects is successfully shelved.
Step S14: and judging whether the article is successfully off-shelf or not according to the first off-shelf information and the binding table.
Specifically, the determining module 207 obtains a first receiving portion corresponding to the first sensing element according to the first shelving information, and compares whether the first receiving portion identifier corresponds to the first receiving portion identifier corresponding to the object, so as to determine whether the object is successfully shelved.
If yes, go to step S15: and adjusting the binding table according to the first subframe information and the first accommodating part identifier.
If not, executing step S16: and adjusting the indication state into an alarm indication.
Specifically, if yes, the binding module 204 updates the binding table according to the first subframe information and the first container identifier, for example, updates the object information corresponding to the first container to be empty. If not, the indicating module 205 adjusts the indicating state of the first indicating element 13 to be an alarm state, which indicates that an error occurs in the rack unloading operation, for example, the indicating lamp displays red.
In another embodiment, further comprising the steps of:

And scanning to obtain the object label so as to obtain the object identification of the object to be placed on the shelf.
Step S32: and judging whether the binding table has the object identifier or not.
Specifically, the determining module 207 determines whether the object identifier exists in the binding table.
If yes, go to step S33: and acquiring a first accommodating part identifier corresponding to the object so as to replace the object to be placed on the shelf in the first accommodating part.
If not, executing step S34: step S2 is performed.
Specifically, when a new material is put on the shelf, the binding table needs to be retrieved to determine whether a missing or misplaced condition exists before, that is, after the acquisition module 201 acquires the information of the object a, the object B is put on the first bearing unit, when the information of the object a is acquired again, the system determines that the object a exists on the first bearing unit, that is, the object is taken or placed wrongly, and the control module 202 sends a control instruction to take the object B out of a receiving portion and place the object a in the receiving portion.
Further, executing step S33 further includes the steps of: and adjusting the indication state of the corresponding first accommodating part to display the accommodating state of the first accommodating part.
Specifically, the indication module 205 adjusts the first indicator 13 to an alarm indication state to facilitate locating the misplaced object. According to the storage management method, the storage condition of the objects in the first accommodating part is obtained in real time, the binding table is adjusted in real time according to the storage condition, and the objects are put on and taken off and checked according to the binding table, so that labor is saved, and the storage efficiency is improved.
