The elliptical food drying device for food processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a motor (6) horizontally mounted on the base (1), a driving gear (7) mounted on the output end of the motor (6), and a driven gear (8) engaged with the driving gear (7) is fixedly sleeved on the outer circumference of the rotary cylinder (2).
5. Elliptical food drying unit for food processing according to claim 1, characterised in that the heating means are heating wires (16) mounted inside the heating plate (14).

The elliptical food drying device for food processing according to claim 3, characterized in that the flow guide mechanism comprises a guide plate (17) installed on the discharge port (11) through a rotating shaft (18), a lapping block (19) arranged at one end of the guide plate (17), a second permanent magnet (22) installed inside the lapping block (19) in an embedded manner, and a fourth permanent magnet (25) installed at the other end of the guide plate (17) in an embedded manner, wherein a lapping notch (20) matched with the lapping block (19) is formed at the top end of the lowest end of the heating plate (14), a first permanent magnet (21) with opposite magnetism to that of the second permanent magnet (22) is installed on one end of the heating plate (14) positioned in the lapping notch (20) in an embedded manner, a support plate (23) capable of supporting the other end of the guide plate (17) is jointly and fixedly arranged on two connecting rods positioned at the lowest end of the, and a permanent magnet III (24) with the magnetism opposite to that of the permanent magnet IV (25) is embedded on the support plate (23).
8. The elliptical food drying apparatus for food processing as set forth in claim 1, wherein a vibrator (26) is installed at a bottom end of the heating plate (14).
