Abstract

本发明提供一种复合纳米纤维水刺无纺布,主要由PP纤维、纳米纤维素纤维、碳纤维、聚酯纤维按比例配置投入。与现有技术相比,本发明有良好的结构强度、组织紧密性、环保等性能。而且还有棉质的舒适感觉。实践证明,本发明即使清洗多次依然可以保持能力,尤其适用于制作医用防护面料或其他多功能无纺布防护产品,是一种极具前景的纳米纤维素纤维针刺无纺布材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织纤维,具体为一种复合纳米纤维水刺无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布(英文名:Non Woven Fabric 或者 Nonwoven cloth)又称非织造布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。简单的讲就是:它不是由一根一根的纱线交织、编结在一起的,而是将纤维直接通过物理或化学的方法粘合在一起的,所以,当你拿到你衣服里的粘称时,就会发现,是抽不出一根根的线头的。一、无纺布的特点无纺布没有经纬线,剪裁和缝纫都非常方便,而且质轻容易定型。非织造布突破了传统的纺织原理,并具有工艺流程短、生产速率快,产量高、成本低、用途广、原料来源多等特点。与纺织布相比强度和耐久性较差,而且不能像其他布料一样耐清洗。因为纤维按一定方向排列,所以容易从直角方向裂开等等,因此生产方法的改善主要放在防止分裂的改良上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合纳米纤维水刺无纺布,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:1.一种复合纳米纤维水刺无纺布,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤制成:
A.将100份PP纤维、12-20份纳米纤维素纤维、2-5份聚酯纤维,按比例投入到输送平帘上,送入到粗开松机;
B.原料经过混棉充分混合后,喂入精开松机,在精开松机内进行充分开松和预梳理;
C.经过精开机的纤维通过风送管道进入到气压棉箱,保证棉层体密度一致,梳理机接收气压棉箱按照工艺设定重量给入的纤维,梳理成均匀的10-15克/平方米双层纤维网状薄层;
D. 预湿处理:双层纤维网状薄层经过夹持碳帘的握持输送,通过往复作用,使其铺网达到7—18层;
E.水刺加固:经成形的纤网送入水刺机加固,进行预加湿处理,预湿的目的是压实蓬松的纤网,排除纤网中的空气,使纤网进入水刺区后能有效地吸收水射流的能量,以加强纤维缠结效果,在水射流直接冲击和反弹水流的双重作用下,纤网中的纤维发生位移、穿插、缠结、抱合,形成无数个柔性缠结点,从而使纤网得到加固。
F.脱水:水刺工序结束后将纤网中水分降至最低,有利于降低烘燥能耗;
G.在针刺机前喂入,使纤维网在针刺前均匀的夹持喂入针区; 将经过梳理、铺网形成的纤维网通过预针刺工序将纤维网初步缠结定型,保证原纤维网的方向不变,将经过预针刺机初步缠结的纤维网通过主针刺机进一步针刺缠结,针刺5-8次,将经过主针刺加固缠结的纺粘无纺布通过修面针刺机正反两面针刺,达到成型针刺无 纺布表面平整,无毛刺、骨痕现象,经过储布张力架进行坯布储布。
纳米纤维素是一种新型的高分子功能材料,具有的结构和优良的性能,其三维纳米网状结构,生物适应性,良好的机械稳定性,抗菌性等优良性能。
与现有技术相比,本发明有以下优点:1.柔性缠结,不影响纤维原有特征,不损伤纤维。2.外观更接近传统纺织品。3.强度高,低起毛性。4.高吸湿性,快速吸湿。5.手感手软,悬垂性好。6.外观花样多变。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
包括以下具体步骤制成:

E.水刺加固:经成形的纤网送入水刺机加固,进行预加湿处理,预湿的目的是压实蓬松的纤网,排除纤网中的空气,使纤网进入水刺区后能有效地吸收水射流的能量,以加强纤维缠结效果,在水射流直接冲击和反弹水流的双重作用下,纤网中的纤维发生位移、穿插、缠结、抱合,形成无数个柔性缠结点,从而使纤网得到加固。
F.脱水:水刺工序结束后将纤网中水分降至最低,有利于降低烘燥能耗;

1.一种复合纳米纤维水刺无纺布,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤制成:
A.将100份PP纤维、12-20份纳米纤维素纤维、2-5份聚酯纤维,按比例投入到输送平帘上,送入到粗开松机;
B.原料经过混棉充分混合后,喂入精开松机,在精开松机内进行充分开松和预梳理;
