Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种气雾型汽车底盘涂料,具体是一种气雾型自固化汽车底盘涂料,本发明还涉及了上述气雾漆的制备方法;具体涉及一种用于车辆底盘保护或类似用涂的使用方法涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
底盘装甲”是近几年底盘防锈护理的新项目。虽然叫法不同,但都是在汽车底盘的下面喷涂一层2~4mm毫米厚的弹性密封材料,犹如给车的底盘穿上一层厚厚的铠甲。底盘装甲是对这一技术进行的形象描述。底盘装甲可以有效防护路面砂石对底盘的击打,防止轻微的拖底磨擦;预防酸、碱、盐对底盘铁板的腐蚀;防止底盘螺丝的松脱;降低行驶时噪音的传导,增加驾驶宁静感;阻止底盘铁板热传导,使驾驶室内冬暖夏凉。
溶剂型涂料由于含有大量的有机挥发物,不仅污染环境,危害人体健康,破坏生态环境,而且还造成巨大的资源浪费。随着人们对资源、能源和环境保护的日益关注,要求环保的呼声越来越强烈,国外制定了一系列的严格法规,限制涂料中VOC的排放,因此溶剂型的涂料面临着前所未有的考验,受到水性涂料的严峻挑战,并有被取而代之的趋势。现有涂料中大部分均会使用到丙烯酸乳液作为原料,然后,目前丙烯酸乳液在耐酸、耐碱、耐机油性能不能同时具备。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种气雾型底盘涂料及其制备方法,以克服常规气雾漆所述的技术缺陷,和应用领域受限等问题。本发明的另一个目的是提供该涂料及其制备方法,以解决上述现有沥青类涂料存在的问题。
一种气雾型底盘涂料,其主要成分按重量份配比如下:

上述一种气雾型底盘涂料的制备方法:包括以下步骤:按重量份配比,抗裂剂、空心玻璃微珠、粉料改性剂,真空45-77度混合均匀,降温,按重量份配比与混合乳液33-50份、水性乳胶液、80-2500目功能填料、阻燃隔热防锈剂、水性金属粉、成膜剂、润湿消泡剂、防腐抗藻剂、分散剂、羟乙基纤维素、增稠剂、防冻成膜剂、水搅拌混合均匀,60目以上滤网过滤,制成水性浆料;按规定重量份比例分装水性浆料到气雾罐中,然后装上雌阀阀门并封口,用气雾剂灌封机按规定重量份配比,填充相应环保抛射剂,包装即得成品。
本发明的与市场上同类产品对比的优点有是:
1.水为分散介质,安全环保;
2.产品耐候性好,乳液与水性胶液结合,加入抗裂剂;
3.抗锈剂性能好,抗锈剂与表面改性粉体结合;
4.施工性能好,用气雾剂包装,结合雌阀使用。

按重量份配比将0.05-0.5MM聚丙烯纤维3份、空心玻璃微珠6份、硬脂酸单甘油酯0.5份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷1份,真空45-77度混合均匀,降温,按重量份配比与硅丙乳液15份、硅氟乳液20份、水性氯丁胶乳液15份、氢氧化镁6份、膨润土4份、石墨粉10份、多元醇酯防锈剂1份、二乙醇胺及三乙醇胺1份、4-(N,N-二环己基)-胺甲基吗啉份2份、水性铝粉8份、二乙二醇单丁醚(丁基必卡醇)2份、非离子型丙烯酸共聚物(NPA)1.5份、苯并咪唑化合物0.6份、聚丙烯酸钠盐0.2份、聚羧酸和氨基衍生物0.2份、季铵化合物0.1份、羟乙基纤维素0.2份、碱溶胀增稠剂0.4份、疏水改性非聚氨酯增稠剂0.1份、缔合型有机金属化合物0.2份、丙二醇2份搅拌混合均匀, 60目以上滤网过滤,制成水性浆料;按规定重量份比例分装水性浆料到气雾罐中,然后装上雌阀阀门并封口,用气雾剂灌封机按规定重量份配比,
填充HFO1234ze环保抛射剂25份,包装即得成品。
本发明实施例中制备的底盘装甲涂料的主要性能指标如表1所示。

由此可见,本发明一种底盘装甲涂料较对比例具有更有的应用性能。
Claims (16)
1.一种底盘装甲涂料及其制备方法,其特征之处在于,按重量份配比如下:
混合乳液 33-50
水性乳胶液 9-19
80-2500目功能填料 20-34
阻燃隔热防锈剂 3-7
水性金属粉 5-18
抗裂剂 2-6
空心玻璃微珠 5-9
粉料改性剂 0.5-1.5
成膜剂 2-5
润湿消泡剂 0.5-1.5
防腐抗藻剂 0.3-1.0
分散剂 0.4-1.2
羟乙基纤维素 0.2-1
增稠剂 0.5-1.4
防冻成膜剂 1-3
水 0-15
环保抛射剂 10~33。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的混合乳液为硅丙乳液、硅氟乳液、聚氨酯乳液中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的水性乳胶液按重量份配比为:水性氯丁胶乳液︰水性丁苯乳液=1-8︰0-8。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的80-2500目功能填料为云母粉、硅微粉、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、膨润土、石墨粉中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的抗裂剂为0.05-0.5MM聚丙烯纤维、0.05-0.5MM聚乙烯纤维中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的防锈剂为多元醇酯防锈剂、乙醇胺包括单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺及三乙醇胺、4-(N,N-二环己基)-胺甲基吗啉中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的水性金属粉为水性铝粉、水性锌粉中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的粉料改性剂按重量份配比为:硬脂酸单甘油酯︰乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷=1-5︰1-7。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的成膜剂为十二碳醇酯、二乙二醇单丁醚(丁基必卡醇)、丙二醇单甲醚中的至少一种。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的润湿消泡剂为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷(PEMS)、离子型丙烯酸共聚物(IPA)、非离子型丙烯酸共聚物(NPA) 中的至少一种。
11.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的防腐抗藻剂为异噻唑啉酮衍生物、苯并咪唑化合物、取代芳烃化合物中的至少一种。
12.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的分散触变剂为聚丙烯酸钠盐、聚丙烯酸钾盐、聚羧酸和氨基衍生物、季铵化合物中的至少一种。
13.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的增稠剂为碱溶胀增稠剂、聚氨酯增稠剂、疏水改性非聚氨酯增稠剂、缔合型有机金属化合物中的至少一种。
14.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的防冻成膜剂剂丙二醇、乙二醇中的至少一种。
15.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的环保抛射剂为R141B、134a、152a、HFO1234yf、HFO1234ze中的至少一种。
16.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料,其特征之处在于,所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料的制备方法:包括以下步骤:按重量份配比,抗裂剂、空心玻璃微珠、粉料改性剂,真空50-75度混合均匀,降温,按重量份配比与混合乳液、水性乳胶液、80-2500目功能填料、阻燃隔热防锈剂、水性金属粉、抗裂剂、空心玻璃微珠、粉料改性剂、成膜剂、润湿消泡剂、防腐抗藻剂、分散剂、羟乙基纤维素、增稠剂、防冻成膜剂、水搅拌混合成水性浆料;按规定重量份比例分装水性浆料到气雾罐中,然后装上雌阀阀门并封口,用气雾剂灌封机按规定重量份配比,填充相应环保抛射剂,包装即得成品。
