一种气雾型底盘涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种气雾型汽车底盘涂料,具体是一种气雾型自固化汽车底盘涂料,本发明还涉及了上述气雾漆的制备方法;具体涉及一种用于车辆底盘保护或类似用涂的使用方法涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车底盘装甲的学名是汽车底盘防撞防锈隔音("UNDERCOATING"底漆),一种高科技的粘附性橡胶沥青涂层。它可喷涂在车辆底盘、轮毂、油箱、汽车下围板、行李箱等暴露部位,快速干燥后形成一层牢固的弹性保护层,可防止飞石和沙砾的撞击,避免潮气、酸雨、盐分对车辆底盘金属的侵蚀,防止底盘生锈和锈蚀,保护车主的行车安全。 "底盘装甲"、"底盘封塑"是近几年底盘防锈护理的新项目。虽然叫法不同,但都是在汽车底盘的下面喷涂一层2~4mm毫米厚的弹性密封材料,犹如给车的底盘穿上一层厚厚的铠甲。
现有的油性底盘装甲涂料大多含有大量的丙酮、卤代烃、汽油、天那水、甲苯等有毒溶剂和沥青等致癌物质,气味难闻,严重危害生产或维修人员身体健康,卤代烃对大气臭氧层有破坏作用,这类产品在生产、储存、施工过程中容易引起火灾,沥青在夏天车底温度高时容易滴落,散发出有害气体渗入车厢危害车主的健康。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种气雾型底盘涂料及其制备方法,以克服常规气雾漆所述的技术缺陷,和应用领域受限等问题。本发明的另一个目的是提供该涂料及其制备方法,以解决上述现有沥青类涂料存在的问题。

本发明的有益效果是:
1、 水为分散介质,安全环保;防腐性能优异,耐溶剂、耐机油性好;
2、 对各种金属基材附着力好,使用过程不会发生脱落现象;
3、 耐候性好,干膜性能保持五年以上无变化;
4、 涂膜导热系数低,保温性能好;隔声性能好,干膜2mm时,隔声性能达到30dB;
5、阻燃性能优异。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按重量份配比膨胀珍珠岩15份、膨胀蛭石5份、滑石粉10份、水性石墨烯5份、PP纤维1份、木质纤维2份、200-1500目改性空心陶瓷微珠5份、80-800目水性锌粉3份,加热70-85度,真空脱水,降温,按重量份配比与抗粘污硅丙乳液30份、氯磺化聚乙烯乳液13份、福斯BGI21防锈油0.5份、4-叔丁基苯甲酸0.2份、LWJ-698成膜助剂2份、二丙二醇甲醚DPM 1份、改性有机硅消泡剂0.2份、聚醚有机硅消泡剂0.3份、1,2苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮0.3份、5-氯-2-甲基-4异噻唑啉-3-酮0.3份、聚丙烯酸钠盐0.5份、多美多CA-1228 0.2份、京旗增稠剂JQ-600.4份、丙二醇1份、乙二醇2份、水1.5份混合均匀80目以上滤网过滤,制成水性浆料;按规定重量份比例分装水性浆料到气雾罐中,然后装上阀门并封口,用气雾剂灌封机按规定重量份配比充填二氧化碳︰HFO-1234yf=2︰1环保抛射剂12g;,包装即得成品。

8.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘装甲涂料,其特征在于,所述的防腐抗藻剂为1,2苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、5-氯-2-甲基-4异噻唑啉-3-酮、二硫代氨基甲酸盐、3-碘-2炔丙基丁基氨基甲酸酯、吡啶硫酮锌中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘装甲涂料,其特征在于,所述的分散触变剂为聚丙烯酸钠盐、聚丙烯酸钾盐、聚羧酸和氨基衍生物中的至少一种。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘装甲涂料,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为多美多CA-1228、京旗增稠剂JQ-60、SN-THICKENER 636、陶氏ASE-60、有机膨润土中的至少一种。
11.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘装甲涂料,其特征在于,所述的防冻剂为丙二醇、乙二醇、丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚中的至少一种。
12.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘装甲涂料,其特征在于,所述的环保抛射剂重量份按配比为二氧化碳︰HFO-1234yf︰134a:氮气=0~3︰1~10︰0~5︰0~8。
13.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型底盘装甲涂料,其特征在于,所述的一种气雾型底盘涂料的制备方法:包括以下步骤:按重量份配比500-2500目功能填料、水性石墨烯、抗裂剂、200-1500目改性空心陶瓷微珠、80-800目水性锌粉加热70-85度,真空脱水,降温,按重量份配比与抗粘污硅丙乳液、氯磺化聚乙烯乳液、防锈剂、成膜剂、润湿消泡剂、防腐抗藻剂、分散触变剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、水混合均匀80目以上滤网过滤,制成水性浆料;按规定重量份比例分装水性浆料到气雾罐中,然后装上阀门并封口,用气雾剂灌封机按规定重量份配比,填充相应环保抛射剂,包装即得成品。
