本发明公开一种隔音降噪水性木器底漆,由如下重量份的原料制备而成:丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液25‑35、功能助剂6.1‑10.6、功能性粉体35‑51、pH调节剂0.05‑0.1、阻燃剂0.5‑1.5、水6.5‑11.7,其中,所述功能性粉体为绢云母粉、膨胀石墨和硅铝基空心微珠;所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝。所述隔音降噪水性木器底漆,具有优良的阻燃性和隔音降噪效果,以及优良的填充性和涂刷性,同时还具有硬度高、防裂、耐腐蚀等特点,综合性能优越。

隔音降噪水性木器底漆
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,特别是涉及一种隔音降噪水性木器底漆。
背景技术
随着科技和现代工业的发展,噪声污染目前已成为世界性的难题,同水污染和大气污染一起被列为全球三大污染,严重威胁着人类的健康。目前对噪声的防治有两条措施:一是控制声源,即通过设备改进,提高加工和装配质量,以降低声源的辐射能量,但这一措施的实际应用受到限制;二是使用吸声材料,这也是目前最有效的噪声治理方案。当声波传导通过吸声材料时,由于粘滞性、内摩擦、热传导和弛豫作用等因素声音强度被削弱,达到降噪的效果。
目前已经出现的吸声材料有棉、麻、毛毡、天然纤维等天然多孔有机材料,其成本低、吸声频带宽、生产简单,但防火、防潮以及防腐性能差。随后,出现了无机多孔吸声材料,如颗粒型或泡沫型的多孔吸声材料矿渣砖、泡沫玻璃、吸声陶瓷和无机纤维等。但矿渣砖等材料吸声性能较差,且笨重不便使用,而无机纤维(如玻璃棉)等,虽然具有吸声性能好,阻燃、耐腐蚀等优点,但存在污染环境,危害健康等问题。于是,出现了以共振吸声材料(结构)为代表的无纤吸声材料,但其吸声频带较窄,一般只适用于中、低频的单频声,长期以来仍不能替代纤维性吸声材料。之后还出现了泡沫金属、金属纤维等多孔性金属吸声材料,但又存在低频吸声性能差、成本高以及工艺条件不易控制等问题。
而木器的生产中,如采用上述吸声材料,不仅隔音效果不理想,还会降低木器的品质,得不到市场的青睐,且木材喷涂上涂料后表面易燃,防火性能差。
综上所述,开发一种综合性能优良,能够兼具良好的吸声性能和防火性能,且便于生产应用,同时,环境友好,成本低的降噪涂料是具有重要意义的。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种隔音降噪水性木器底漆。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种隔音降噪水性木器底漆,由如下重量份的原料制备而成:
其中,所述功能性粉体为绢云母粉、膨胀石墨和硅铝基空心微珠;所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝。
在其中一个实施例中,所述丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液的平均粒径为10-40nm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述绢云母粉和膨胀石墨的平均粒径小于8μm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述绢云母粉、膨胀石墨和硅铝基空心微珠的重量比为(14-30):(6-12):(9-12)。
在其中一个实施例中,所述功能助剂为润湿剂、消泡剂、分散剂、流平剂、增稠剂和填料。
在其中一个实施例中,所述功能助剂由如下重量份的组份组成:
在其中一个实施例中,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸铵盐;所述增稠剂为聚氨酯增稠剂;所述流平剂为改性有机硅类化合物;所述润湿剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷;所述消泡剂为有机硅化合物;所述填料为1500目滑石粉。
在其中一个实施例中,所述pH调节剂为氨水。
本发明的原理及优点如下:
本发明采用具有良好的吸声性能的绢云母粉(优选为平均粒径小于8μm)、膨胀石墨(优选为平均粒径小于8μm)和硅铝基空心微珠互相配伍作为功能性粉体,以及阻燃剂氢氧化铝,配合丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液(优选为平均粒径为10-40nm)作为成膜物质,促进所述功能性粉体和阻燃剂性能的发挥,使制备得到的隔音降噪水性木器底漆兼具良好的吸声性能和防火性能,同时,将所述绢云母粉、膨胀石墨和硅铝基空心微珠按照一定的比例配伍,可使吸声性能的发挥最优化。
此外,在成膜过程中,随着水分的蒸发,功能性粉体以及阻燃剂可以均匀分散在漆膜表面,且形成的漆膜致密,固含量高,稳定性好,进一步有效阻隔和吸收声波,发挥防火保护功效。
本发明所述丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液具有丙烯酸树脂的干燥快、硬度高、耐候性好等优点,还可以表现聚氨酯树脂优异柔韧性,低温成膜性,耐磨性和良好的耐化学品性,使所述隔音降噪水性木器底漆还具有硬度高、防裂、耐腐蚀等特点,综合性能优越。
进一步地,本发明使用聚丙烯酸铵盐作为分散剂,配合1500目滑石粉作为填料,可促进功能性粉体、阻燃剂以及丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液在水中的分散,且可以进一步提高功能性粉体的吸声性能和防火性能。使用聚氨酯增稠剂作为增稠剂、改性有机硅类化合物作为流平剂、有机硅化合物作为消泡剂和聚醚改性聚硅氧烷作为润湿剂,可以与所述丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液更好的配合,有效改善所述隔音降噪水性木器底漆的流平性和稳定性,提高对木器的润湿作用且重涂性好,同时,还可提高所述隔音降噪水性木器底漆的填充性,增强了本发明所述隔音降噪水性木器底漆的综合性能。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用绢云母粉、膨胀石墨、硅铝基空心微珠等功能性粉体,以及阻燃剂氢氧化铝,配合丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液作为成膜物质,制备得到隔音降噪水性木器底漆,具有优良的阻燃性和隔音降噪效果,以及优良的填充性和涂刷性,同时还具有硬度高、防裂、耐腐蚀等特点,综合性能优越。
(2)本发明所述隔音降噪水性木器底漆,以水为溶剂,操作简单,易施工,对环境和人体无污染、无毒害作用,属于环保型的涂装新材料。
(3)本发明所述隔音降噪水性木器底漆,采用的成膜物质为丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液,具有成本低的优势,有利于大范围推广应用。

以下结合具体的实施例对本发明所述隔音降噪水性木器底漆作进一步说明。
本发明所采用的原材料及供应商如下:

本对比例为一种水性木器底漆,其组分同实施例1,区别在于:所述成膜物质为聚氨酯乳液。

本对比例为一种水性木器底漆,其组分同实施例1,区别在于:所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵盐阻燃剂。

3.根据权利要求1所述的隔音降噪水性木器底漆,其特征在于,所述绢云母粉和膨胀石墨的平均粒径小于8μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔音降噪水性木器底漆,其特征在于,所述绢云母粉、膨胀石墨和硅铝基空心微珠的重量比为(14-30):(6-12):(9-12)。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的隔音降噪水性木器底漆,其特征在于,所述功能助剂为润湿剂、消泡剂、分散剂、流平剂、增稠剂和填料。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的隔音降噪水性木器底漆,其特征在于,所述功能助剂由如下重量份的组份组成:
