Abstract
The invention discloses a heavy industry hydraulic lubrication motor transfer device, which comprises: a track; a support unit connected with the rail and supporting the rail; the bearing unit is used for bearing a moved object and can be arranged on the track in a sliding mode; wherein: the supporting unit is provided with a length adjusting assembly, and the length adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the height of the track by adjusting the length of the supporting unit. The heavy industrial hydraulic lubrication motor transfer device is supported by the pulleys through the bearing unit and flexibly slides on the rail, and under the condition of heavy load of the motor, the motor transfer device is more convenient, can better adapt to the space condition on site and can remove the bottleneck of manual transportation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of steel rolling equipment maintenance, in particular to a heavy industry hydraulic lubrication motor transfer device.
Background

the bearing unit 3 is used for bearing a moved object, the bearing unit 3 is slidably arranged on the track 1, in one embodiment, the bearing unit 3 is sleeved outside the track 1 and can be arranged in a ring shape, a lifting hole is formed in the bearing unit 3 and used for a steel wire rope to pass through and be connected with a motor, meanwhile, a traction pull rod (not shown) can be arranged on the bearing unit 3 and used for increasing the length of a force arm and saving more labor when the bearing unit 3 is translated, at least two pulleys 31 are arranged on an inner ring of the bearing unit 3, the pulleys 31 are used for supporting the bearing unit 3 to move along the length direction of the track 1 on the surface of the track 1, meanwhile, the flexibility of the movement of the bearing unit 3 can be improved and the labor can be saved by utilizing the pulleys 31, particularly, in the arranging process, the direction of a wheel axle is perpendicular to the length direction of the track 1, a, installing two ends of the wheel shaft on the inner walls of two sides of the mounting groove, wherein a gap is formed between the inner ring of the bearing unit 3 and the surface of the track 1;
in order to improve the stability of the carrying unit 3 moving when carrying an object, the surface of the track 1 is provided with the wheel groove 7, the pulley 31 can roll in the wheel groove 7, and the two sides of the wheel groove 7 have a limiting effect on the two sides of the pulley 31, so that the moving direction of the carrying unit 3 is stable, and the shaking of the carrying unit 3 when carrying the object is reduced.
The supporting unit 2 is provided with a length adjusting assembly 4, the length adjusting assembly 4 is configured to adjust the height of the track 1 by adjusting the length of the supporting unit 2, specifically, in one embodiment, the supporting rod 6 is telescopically inserted into two side faces of the supporting unit 2, the length adjusting assembly 4 is disposed between the supporting rod 6 and the corresponding side edge of the supporting unit 2, wherein the length adjusting assembly 4 comprises a fastening bolt 41 and a bolt groove 42, the fastening bolt 41 is screwed on the side edge of the supporting unit 2, the bolt grooves 42 are sequentially distributed on the surface of the supporting rod 6 along the length direction, the threaded section of the fastening bolt 41 is inserted into one of the bolt grooves 42 on the supporting rod 6 on the corresponding side, the fastening bolt 41 is separated from the bolt groove 42 by screwing and unscrewing, then the depth of the supporting rod 6 inserted into the corresponding side edge of the supporting unit 2 is adjusted, and the overall length of the supporting unit 2 and the supporting rod 6 is adjusted, then, the fastening bolt 41 is screwed in, so that the fastening bolt 41 is connected with the bolt slot 42 at the corresponding position, and the height adjustment and fixation of the supporting unit 2 can be realized, thereby synchronously realizing the height adjustment of the corresponding end of the track 1.
In order to improve the adaptability of the track 1, the track 1 includes first track bodies 11 located at two end portions and at least two second track bodies 12 disposed between the two first track bodies 11, wherein the first track bodies 11 and the second track bodies 12 and the two adjacent second track bodies 12 are connected by the connecting member 8, wherein:
in an embodiment, the connecting member 8 includes a first docking portion 81, a second docking portion 82, and a docking bolt 83, the first docking portion 81 is insertable into the second docking portion 82, each of the first docking portion 81 and the second docking portion 82 is provided with a bolt hole 84 adapted to the docking bolt 83, and the docking bolt 83 is located between two adjacent pulleys 31 in the circumferential direction, wherein: first butt joint portion 81 and second butt joint portion 82 set up respectively at the both ends of second track body 12, set up first butt joint portion 81 and second butt joint portion 82 on two first track bodies 11 respectively, first butt joint portion 81 sets up to convex arc platelike on one of them first track body 11 and second track body 12 one end, and second butt joint portion 82 can set up to the arc recess with first butt joint portion 81 looks adaptation, in the butt joint, can carry on spacingly in the circumferencial direction, improve the stability of track 1 after the butt joint.

When at least two second rail bodies 12 are butted between two first rail bodies 11, the two second rail bodies 12 may be butted first, and when the two second rail bodies are butted, the first butting portion 81 of one of the second rail bodies 12 is inserted into the second butting portion 82 of the other second rail body 12, and is fixed by using the butting bolt 83, and then the two second rail bodies 12 located at both ends are connected and fixed with the two first rail bodies 11, respectively.
It should be noted that, in the butt joint process of the track 1, before the last connecting member 8 is connected, the bearing unit 3 is first disposed on the pipeline, and then the last connecting member 8 is connected, which mainly aims at the above-mentioned embodiment in which the bearing unit 3 is sleeved on the track 1.

the supporting unit is provided with a length adjusting assembly, and the length adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the height of the track by adjusting the length of the supporting unit.
2. The heavy industrial hydraulic lubrication motor transfer device according to claim 1, wherein a pair of the supporting units are provided and fixed to both ends of the rail, respectively.
3. The heavy industry hydraulic lubrication motor transfer device of claim 2, wherein the support unit is generally triangular in shape, and a diagonal bar is provided between the bottom edge of the support unit and the end of the rail on the corresponding side.
4. The heavy industry hydraulic lubrication motor transfer apparatus of claim 3, wherein a brace bar is telescopically inserted into each side of the support unit, and the length adjustment assembly is disposed between the brace bar and the corresponding side of the support unit.

The heavy industry hydraulic lubrication motor transfer device according to claim 4, wherein the length adjustment assembly comprises a fastening bolt and a bolt groove, the fastening bolt is screwed on the side edge of the supporting unit, the bolt grooves are distributed on the surface of the stay bar along the length direction in sequence, and the threaded section of the fastening bolt is inserted into one of the bolt grooves on the stay bar on the corresponding side.
6. The heavy industrial hydraulic lubrication motor transfer device of claim 1, wherein said rail is of a rod-like construction.
7. The heavy industry hydraulic lubrication motor transfer device according to claim 1, wherein the bearing unit is sleeved outside the track, and at least two pulleys are arranged on an inner ring of the bearing unit.
8. The heavy industrial hydraulic lubricant motor transfer unit of claim 7, wherein said rail surface is provided with a race in which said pulley is rollable.
9. The heavy industry hydraulic lubrication motor transfer device according to claim 8, wherein the rail comprises first rail bodies at both ends and at least two second rail bodies disposed between the two first rail bodies, wherein the first rail bodies and the second rail bodies and the adjacent two second rail bodies are connected by a connecting member.
10. The heavy industry hydraulic lubrication motor transfer device according to claim 9, wherein the connecting member includes a first butt-joint portion, a second butt-joint portion, and a butt-joint bolt, the first butt-joint portion is insertable into the second butt-joint portion, bolt holes adapted to the butt-joint bolt are provided in the first butt-joint portion and the second butt-joint portion, and the butt-joint bolt is located between two adjacent pulleys in the circumferential direction, wherein: the first butt joint part and the second butt joint part are respectively arranged at two ends of the second rail body, and the first butt joint part and the second butt joint part are respectively arranged on the two first rail bodies.
