胃溃疡在中医学上属于“吞酸”、“胃脘痛”等范畴,中医学理论认为导致胃溃疡病因在于情志所伤、饮食劳倦等。忧思恼怒等七情产生的刺激,使肝失疏泄,横犯胃腑;或由于脾气郁结,导致运化失常;或由于饮食失节偏嗜,对脾胃造成相应的损伤;亦或由于湿热壅结中焦,使得胃黏膜受到严重损伤。针对胃溃疡的发病机理,近年西药常规治疗方案的基础上采用健胃愈疡颗粒对该类疾病进行治疗取得了令人满意的效果,健胃愈疡胶囊的主要方剂组成为柴胡、党参、白芍、延胡索、白及、青黛、珍珠层粉、甘草组成。柴胡性味辛凉,可入肝经,主要具有舒肝理气,清热解郁的治疗功效;党参主要具有健脾益气的作用;白芍和元胡可以达到解痉止痛的治疗效果;白及主要具有收敛止血的功效;珍珠层粉具有镇静解痉的作用;青黛和甘草主要具有清热凉血的功效。全方联合应用,可达到疏肝健脾、解痉止痛、止血生肌、清泄郁热的治疗效果。相关研究表明,健胃愈疡胶囊具有降低胃酸分泌、改善胃功能、提高炎症吸收和溃疡愈合速度等作用。健胃愈疡胶囊联合法莫替丁治疗胃溃疡,疗效显著,值得推广。
目前,健胃愈疡胶囊制备方法一般为:将原材料按常规方法水提,并按常规方法制得稠膏,干燥,粉碎,制得胶囊剂。这种加工工艺虽然工艺简单,但是水提过程中,很难有效的将原材料中溶于水的物质全部提取出来,造成了原材料的浪费,利用价值较低。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、原料称取
以1000粒计,每1000粒健胃愈疡胶囊中含有柴胡320-360g、白及320-360g、党参320-360g、白芍320-360g、延胡索320-360g、珍珠层粉100-110g、青黛100-110g、甘草100-110g、羧甲淀粉钠100-110g;称取以上原料组分,备用;
S2、健胃愈疡胶囊浸膏粉的制备
将步骤S1称取的柴胡、党参、白芍、延胡索、甘草和200-220g的白及倒入提取罐,加水煎煮2h,过滤,得到药液和药渣;取药渣加水煎煮1.5h,过滤,得到滤液和滤渣,将滤液和药液合并并减压浓缩至相对密度为1.3-1.35,得到流浸膏;将流浸膏进行干燥和粉碎,得到浸膏粉;
S3、健胃愈疡胶囊的制备
将步骤S1称取的青黛水飞去浮釉及杂质,干燥并粉碎成细粉,将剩余白及粉碎成细粉,得到白及粉;将白及粉、青黛、珍珠层粉和浸膏粉混合,搅拌均匀,干燥,粉碎,加入羧甲淀粉钠,混匀后,制成1000粒健胃愈疡胶囊。
进一步优选为:在步骤S1中,以1000粒计,每1000粒健胃愈疡胶囊中含有柴胡347g、白及347g、党参347g、白芍347g、延胡索347g、珍珠层粉105g、青黛105g、甘草105g、羧甲淀粉钠105g。
进一步优选为:在步骤S2中,所述提取罐包括罐体、夹套、内筒、升降机构和转动机构;
所述夹套包覆在所述罐体外表面,所述内筒位于所述罐体内且用于储存待水提药材,所述升降机构用于带动所述内筒在所述罐体内上下移动,所述转动机构用于带动所述内筒在所述罐体内转动,所述内筒侧壁开设有穿孔。
进一步优选为:所述升降机构包括马达、驱动杆、定位板、第二齿轮和第二转轴;
所述马达安装在所述罐体顶面上方,所述第二转轴一端与所述马达输出轴连接,另一端穿过所述第二齿轮中心且与所述第二齿轮固定,所述驱动杆为竖直设置且下端穿过所述罐体顶部并插设在所述内筒中心;
所述驱动杆上设置有齿面,所述第二齿轮位于所述驱动杆一侧且与所述齿面啮合设置,所述驱动杆下端固定有凸缘,所述凸缘位于所述内筒内且用以限制所述驱动杆脱离所述内筒。
进一步优选为:所述罐体底部设置有药液出口管,所述药液出口管上螺纹连接有外密封盖,所述内筒底部设置有排渣管,所述排渣管上螺纹连接有第一内密封盖,所述排渣管与所述药液出口管上下对应,残渣排出时,所述驱动杆带动所述内筒向下移动,以使所述排渣管穿过所述药液出口管且向下延伸;
所述内筒顶部一侧设置有进料管,所述进料管顶部螺纹连接有第二内密封盖,所述罐体顶部一侧开设有与所述进料管上下对应的通孔,待水提药材进料时,所述驱动杆带动所述内筒向上移动,以使所述排渣管穿过所述通孔且向上延伸。
进一步优选为:所述转动机构包括电机、第一转轴、第一齿轮、外齿环、外滑轨、内滑轨、弧块和定位块;
所述第一转轴一端固定在所述电机输出轴上,另一端穿过所述第一齿轮且与所述第一齿轮固定,所述内滑轨和所述外滑轨分别固定在所述罐体的内外侧壁上,所述外齿环绕设在所述罐体四周且支撑在所述外滑轨上,所述外齿环与所述外滑轨滑动配合,所述第一齿轮与所述外齿环啮合设置;
所述弧块支撑在所述内滑轨上且与所述内滑轨滑动配合,所述弧块和所述外齿轮磁性连接在所述罐体侧壁的内外两侧,所述弧块上开设有与所述定位块相适配的定位槽,所述定位块固定在所述内筒外侧,所述定位块用于插设在所述定位槽内。
进一步优选为:所述第一内密封盖、排渣管和所述内筒侧壁均开设有穿孔。
进一步优选为:所述弧块设置有两个,两个所述弧块分别位于所述罐体的相对两侧。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明将柴胡、党参等六味药材进行两次水提,以使柴胡、党参等六味药材中的有效成分被充分提取出来,从而提高了柴胡、党参等六味药材的利用价值,减少药材浪费。有效成分水提出来后,再将浸膏粉、白及粉、青黛和珍珠层粉混合,包装成胶囊,得到健胃愈疡胶囊。健胃愈疡胶囊功能主治为:疏肝健脾,解痉止痛,生肌止血。用于肝郁脾虚、肝胃不和型消化性溃疡活动期,症见胃脘胀痛、嗳气吐酸,烦燥不适,腹胀便溏等。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1:一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
S1、原料称取
以1000粒计,每1000粒健胃愈疡胶囊中含有柴胡347g、白及347g、党参347g、白芍347g、延胡索347g、珍珠层粉105g、青黛105g、甘草105g、羧甲淀粉钠105g;称取以上原料组分,备用。
S2、健胃愈疡胶囊浸膏粉的制备
将步骤S1称取的柴胡、党参、白芍、延胡索、甘草和208.2g的白及倒入提取罐,加水,水量为柴胡、党参、白芍、延胡索、甘草和208.2g的白及总量的7倍,煎煮2h后过滤,得到药液和药渣;取药渣加水,水量为药渣的5倍,煎煮1.5h后过滤,得到滤液和滤渣,将滤液和药液合并并减压浓缩至相对密度为1.3-1.35(60℃),得到流浸膏;将流浸膏进行干燥,得到干膏,干膏粉碎后,得到浸膏粉。浸膏粉质量标准如表1。

S3、健胃愈疡胶囊的制备
将步骤S1称取的青黛水飞去浮釉及杂质,干燥并粉碎成细粉,将剩余138.8g白及粉碎成细粉,过100目筛后灭菌,得到白及粉;将白及粉、青黛、珍珠层粉和浸膏粉混合,搅拌均匀,干燥,粉碎,加入羧甲淀粉钠,混匀后,填充到0#空心胶囊壳内,胶囊装量控制在0.63g/粒±8.0%,崩解时限≦25分钟,制成1000粒健胃愈疡胶囊。健胃愈疡胶囊质量标准如表2。

在上述技术方案中,本发明将柴胡、党参等六味药材进行两次水提,以使柴胡、党参等六味药材中的有效成分被充分提取出来,从而提高了柴胡、党参等六味药材的利用价值,减少药材浪费。有效成分水提出来后,再将浸膏粉、白及粉、青黛和珍珠层粉混合,包装成胶囊,得到健胃愈疡胶囊。健胃愈疡胶囊功能主治为:疏肝健脾,解痉止痛,生肌止血。用于肝郁脾虚、肝胃不和型消化性溃疡活动期,症见胃脘胀痛、嗳气吐酸,烦燥不适,腹胀便溏等。
参照图2,在步骤S2中,提取罐包括罐体1、夹套13、内筒2、升降机构和转动机构。夹套13包覆在罐体1外表面,夹套13上设置有分别用于蒸汽进出的进气口15和出气口14,进气口15位于夹套13下部,出气口14位于夹套13上部一侧。内筒2位于罐体1内且用于储存待水提药材,内筒2侧壁开设有若干个穿孔16。
参照图2,升降机构用于带动内筒2在罐体1内上下移动,优选的,升降机构包括马达、驱动杆81、定位板82、第二齿轮84和第二转轴85。马达安装在罐体1顶面上方,第二转轴85一端与马达输出轴连接,另一端穿过第二齿轮84中心且与第二齿轮84固定。驱动杆81为竖直设置且下端穿过罐体1顶部并插设在内筒2中心,驱动杆81下端固定有凸缘86,凸缘86位于内筒2内以限制驱动杆81脱离内筒2。驱动杆81上设置有齿面83,第二齿轮84位于驱动杆81一侧且与齿面83啮合设置,驱动杆81上端固定有定位板82。罐体1顶部固定有导向板12,驱动杆81一侧设置有齿面83,另一侧与导向板12上下滑动配合。
在上述技术方案中,马达启动时,第二齿轮84将发生转动,由于第二齿轮84与齿面83啮合设置,因此第二齿轮84转动时,驱动杆81将在导向板12上上下移动,从而带动内筒2在罐体1内上下移动。
参照图2,罐体1下部呈漏斗状且底部中心设置有药液出口管3,药液出口管3下端螺纹连接有外密封盖4。内筒2底部中心设置有排渣管6,排渣管6外径小于药液出口管3内径,排渣管6下端螺纹连接有第一内密封盖7。排渣管6与药液出口管3上下对应,残渣排出时,驱动杆81带动内筒2向下移动,以使排渣管6穿过药液出口管3且向下延伸。内筒2顶部一侧设置有进料管9,进料管9顶部螺纹连接有第二内密封盖10。罐体1顶部一侧开设有与进料管9上下对应的圆形通孔11,进料管9外径小于通孔11口径,水提用的水通过通孔11进入罐体1内。待水提药材进料时,驱动杆81带动内筒2向上移动,以使排渣管6穿过通孔11且向上延伸。第一内密封盖7、排渣管6和内筒2侧壁均开设有穿孔16。
在上述技术方案中,待水提药材进料时,驱动杆81带动内筒2上移,待进料管9向上穿过通孔11时,打开第二内密封盖10,将待水提药材通过进料管9倒入到内筒2内,然后再密封第二内密封盖10,并通过驱动杆81带动内筒2下移。待水提药材残渣排出时,驱动杆81带动内筒2下移,待排渣管6向下穿过药液出口管3时,打开第一内密封盖7,此时内筒2内的待水提药材残渣便可通过排渣管6向外排出,进料、下料都较为方便。
参照图2,转动机构用于带动内筒2在罐体1内转动,转动机构包括电机501、第一转轴502、第一齿轮503、外齿环504、外滑轨505、内滑轨506、弧块507和定位块508。电机501安装在罐体1外部,第一转轴502一端固定在电机501输出轴上,另一端穿过第一齿轮503且与第一齿轮503固定。内滑轨506和外滑轨505均为圆环状且分别固定在罐体1的内外侧壁上,外齿环504绕设在罐体1四周且支撑在外滑轨505上,外齿环504与外滑轨505滑动配合,第一齿轮503与外齿环504啮合设置。弧块507支撑在内滑轨506上且与内滑轨506滑动配合,弧块507和外齿轮磁性连接在罐体1侧壁的内外两侧。弧块507设置有两个,两个弧块507分别位于罐体1的相对两侧。优选的,外齿轮内表面固定有磁性材料510,弧块507内设置有用于与磁性材料510磁性配合的导磁材料509,具体的,磁性材料510为吸铁石,导磁材料509为铁块。弧块507上开设有与定位块508相适配的定位槽,定位块508固定在内筒2外侧,定位块508用于插设在定位槽内。
在上述技术方案中,内筒2旋转时,驱动杆81带动内筒2上下移动,以使定位块508插设在定位槽内,待定位块508插设在定位槽后,电机501启动,以使第一齿轮503带动外齿环504转动,由于外齿环504与弧块507磁性连接,因此外齿环504转动时,弧块507将带动内筒2在驱动杆81上转动。
实施例2:一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法,与实施例1的区别在于,在步骤S3中,以1000粒计,每1000粒健胃愈疡胶囊中含有柴胡320g、白及320g、党参320g、白芍320g、延胡索320g、珍珠层粉100g、青黛100g、甘草100g、羧甲淀粉钠100g;称取以上原料组分,备用。其余与实施例1相同。
实施例3:一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法,与实施例1的区别在于,在步骤S3中,以1000粒计,每1000粒健胃愈疡胶囊中含有柴胡360g、白及360g、党参360g、白芍360g、延胡索360g、珍珠层粉110g、青黛110g、甘草110g、羧甲淀粉钠110g;称取以上原料组分,备用。其余与实施例1相同。

Claims (8)
1.一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、原料称取
以1000粒计,每1000粒健胃愈疡胶囊中含有柴胡320-360g、白及320-360g、党参320-360g、白芍320-360g、延胡索320-360g、珍珠层粉100-110g、青黛100-110g、甘草100-110g、羧甲淀粉钠100-110g;称取以上原料组分,备用;
S2、健胃愈疡胶囊浸膏粉的制备
将步骤S1称取的柴胡、党参、白芍、延胡索、甘草和200-220g的白及倒入提取罐,加水煎煮2h,过滤,得到药液和药渣;取药渣加水煎煮1.5h,过滤,得到滤液和滤渣,将滤液和药液合并并减压浓缩至相对密度为1.3-1.35,得到流浸膏;将流浸膏进行干燥和粉碎,得到浸膏粉;
S3、健胃愈疡胶囊的制备
将步骤S1称取的青黛水飞去浮釉及杂质,干燥并粉碎成细粉,将剩余白及粉碎成细粉,得到白及粉;将白及粉、青黛、珍珠层粉和浸膏粉混合,搅拌均匀,干燥,粉碎,加入羧甲淀粉钠,混匀后,制成1000粒健胃愈疡胶囊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S1中,以1000粒计,每1000粒健胃愈疡胶囊中含有柴胡347g、白及347g、党参347g、白芍347g、延胡索347g、珍珠层粉105g、青黛105g、甘草105g、羧甲淀粉钠105g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S2中,所述提取罐包括罐体(1)、夹套(13)、内筒(2)、升降机构和转动机构;
所述夹套(13)包覆在所述罐体(1)外表面,所述内筒(2)位于所述罐体(1)内且用于储存待水提药材,所述升降机构用于带动所述内筒(2)在所述罐体(1)内上下移动,所述转动机构用于带动所述内筒(2)在所述罐体(1)内转动,所述内筒(2)侧壁开设有穿孔(16)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:所述升降机构包括马达、驱动杆(81)、定位板(82)、第二齿轮(84)和第二转轴(85);
所述马达安装在所述罐体(1)顶面上方,所述第二转轴(85)一端与所述马达输出轴连接,另一端穿过所述第二齿轮(84)中心且与所述第二齿轮(84)固定,所述驱动杆(81)为竖直设置且下端穿过所述罐体(1)顶部并插设在所述内筒(2)中心;
所述驱动杆(81)上设置有齿面(83),所述第二齿轮(84)位于所述驱动杆(81)一侧且与所述齿面(83)啮合设置,所述驱动杆(81)下端固定有凸缘(86),所述凸缘(86)位于所述内筒(2)内且用以限制所述驱动杆(81)脱离所述内筒(2)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)底部设置有药液出口管(3),所述药液出口管(3)上螺纹连接有外密封盖(4),所述内筒(2)底部设置有排渣管(6),所述排渣管(6)上螺纹连接有第一内密封盖(7),所述排渣管(6)与所述药液出口管(3)上下对应,残渣排出时,所述驱动杆(81)带动所述内筒(2)向下移动,以使所述排渣管(6)穿过所述药液出口管(3)且向下延伸;
所述内筒(2)顶部一侧设置有进料管(9),所述进料管(9)顶部螺纹连接有第二内密封盖(10),所述罐体(1)顶部一侧开设有与所述进料管(9)上下对应的通孔(11),待水提药材进料时,所述驱动杆(81)带动所述内筒(2)向上移动,以使所述排渣管(6)穿过所述通孔(11)且向上延伸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:所述转动机构包括电机(501)、第一转轴(502)、第一齿轮(503)、外齿环(504)、外滑轨(505)、内滑轨(506)、弧块(507)和定位块(508);
所述第一转轴(502)一端固定在所述电机(501)输出轴上,另一端穿过所述第一齿轮(503)且与所述第一齿轮(503)固定,所述内滑轨(506)和所述外滑轨(505)分别固定在所述罐体(1)的内外侧壁上,所述外齿环(504)绕设在所述罐体(1)四周且支撑在所述外滑轨(505)上,所述外齿环(504)与所述外滑轨(505)滑动配合,所述第一齿轮(503)与所述外齿环(504)啮合设置;
所述弧块(507)支撑在所述内滑轨(506)上且与所述内滑轨(506)滑动配合,所述弧块(507)和所述外齿轮磁性连接在所述罐体(1)侧壁的内外两侧,所述弧块(507)上开设有与所述定位块(508)相适配的定位槽,所述定位块(508)固定在所述内筒(2)外侧,所述定位块(508)用于插设在所述定位槽内。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一内密封盖(7)、排渣管(6)和所述内筒(2)侧壁均开设有穿孔(16)。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种健胃愈疡胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:所述弧块(507)设置有两个,两个所述弧块(507)分别位于所述罐体(1)的相对两侧。
