In population experiments, the medical pillow can reduce blood pressure, promote sleep, relieve anxiety, fear, depression and other bad emotions, and is used as a psychological auxiliary treatment tool.
The detection experiment of the effective time of the medical pillow proves that the medical pillow has the advantages of long drug effect time and long service life compared with the similar product without a three-layer structure of a pressure-sensitive layer, a heat-sensitive layer and an effective component core.
The medical pillow has the beneficial effects on various Chinese herbal medicines with treatment effects and combinations thereof.
Example 3
On the basis of the disclosed embodiments, a medical pillow and a preparation and use method thereof are preferably disclosed, wherein the medical pillow comprises a pressure-sensitive layer, a heat-sensitive layer and an effective component core; when the active ingredient core is not subjected to external condition change, the pressure-sensitive layer and the heat-sensitive layer have a sealing effect on the active ingredient core, so that the active ingredient is prevented from being lost; when the pressure sensitive layer is subjected to external pressure change, a first gap channel is generated on the pressure sensitive layer; when the temperature of the outside changes, the heat-sensitive layer generates a second gap channel; and the effective components are released through the communicated first gap channel and the second gap channel only when the external pressure and the external temperature change simultaneously.
The pressure-sensitive layer is made of methacrylic acid acetate.
The acrylate-based compound synthetic monomer comprises a methacrylate acetate monomer; and/or the polymerization mode of the methacrylic acid acetate is photocatalytic polymerization; and/or, the degree of polymerization of the acrylate-based compound is 2000-3000.
The pressure-sensitive layer generates a gap channel I which is not reversible; the change in ambient pressure is a pressure increase.
The melting point of the heat-sensitive layer composition material is 35-38 ℃; and/or the heat-sensitive layer is made of paraffin.
The temperature-sensitive layer generates a gap channel II which is reversible reaction; the external temperature change comprises temperature rise and temperature drop; when the external temperature rises, the second gap channel appears; and when the external temperature is reduced, the second gap channel disappears.
The medical pillow adopts the mixture of uncaria and wild chrysanthemum as the effective component.
A preparation method of a medicated pillow comprises the following steps:
(1) collecting the cut leaves when collecting the medicinal materials, drying, crushing, screening and selecting 150-mesh and 200-mesh particles to obtain a product I;
(2) steaming and boiling the first product at 110 ℃ for 30 minutes to remove green, and drying or airing at 60 ℃ to obtain a second product;
(3) adding a proper surfactant into the product II in an aqueous solution for modification treatment, wherein the temperature is 70 ℃, and the reaction time is 15min, so as to obtain a mixed system I of a product III and water;
(4) adding a thermosensitive layer composition material into the mixed system I, fully mixing and reacting, and drying or airing at 60 ℃ to obtain a product IV with the surface covered with the thermosensitive layer composition material;
(5) fully soaking the product IV in 0.05mol/L pressure-sensitive material monomer dilute solution, taking out the product and placing the product at 3000uw/cm2Irradiating for 50s under a rotating ultraviolet lamp to ensure that the pressure-sensitive material monomers on the four outer surfaces of the product are fully reacted to obtain a fifth product;
(6) and bagging the product V in a clean environment to obtain a final product.
The packaging bag comprises a strip shape; and/or the packaging bag is made of pure cotton gauze.
The preferable size of the long strip shape is 30 cm, 20 cm and 3 cm.
The final product further includes an outer face, the outer face material comprising a conventional cotton pillow towel material.
A medicated pillow can be used alone or in combination with a household common pillow.
The embodiment adopts a three-layer structure of a pressure-sensitive layer, a heat-sensitive layer and an effective component core; when the active ingredient core is not subjected to external condition change, the pressure-sensitive layer and the heat-sensitive layer have a sealing effect on the active ingredient core, so that the active ingredient is prevented from being lost; when the pressure sensitive layer is subjected to external pressure change, a first gap channel is generated on the pressure sensitive layer; when the temperature of the outside changes, the heat-sensitive layer generates a second gap channel; and the effective components are released through the communicated first gap channel and the second gap channel only when the external pressure and the external temperature change simultaneously. When a user has a rest, the neck and the head generate pressure on the medicine pillow, and the pressure-sensitive layer generates a first gap channel; meanwhile, the body temperature of a person is conducted to the thermosensitive layer, the thermosensitive material is heated to deform or even melt, and the active ingredient core emits active ingredients. After the human body leaves from contacting the drug pillow, the thermosensitive material is gradually solidified at room temperature, the gap channel II disappears, the effective components of the effective component core are sealed, and meanwhile, the pressure-sensitive layer structure is fixed in the range of the pressure-sensitive layer and the effective component core, so that the next use period can play a role conveniently. The structure and the implementation method ensure that the effective components of the medical pillow are released when a person uses the medical pillow at rest, and avoid the diffusion of the effective components when the medical pillow is not used, thereby prolonging the effective use time and the stability, and solving the problems of short drug effect time, short service life and high replacement frequency and use cost of the common medical pillow.

A medical pillow was prepared by any of the methods disclosed in examples 1-3, wherein ramulus Uncariae cum uncis was used as the effective ingredient, and the outer pressure-sensitive layer was not prepared, and the rest was the same as in examples 1-3.
Comparative example 3
A medical pillow was prepared by any of the methods disclosed in examples 1-3, wherein ramulus Uncariae cum uncis was used as the effective ingredient, and the outer heat-sensitive layer was not prepared, and the rest was the same as in examples 1-3.
Experimental example 1
Selecting the filling components of the medical pillow prepared by the method disclosed in the embodiment 1 and the comparative examples 1-3 to carry out a simulation experiment, and respectively carrying out 8h use and 16h standing for simulating the real use condition of a human; wherein the application method comprises applying 250N external pressure to simulate human head, and heating the pillow at stable temperature of 35 deg.C; removing external pressure during standing, placing at a stable temperature of 25 ℃, and simulating the condition of non-use during standing; the content of the effective components is detected by sampling at 10d, 20d and 30d by using the disclosed detection means, and the final experimental result is as follows:

test results show that the core of the effective component in the comparative example 1 has no external pressure-sensitive layer and heat-sensitive layer, so that the effective substance is quickly dissipated, and most of the medicine pillow is not used and is ineffectively dissipated; comparative example 2 the effective component is lost because the core of the effective component is not supported by the external pressure-sensitive layer, the structure of the heat-sensitive layer flows after being thermally deformed, and the original structure can not be recovered when the heat-sensitive layer is not used, and the function of preventing the effective component from being lost when the heat-sensitive layer is not used can not be realized; comparative example 3 the effective component is lost because the core of the effective component has no external heat-sensitive layer, and the gap channel generated after the external pressure-sensitive layer is used for the first time can not be closed by itself; example 1 the concentration of the active ingredient decreased because the active ingredient was effectively lost in normal use and the rate of decrease was much lower than in comparative examples 1-3, demonstrating that the outer pressure-sensitive and heat-sensitive layers served as effective protection, demonstrating the beneficial effects described above.
Experimental example two
25 volunteers with different degrees of anxiety and insomnia symptoms were selected from example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3, and were continuously used for 1 month to count the improvement.

The test result shows that the improvement effect of the example 1 is obviously better than that of the comparative examples 1-3, because the sample of the example 1 can be slowly, stably and effectively released, can continuously and effectively exert the drug effect, has the characteristics of stability and high efficiency, and proves the beneficial effect.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples for carrying out the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.

Claims (10)

1. A medicated pillow is characterized in that the filler contains a pressure-sensitive layer, a heat-sensitive layer and an active ingredient core; when the active ingredient core is not subjected to external condition change, the pressure-sensitive layer and the heat-sensitive layer have a sealing effect on the active ingredient core, so that the active ingredient is prevented from being lost; when the pressure sensitive layer is subjected to external pressure change, a first gap channel is generated on the pressure sensitive layer; when the temperature of the outside changes, the heat-sensitive layer generates a second gap channel; and the effective components are released through the communicated first gap channel and the second gap channel only when the external pressure and the external temperature change simultaneously.
2. The medical pillow of claim 1, wherein the pressure sensitive layer forming material comprises an acrylate based compound.
3. A medical pillow as recited in claim 2, wherein said acrylate-based compound synthetic monomer comprises an acrylate-based monomer; and/or the polymerization mode of the acrylate-based compound is photocatalytic polymerization; and/or the polymerization degree of the acrylate-based compound is 200-5000.
4. The medical pillow of claim 1, wherein the pressure sensitive layer creates a first non-reversible change in the gap path.
5. The medical pillow of claim 1, wherein the heat sensitive layer constituent material has a melting point in the range of 30-40 ℃; and/or the heat-sensitive layer comprises one or more of water-based PEG, paraffin and derivatives thereof and esters.
6. The medical pillow of claim 1, wherein the second heat sensitive layer is reversibly responsive to the second heat sensitive layer, further comprising: when the external temperature is reduced, the second gap channel disappears, and meanwhile, the heat-sensitive layer material is solidified and limited in the range of the pressure-sensitive layer and the effective component core.
7. A method for preparing the medical pillow of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of:
(1) collecting the cut leaves when collecting the medicinal materials, drying in the sun, crushing, screening and selecting 50-200 mesh particles to obtain a product I;
(2) steaming and boiling the first product at the temperature of 100-120 ℃ for 10-20 minutes to remove the enzyme, and drying or airing the first product at the temperature of 50-70 ℃ to obtain a second product;
(3) adding a proper surfactant into the product II in an aqueous solution for modification treatment, wherein the temperature is 50-70 ℃, and the reaction time is 10-20min, so as to obtain a mixed system I of a product III and water;
(4) adding a thermosensitive layer composition material into the mixed system I, fully mixing and reacting, and drying or drying in the sun at 50-70 ℃ to obtain a product IV with the surface covered with the thermosensitive layer composition material;
(5) fully soaking the product IV in 0.01-0.1mol/L pressure-sensitive material monomer dilute solution, taking out the product and placing the product at 500-3000uw/cm2Rotating the ultraviolet lamp to ensure that the pressure-sensitive material monomers on the four outer surfaces of the product are fully reacted to obtain a fifth product;
(6) and bagging the product V in a clean environment to obtain a final product.
8. The method of making a medical pillow of claim 7, wherein said package comprises a strip shape; and/or the packaging bag material comprises pure cotton gauze; and/or, the end product further comprises an outer face, the outer face material comprising a conventional cotton pillow towel material.
9. The method for preparing the medical pillow as claimed in claim 8, wherein the preferable size of the long strip shape is 30 cm long, 20 cm wide and 3 cm thick.
10. The method of using a medical pillow of claim 1, comprising using the pillow as a pillow alone or in a home pillow.
