The soaking device 4 is internally provided with a soaking pool 41, two inclined sliding plates 42 are respectively arranged from the two ends of the soaking pool 41 to the bottom of the soaking pool 41, a feeding table 43 is arranged at one end of the soaking pool 41, a draining table 44 is arranged at the other end of the soaking pool 41, the feeding table 43 is positioned at one side of the objective table 35, two guide strips 45 are convexly arranged on the sliding plates 42, and the surfaces of the guide strips 45 are subjected to fine grinding treatment; the outer peripheries of the soaking pool 41 and the draining platform 44 are provided with water stopping edges 46, and the top surface of the draining platform 44 is communicated with the opening part of the soaking pool 41.
Next, the working principle of the mobile sugarcane field seed stem production equipment in this embodiment will be explained in detail to make those skilled in the art more understand the invention:
when the production device is moved, the traction frame 5 is put down to shrink the supporting feet 51, the end part of the traction frame 5 is connected with the traction end of a tractor, then the raw material frame 21 in the seed cutting machine 2 is folded towards the movable frame 1, the side covers 152 on the two sides in the cover shed 15 are turned and folded downwards, the soaking device 4 is placed on the main conveying belt 13, and therefore the device main body can be transferred.

The distance from the counting frame 38 in the counting and seeding device 3 to the blanking end 12 of the movable frame 1 is adjustable, the cut sugarcane seed stems are conveyed to the sugarcane guide plate 341 through the counting conveyor belt 33 and fall into the sugarcane guide groove 342 to be aligned, then the counting roller 31 rotates to drive the rake teeth 32 to lift the sugarcane seed stems in the sugarcane guide groove 342, so that the sugarcane seed stems rotate upwards along with the counting roller 31, when the counting roller rotates to a position between the infrared receiver 36 and the infrared emitter 37, the infrared signal of the infrared emitter 37 can be blocked, so that the controller can judge whether the sugarcane seed stems pass through according to the signal interruption time, count is carried out, and after the counting is finished, the counting roller 31 continues to drive the sugarcane seed stems to rotate forwards until the sugarcane seed stems fall into the soaking basket on the object carrying table 35; in order to prevent the counting conveyor belt 33 from conveying excessive sugarcane seed stalks into the sugarcane guide groove 342 to cause stacking blockage, a sugarcane pressing plate 334 made of rubber materials and adjustable in angle and height is mounted on the sugarcane guide plate 341, the sugarcane pressing plate 334 can provide resistance for the sugarcane conveying process so as to enable the sugarcane to enter the sugarcane guide groove 342 one by one, and the angle of the sugarcane pressing plate 343 and the distance between the sugarcane pressing plate 343 and the sugarcane guide plate 341 can be adjusted according to actual conditions; the angle, height and distance between the counting conveyor belt 33 and the counting rollers 31 can be adjusted to adapt to the conveying of the sugarcane stalks with different diameters, so that the sugarcane stalks can run more smoothly.
An operator places the steeping basket containing the seed stems of the sugarcanes on the feeding table 43 of the steeping device 4, then pushes the steeping basket into the steeping cistern 41 along the guide strips 45, so that two ends of the steeping basket in the steeping cistern 41 are attached to each other, a new steeping basket is ejected at the draining table 44 along with the continuous addition of the steeping basket at the feeding table 43, then another operator places the steeping basket after soaking and coating on the draining table 44 for draining, and the coating liquid falling in the draining table 43 can flow back into the steeping cistern 41 again.
In conclusion, the sugarcane field seed stem manufacturing method can flexibly build a seed stem production line, and can flexibly replace a building field according to the maturity characteristics of different sugarcane planting fields, so that the seed stem storage and transportation cost is reduced, the freshness and the quality of seed stem processing raw materials can be ensured, the number of the seed stems can be accurately counted while the seed stems are bagged, and cost accounting and planting improvement can be better performed; the movable seed stem production equipment used in the method has the advantages of convenient folding, flexible movement, good seed cutting consistency, high quality, automatic and accurate counting, small soil pollution and the like.

Claims (9)

1. A method for manufacturing seed stems of sugarcane in fields is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: selecting a field, namely determining a cutting and harvesting processing sequence according to the time sequence of the seed supply requirements of different varieties of sugarcanes in a sugarcane fine breeding base, and selecting equipment nearby the cutting and harvesting field to build the field;
s2: building equipment, namely pulling the mobile seed stem production equipment to a selected building site by using a tractor for building, opening the raw material frame and the covering shed, checking whether the power generation equipment is normal, and adding soaking coating liquid;
s3: cutting, harvesting and carrying:
a1: cutting and harvesting, namely cutting down the sugarcane by adopting manual work or a special harvesting machine, cutting down the tail of the sugarcane, and concentrating the sugarcane into the ground according to 0.4-0.5 ton per pile, wherein the heads and the tails of the sugarcane are consistent and are vertically stacked with the planting furrows so as to be beneficial to carrying;
a2: leaf stripping: after the stacked sugarcane is dried in the ground for 2-3 days, the leaves of the sugarcane stalks are manually stripped to expose seed buds, so that the buds are selected and cut when the seeds are cut;
a3, carrying, namely, using a special carrying vehicle to drive along the sugarcane rows from the ground, carrying the peeled and stacked sugarcanes to the side of a seed cutting machine of a mobile production line, and waiting for seed cutting;
s4: cutting the sugarcane into healthy double-bud sugarcane seed stems 18 to 25 cm long by sections through the movable seed stem production equipment, removing bad buds, dead buds and insect buds, and conveying the healthy double-bud sugarcane seed stems to a counting and basket filling station through a conveying belt in a centralized manner;
s5: counting, automatically straightening the sugarcane seed stems on the conveyor belt through the mobile seed stem production equipment to enable the directions to be consistent, automatically recording the number of the sprout segments, and filling the sugarcane seed stems into a packaging basket, wherein 150 to 200 segments are filled in each basket;
s6: soaking and coating, namely putting the sugarcane seed stems filled in the basket into a coating agent for soaking for 3 to 5 minutes by using the movable seed stem production equipment, moving the sugarcane seed stems to a draining table for 5 to 8 minutes, and draining the liquid medicine;
s7: stacking and warehousing, namely uniformly and neatly stacking the baskets containing the manufactured seed stems nearby so as to facilitate loading and transportation;
s8: analyzing data, and providing a corresponding planting improvement scheme by comparing the sugarcane cutting yield with the sugarcane seed stem finished product yield;
the mobile seed stem production equipment comprises:
the device comprises a moving frame (1) and a lifting mechanism, wherein the moving frame (1) comprises a feeding end (11) and a discharging end (12) which are opposite, a main conveying belt (13) is arranged between the feeding end (11) and the discharging end (12), wheels (14) are arranged at the bottom of the moving frame (1), a cover shed (15) is arranged at the top of the moving frame (1), two sides of the cover shed (15) can be folded towards the middle of the cover shed, a foldable traction frame (5) is arranged at the feeding end (11), and telescopic supporting legs (51) are arranged on the traction frame (5);
the seed cutting machine (2) comprises two or more seed cutting machines (2), the two or more seed cutting machines (2) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the movable frame (1) and are arranged at intervals from the feeding end (11) to the discharging end (12), a raw material frame (21) is arranged on the seed cutting machine (2), one end of the raw material frame (21) is rotatably connected with the seed cutting machine (2), and the other end of the raw material frame (21) can be folded towards the movable frame (1);

the soaking device (4) comprises a soaking pool (41), inclined sliding plates (42) are respectively arranged from two ends of the soaking pool (41) to the bottom of the soaking pool, a feeding table (43) is arranged at one end of the soaking pool (41), a draining table (44) is arranged at the other end of the soaking pool (41), the feeding table (43) is positioned at one side of the objective table (35), and two or more than two guide strips (45) are convexly arranged on the sliding plates (42);
and the generator (6) is arranged on the movable frame (1) and is used for providing electric energy for the main conveyor belt (13), the seed cutting machine (2) and the counting and seeding device (3).

The method for making seed stems of sugar canes in the field according to claim 1, wherein in the step S1, early-maturing varieties are harvested firstly, and then middle-maturing and late-maturing varieties are harvested; harvesting autumn planted sugarcane and perennial sugarcane, cutting and harvesting winter planted sugarcane and spring planted sugarcane, and harvesting sugarcane land with perennial root after 1 month.
