when the production device is moved, the traction frame 5 is firstly put down to shrink the supporting feet 51, so that the end part of the traction frame 5 is connected with the traction end of a tractor, then the raw material frame 21 in the seed cutting machine 2 is folded towards the movable frame 1, then the side covers 152 on the two sides in the cover shed 15 are downwards turned and folded, the soaking device 4 is placed on the main conveying belt 13, and the main body of the device can be transferred.
After reaching the designated position, the supporting feet 51 on the traction frame 5 are extended to be supported on the ground, then the raw material frame 21 on the seed cutting machine 2 is knocked up, the harvested sugarcane is placed on the raw material frame 21, the side covers 152 at the two ends of the cover shed 15 are opened, and the supporting rods 155 are installed to support and fix the sugarcane; an operator stands in the interval area between the seed cutting machines 2 to operate, when cutting seeds, the sugarcane stalks are taken down from the raw material rack 21, then placed on the sugarcane cutting plate 24 and blocked by the sugarcane blocking strips 25, one ends of the sugarcane stalks penetrate through the positioning holes 281, the ends of the sugarcane stalks abut against the length adjusting plate 210, the sugarcane cutting plate 24 is pushed, the saw blades 26 cut the ends of the sugarcane stalks, and the cut seed stalks fall on the main conveyor belt 13 through the guide plates 211 and are conveyed to the discharging end 12; when the length of the seed stem to be cut is required to be adjusted, the cutting length of the seed stem can be changed by adjusting the position of the length adjusting plate 210.
The distance from the counting frame 38 to the discharging end 12 of the moving frame 1 in the counting and seeding device 3 is adjustable, the cut sugarcane seed stems are conveyed to the sugarcane guide plate 341 through the counting conveyor belt 33 and fall into the sugarcane guide groove 342 to be straightened, then the counting roller 31 rotates to drive the rake teeth 32 to lift the sugarcane seed stems in the sugarcane guide groove 342, so that the sugarcane seed stems rotate upwards along with the counting roller 31, when the counting roller rotates to a position between the infrared receiver 36 and the infrared emitter 37, the infrared signal of the infrared emitter 37 can be blocked, so that the controller can judge whether the sugarcane seed stems pass through according to the signal interruption time, count is carried out, and after the counting is finished, the counting roller 31 continues to drive the sugarcane seed stems to rotate forwards until the sugarcane seed stems fall into the soaking basket on the object carrying table 35; in order to prevent the counting conveyor belt 33 from conveying excessive sugarcane seed stalks into the sugarcane guide groove 342 to cause stacking blockage, a sugarcane pressing plate 334 made of rubber materials and adjustable in angle and height is mounted on the sugarcane guide plate 341, the sugarcane pressing plate 334 can provide resistance for the sugarcane conveying process so as to enable the sugarcane to enter the sugarcane guide groove 342 one by one, and the angle of the sugarcane pressing plate 343 and the distance between the sugarcane pressing plate 343 and the sugarcane guide plate 341 can be adjusted according to actual conditions; the angle, height and distance between the counting conveyor belt 33 and the counting roller 31 can be adjusted to adapt to the conveying of the sugarcane seed stems with different diameters, so that the sugarcane seed stems can run more smoothly.
An operator places the steeping basket containing the seed stems of the sugarcane on the feeding table 43 of the steeping device 4, then pushes the steeping basket into the steeping cistern 41 along the guide strips 45, so that two ends of the steeping basket in the steeping cistern 41 are attached to each other, a new steeping basket is ejected out at the draining table 44 along with the continuous addition of the steeping basket at the feeding table 43, then another operator places the steeping basket after soaking and coating on the draining table 44 for draining, and the coating liquid falling in the draining table 43 can flow back into the steeping cistern 41 again.
In conclusion, the seed stem production equipment can be flexibly pulled to a specific sugarcane planting area by a tractor to be built, and the covering shed and the raw material frame can be folded to facilitate the device to carry out rapid transportation; the protection box and the sugarcane blocking plate are arranged on the seed cutting machine, so that an operator can be protected, and the cutting accident can be prevented; the counting and seeding device with the rake teeth and the counting rollers realizes counting before the sugarcane seed stems are bagged, and the sugarcane guide plate keeps consistency when the sugarcanes are placed; the soaking device is simple in structure, convenient to move and capable of collecting coating liquid generated during draining, and soil pollution caused by external leakage is prevented.

the seed cutting machine (2) comprises two or more seed cutting machines (2), the two or more seed cutting machines (2) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the movable frame (1) and are arranged at intervals from the feeding end (11) to the discharging end (12), a raw material frame (21) is arranged on the seed cutting machine (2), one end of the raw material frame (21) is rotatably connected with the seed cutting machine (2), and the other end of the raw material frame (21) can be folded towards the movable frame (1);
the counting and seeding device (3) is arranged at the blanking end (12) and the distance between the counting and seeding device (3) and the blanking end (12) is adjustable, the counting and seeding device (3) is provided with a counting roller (31), rake teeth (32) are arranged on the periphery of the counting roller (31), a counting conveyor belt (33) is arranged between the counting roller (31) and the blanking end (12), a seed arranging component (34) is arranged between the counting conveyor belt (33) and the counting roller (31), and the seed arranging component (34) can swing the direction of seed stems on the main conveyor belt (13) to be the same as the rotating shaft of the counting roller (31); an object stage (35) is arranged below the counting roller (31), an infrared receiver (36) and an infrared emitter (37) are respectively arranged at two ends of the counting roller (32), and a connecting line between the infrared receiver (36) and the infrared emitter (37) is positioned between two adjacent rake teeth (21);
the soaking device (4) comprises a soaking pool (41), inclined sliding plates (42) are respectively arranged from two ends of the soaking pool (41) to the bottom of the soaking pool, a feeding table (43) is arranged at one end of the soaking pool (41), a draining table (44) is arranged at the other end of the soaking pool (41), the feeding table (43) is positioned at one side of the objective table (35), and two or more than two guide strips (45) are convexly arranged on the sliding plates (42);
the generator (6) is arranged on the movable frame (1) and used for providing electric energy for the main conveying belt (13), the seed cutting machine (2) and the counting and seeding device (3).

A mobile sugarcane field seed and stem production plant according to claim 1, characterized in that the feeding end (11) is provided with a traction frame (5), the traction frame (5) can be folded towards the mobile frame (1), and the traction frame (5) is provided with retractable supporting feet (51).

one end of the seed cutting rack (22) is fixedly connected with the side part of the movable rack (1), and the other end of the seed cutting rack (22) is rotatably connected with one end of the raw material rack (21);
the slide rail (23) is arranged on the seed cutting rack (22);
the sugarcane cutting plate (24) is arranged on the sliding rail (23) in a sliding mode, and sugarcane blocking strips (25) are arranged on the sugarcane cutting plate (24);
the saw blade (26) is arranged on the seed cutting rack (22), the saw blade (26) is perpendicular to the plate surface of the sugarcane cutting plate (24) and is positioned between the sugarcane cutting plate (24) and the main conveyor belt (13), and the thickness of the saw blade (26) is 0.8-1.2 mm;
the sugarcane cutting motor (27) is arranged on the seed cutting rack (22), the sugarcane cutting motor (27) is used for driving the saw blade (26) to rotate, the rated voltage of the seed cutting motor (27) is 220V, the rated power of the seed cutting motor is 450W, and the rotating speed can be changed between 3200-5000 r/min.

a sugarcane pressing plate (344) arranged above the sugarcane guiding plate (341) through a telescopic rod (345), wherein the sugarcane pressing plate (344) is made of rubber materials.

The mobile sugarcane field seed-stem production plant according to claim 7, characterized in that the sugarcane pressing plate (344) is connected to the end of the telescopic rod (345) by a rotatable clamping plate holder (346), when the clamping plate holder (346) rotates, the angle between the sugarcane pressing plate (344) and the sugarcane guide plate (341) can be changed.

The mobile sugarcane field seed and stem production equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein one end of the rake teeth (21) is connected with the counting roller (31), the other end of the rake teeth (21) is bent to one side of the rake teeth (21), and the bending direction of the rake teeth (21) is consistent with the radian of the sugarcane guide groove (342).
