Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池操作的毛发干燥器。在本公开中,概念毛发干燥器并不限于只干燥毛发的设备,如吹风机。毛发干燥器也可以用于为毛发进行造型,并且可以采用吹热空气的刷子或卷曲器的形式,并且备选地,可以被称为空气造型器。
背景技术
US 2018/0233788公开了一种电池操作的吹风机,被配置为同时冷却电池和提高毛发干燥器性能。所有的电池都有一定水平的内部电阻/阻抗,这在充电和放电过程中都会产生热量。因此,使用电池为加热元件和风扇供电,也会在电池、电池组或内部电路系统放电时在它们中产生热量。这种热量可以缩短电池的寿命,并且可能影响电池的放电率或运行时间。因此,公开了一种电池操作的吹风机,能够冷却电池和相关的电路系统,以提高其性能,避免过热和安全问题,和/或延长电池的寿命。手柄可以包括与箱式空气流通道连通的手柄空气流通道,使得流过手柄的空气进入箱式空气流通道。电池可以被定位在通道内,其中在手柄和电池之间形成间隙,这些间隙允许空气在电池周围流动。为了冷却电池,手柄可以包括一个或多个进气口,该进气口允许进入的空气沿电池手柄中的通道和单独的电池芯之间的间隙向上流动。风扇带动在电池芯周围流动的空气,然后继续通过箱并且吹过加热元件。当空气流冷却电池时,空气流也被加热,并且电池加热的空气流动到加热元件并且不会被浪费。
EP 2255692公开了一种用于干燥毛发的设备,包括手持单元,用于发射或排放要被定向到毛发上的空气流。手持单元具有电源,该电源设置在从单元发射或排放的空气流的路径中。以这种方式,在电源中产生的热能可以直接传递到设备中的空气流。
US 9526311公开了一种由可充电锂离子电池供电的电池供电的吹风机。电池所产生的热量被直接用来加热由吹风机风扇产生的强制的空气。这是通过将电池放在强制空气的路径中或通过将电池连接到散热器并且将散热器的至少部分设置在强制空气的路径中来实现的。为了进一步提高效率,将风扇电动机放在强制空气的路径中。吹风机内的所有电路系统要么被设置在强制空气的路径中,要么热连接到至少部分地设置在强制空气的路径中的散热器。以这种方式,由吹风机的电气部件产生的任何热量都被用来预先加热吹风机内的强制空气。然后,预先加热的空气还被吹风机内的加热元件加热。
发明内容
除其他外,本发明的目的是提供一种改进的毛发干燥器。
本发明由独立权利要求定义。有利的实施例在从属权利要求中被定义。
本发明的一个方面提供了一种电池操作的毛发干燥器,包括电池和风扇,该风扇具有通过由电池供电的电动机推动的旋转风扇叶片和位于电动机和电动机架之间的非旋转静态空气流成形叶片,其中非旋转静态空气流成形叶片充当用于被安装为与风扇相邻的电池的冷却肋。优选地,电池被定位为与风扇的电动机的电动机架相邻(例如在其周围成形)。有利地,电池被至少部分地定位在电池操作的毛发干燥器的手柄中,风扇被定位为与手柄相邻。
实施例是基于以下考虑。在毛发干燥器中,重量和重量分布非常重要。本发明的实施例在毛发干燥器内的毛发干燥器风扇的出口侧使用非旋转静态空气流成形叶片作为用于毛发干燥器的电池的散热器。这会导致部件减到最少(因为单个部件既充当非旋转静态空气流成形叶片,也充当散热器),并且将电池放在靠近风扇的地方也会导致良好的重量分布(因为风扇正好放在毛发干燥器的中间)。此外,风扇的出口处的非旋转静态空气流成形叶片也处理来自风扇的所有空气,使得冷却效率达到最佳。使用非旋转静态空气流成形叶片作为电池冷却体,并且因此将电池安装为靠近风扇,会导致重量分布最优,并且减少对用于冷却电池的冷却通道的需求,这些冷却通道可能会产生噪音。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示意性地图示了具有干燥器外壳DH的电池操作的毛发干燥器。主要的空气流AF1相当直接地从进气帘格AIG流动到出气帘格AOG。空气流是由通过安装在电动机架MM中的电动机M推动的风扇F产生的。为了能够对毛发进行干燥和/或造型,来自风扇F的空气由加热器H加热。加热器H和电动机M由风扇F、电动机M和电动机架MM周围的电池B供电。
如图2所示,风扇F在电动机M和电动机架MM之间具有非旋转静态空气流成形叶片V。由于电池B被定位为与电动机架MM(直接)相邻(例如安装在该电动机架周围或安装在其上),并且因此与风扇的非旋转静态空气流成形风扇V紧密接触,风扇的非旋转静态空气流成形风扇V充当用于借助于主要的空气流AF1冷却电池B的冷却肋。
由于当空气通过电动机架MM中的相对狭窄的开口时,主要空气流AF1的速度相对高,此时电池B被冷却的可能性是最佳的。
在所示的实施例中,电池B在干燥器外壳DH的底部具有的体积比在干燥器外壳DH的顶部的体积大。如果是这样的话,则可能额外需要对底部的电池B进行冷却。为此,可以使二次空气流AF2沿干燥器外壳DH的底部从进气帘格AIG到出气帘格AOG。
应当注意,上述实施例是对本发明进行说明,而不是限制本发明,并且在不偏离所附权利要求的范围的情况下,本领域的技术人员能够设计出许多备选实施例。不需要干燥器外壳DH具有矩形横截面;例如,它可以是圆形的。加热器H可以与电动机M串联或与电动机M并联。电池B可以通过这样的方式成形,使得其重量分布对于手持毛发干燥器是最佳的。图2中所示的电池B的不对称形状在干燥器外壳DH的所示的定向上是不太有利的,但是如果干燥器外壳DH以使其左下角成为底部这样一种方式旋转(即,毛发干燥器的手柄将被安装到干燥器外壳DH的所示的左下角),则这种电池形状可能对获得良好的重量分布非常有利。为了获得良好的重量分布,电池B可以部分或全部放置在手柄中,而风扇F被定位为足够接近电池B,使得风扇的非旋转静态空气流成形风扇V仍然可以用于冷却电池B。在权利要求中,放置在括号之间的任何参考符号都不应被视为限制权利要求。词语“包括”不排除存在权利要求中所列出的元件或步骤之外的元件或步骤。元件之前的词语“一”或“一个”不排除存在多个这样的元件。本发明可以通过包括多个不同元件的硬件来实施。在列举了几个构件的设备权利要求中,几个这样的构件可以体现为一个和相同的硬件项。相互不同的从属权利要求中所引用的措施可以有利地结合使用。
Claims (3)
1.一种电池操作的毛发干燥器,包括:
电池(B);以及
风扇(F),具有通过由所述电池(B)供电的电动机(M)而被推动的旋转风扇叶片,其特征在于,所述风扇(F)在所述电动机(M)和电动机架(MM)之间具有非旋转静态空气流成形叶片(V),所述非旋转静态空气流成形叶片(V)充当用于所述电池(B)的冷却肋,所述电池(B)与所述风扇(F)相邻地被安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池操作的毛发干燥器,其中所述电池(B)被定位为与所述风扇(F)的所述电动机(M)的所述电动机架(MM)相邻。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电池操作的毛发干燥器,其中所述电池(B)被至少部分地定位在所述电池操作的毛发干燥器的手柄中,所述风扇(F)被定位为与所述手柄相邻。
