When the bin information of the bin 310 located at the discharging station 301 is empty, the driving mechanism 320 drives the bin 310 to move from the discharging station 301 to the feeding station 302.
It will be appreciated that when the ejection mechanism 340 has fully ejected a face mask from one of the bins 310, the pallet 352 and carrier 312 are both elevated. Then, the power source 351 drives the supporting plate 352 and the bearing seat 312 to move downwards until the supporting plate 352 passes through the notch 3211 to the side of the rotating disc 321 facing away from the bin 310.
The operation of the mask supply device 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 9 to 11. The worker is at the feeding station 302 and may refill the mask into a bin 310 at the feeding station 302. The person to be sampled is positioned at the discharge station 301 and can take the mask output by the discharge mechanism 330. The pushing mechanism 340 can push the plurality of stacked masks one by one into the discharging mechanism 330 by the action of the elevating mechanism 350. When the detection mechanism 360 detects that the bin 310 at the discharge station 301 is empty, the controller controls the driving mechanism 320 to operate to drive the bin 310 to rotate in one direction (clockwise or counterclockwise), so that the next bin full of the mask moves to the discharge station 301. The empty silo can move to the feeding station 302 to feed materials along with the action of the driving mechanism 320. Thus, the continuous supply of the mask can be realized.

The rocking mechanism 540 is provided to the base 510 and is configured to rock the trash bag 530 so that the trash bag 530 can be filled with trash.
In consideration of time and labor saving, people often throw garbage at one side of the opening of the garbage bag all the time when throwing the garbage, and only throw the garbage at the edge of the opening of the garbage bag, and do not throw the garbage into the central area of the opening of the garbage bag forcefully. Over time, one side of the interior of the garbage bag will accumulate more garbage, while the other side will remain empty.
According to the garbage collection device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the shaking mechanism 540 is arranged, and the shaking mechanism 540 can shake the garbage bag 530, so that the garbage in the garbage collection device can move relative to the garbage bag 530, the garbage bag 530 is filled with the garbage, and the effect of fully utilizing the capacity of the garbage bag 530 is finally realized.
In one embodiment, when the rocking mechanism 540 rocks the trash bag 530, the trash can move from one side of the bottom of the trash bag 530 to the other.
In this embodiment, although people only throw garbage into one side edge of the opening of the garbage bag, the garbage on the side can move to the other side by the action of the shaking mechanism 540, so that the side is in an empty state again, and the other side is far away from the throwing area of people, but more garbage can be accommodated by the shaking mechanism 540, and finally the garbage bag can be filled with the garbage, and the phenomenon that one side of the garbage bag 530 is full of garbage and the other side is in an empty state can not occur.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic view of a garbage collection device according to an embodiment of the present invention without a garbage bag. The shaking mechanism 540 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a supporting member 541, and the supporting member 541 is supported at the bottom of the garbage bag 530 and can swing and move relative to the base 510.
In this embodiment, the supporting member 541 is supported at the bottom of the garbage bag 530 and can swing and move relative to the base 510, and the two movement modes can make the garbage in the garbage bag 530 generate more violent movement, thereby ensuring that the garbage bag 530 is filled with the garbage.
It should be noted that the swinging of the supporting member 541 may be up and down swinging relative to the base 510, the movement of the supporting member 541 may be back and forth moving relative to the base 510, and finally the movement mode of the supporting member 541 is a combination of swinging and moving.
Of course, it is understood that the manner of movement of the retainer 541 may also effect only oscillation or only movement as an alternative embodiment. The supporting member 541 can also support the bottom of the garbage bag 530 to move up and down.
In addition, as an alternative embodiment, the supporting member 541 can push against the side of the garbage bag 530.
Referring to fig. 13, the bag opening mechanism 520 of the embodiment of the invention includes a supporting frame 521 and a supporting frame 522, and the supporting frame 522 is connected to the supporting frame 521. The support frame 522 has a central opening 5221, the garbage bag 530 is inserted through the central opening 5221, and the outer periphery of the opening of the garbage bag 530 is detachably connected to the support frame 522.
In one embodiment, the supporting frame 521 may include four columns, and each column has one end connected to the base 510 and the other end connected to the supporting frame 522. The support frame 522 is spaced from the base 510 by four posts.
The support frame 522 of the present embodiment may be substantially rectangular. The supporting frame 522 has an inclined plane structure 5222, and the inclined plane structure 5222 can be arranged corresponding to a garbage throwing opening, so that when garbage falls on the inclined plane structure 5222, the garbage can slide inwards by virtue of self gravity and then slide into the garbage bag 530.
The edge of the supporting frame 522 may be provided with a hook and loop fastener 580, and the periphery of the opening of the garbage bag 530 is also provided with a hook and loop fastener, so that the garbage bag 530 is detachably connected to the supporting frame 522. Of course, the supporting member 541 may also be provided with a hook and loop fastener 580, so that the bottom of the garbage bag 530 is detachably connected to the supporting member 541. With such a detachable design, the trash bag 530 is prevented from rolling over when the supporter 541 moves.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, fig. 14 is a schematic structural view of a shaking mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 15 shows a partial enlarged view at J in fig. 14. The rocking mechanism 540 of the embodiment of the present invention further includes a slider 542, a crank 543, and a driving mechanism 544. The sliding block 542 and the base 510 form a sliding pair, and is rotatably connected to one end of the supporting member 541. The crank 543 is drivingly connected to the driving mechanism 544 and rotatably connected to the other end of the supporting member 541. The support 541, the slider 542, and the crank 543 constitute a crank-slider mechanism.
The carrier 541 serves as a link of the slider-crank mechanism. When the driving mechanism 544 drives the crank 543 to rotate, the slider 542 can move relative to the base 510, and the supporting member 541 can swing and move relative to the base 510, so that the garbage bag 530 is finally shaken.
It will be appreciated that the slider-crank mechanism described above is a centered slider-crank mechanism or an offset slider-crank mechanism.
Of course, in other embodiments, other structures may be used to generate the oscillations and movements of the above-described embodiments. For example, two independent mechanisms can be designed to achieve the swinging and moving respectively.
Referring to fig. 14 and fig. 15, the rocking mechanism 540 includes two sliders 542 and two cranks 543, and the two sliders 542 and the two cranks 543 share a supporting member 541 to form two sets of crank slider mechanisms. The driving mechanism 544 is drivingly connected to the two cranks 543 through a synchronous transmission mechanism 550, so that the two cranks 543 rotate synchronously.
Referring to fig. 16, fig. 16 is a schematic structural view of a support member according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment of the present invention, two connecting portions 5411 and two rotating shafts 5412 are disposed on one side of the supporting member 541, and the two connecting portions 5411 are respectively rotatably connected to the two cranks 543. The two rotation shafts 5412 are rotatably connected to the two sliders 542, respectively.

The synchronizing shafts 553 may be provided at both ends thereof with synchronizing wheels 552, respectively. The two synchronizing wheels 552 are respectively connected to the two cranks 543 in a driving manner, for example, by a timing belt 551. The drive mechanism 544 may be an electric motor and is connected to a synchronizing shaft 553 by a belt drive assembly 554. Through the design of the synchronous transmission mechanism 550, the two sets of slider-crank mechanisms can move synchronously.
Fig. 17 is another schematic structural diagram of the garbage collection device according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 17. The garbage collection device of the embodiment of the invention further comprises a base 560, and the base 560 is arranged inside the throat swab collection workstation. The base 560 may be disposed in the acquisition device region 120.
The outer wall of the workstation has a doorway 571 (see fig. 2). The base 510 is slidably connected to the base 560 and is capable of entering and exiting the workstation through a doorway 571.
Specifically, the base 560 is provided with a slide rail 570, the base 510 is provided with a guide rail 572, and the guide rail 572 and the slide rail 570 are slidably engaged. When the garbage collection device is removed from the workstation, the guide rail 572 is moved outwardly relative to the slide rail 570 for the worker to replace the garbage bag 530.
The waste collection device may include two waste bags 530, one of the waste bags 530 being used to collect the pack 660 and the other waste bag 530 being used to collect the mask after use.
In one embodiment, the area where the garbage collection device is located is a negative pressure chamber, and the purified air in the area flows from top to bottom, so that viruses in the garbage bag can be prevented from flowing out to infect the persons to be harvested. In addition, this region can be equipped with deactivation device such as ultraviolet lamp, reduces the infection risk.
As shown in fig. 18, fig. 18 is a schematic structural diagram of a robot hand according to an embodiment of the present invention. The robot of the embodiment of the present invention includes a base 410, a first swing assembly 420, a second swing assembly 430, a jaw assembly 440, and a driving assembly 450. The first swing assembly 420 is hinged to the base 410 and can swing around a hinge point. The second swing assembly 430 is hinged to the base 410 and can swing around a hinge point. The jaw assembly 440 is connected to the first swing assembly 420 and the second swing assembly 430. The driving assembly 450 is disposed on the base 410 and can drive the first swing assembly 420 and the second swing assembly 430 to swing in a direction approaching to or departing from each other, so as to drive the clamping jaw assembly 440 to perform a clamping operation.
When the driving assembly 450 is operated, the first swing assembly 420 and the second swing assembly 430 can be driven to swing in a direction approaching to or away from each other, so as to drive the clamping jaw assembly 440 to realize a clamping action.
In the robot according to the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the first swing assembly 420 and the second swing assembly 430 between the driving assembly 450 and the gripper assembly 440, the power of the driving assembly 450 is transmitted to the gripper assembly 440 through the swing of the first swing assembly 420 and the second swing assembly 430, rather than directly acting on the gripper assembly 440. Because first swing subassembly 420 and second swing subassembly 430 all can be swung around the pin joint, can avoid the clamping jaw that exists like this to open and shut the problem that is not smooth and easy or jamming among the correlation technique, have the advantage that the operation is stable, the reliability is high.
In one embodiment, the first swing member 420 and the base 410 form a planar linkage, and the second swing member 430 and the base 410 form a planar linkage. When the driving assembly 450 moves, the first swing assembly 420 and the second swing assembly 430 can swing in a plane.
Further, the first swing assembly 420 includes a first link 421, a first support 422, and a first swing link 423. One end of the first link 421 is hinged to the base 410, and the other end of the first link 421 is hinged to one end of the first swing link 423. One end of the first supporting rod 422 is hinged to the base 410, and the other end of the first supporting rod 422 is hinged to the other end of the first swinging rod 423. The base 410, the first link 421, the first support 422 and the first swing link 423 form a parallelogram linkage.
The structure of the second swing assembly 430 is substantially the same as the structure of the first swing assembly 420, specifically: the second swing assembly 430 includes a second link 431, a second rod 432 and a second swing link 433. One end of the second link 431 is hinged to the base 410, and the other end of the second link 431 is hinged to one end of the second swing link 433. One end of the second supporting rod 432 is hinged to the base 410, and the other end of the second supporting rod 432 is hinged to the other end of the second swing rod 433. The base 410, the second connecting rod 431, the second supporting rod 432 and the second swing rod 433 form a parallelogram linkage mechanism.
In the present embodiment, the first swing member 420 and the base 410 are designed as a parallelogram linkage, and the second swing member 430 and the base 410 are designed as a parallelogram linkage. In one aspect, the first swing assembly 420 and the second swing assembly 430 are both capable of swinging in a plane, thereby enabling the jaw assembly 440 to perform a clamping action in a plane. On the other hand, based on the feature that the parallelogram link structure has equal transmission ratio, the motion of the clamping jaw assembly 440 of the robot of the embodiment of the present invention substantially coincides with the motion of the two active members of the first swing assembly 420 and the second swing assembly 430, that is, the motion amplitude of the first swing assembly 420 and the second swing assembly 430 substantially coincides with the motion amplitude of the clamping jaw assembly 440. Therefore, the manipulator provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantage of more accurately controlling the movement precision of the clamping jaw assembly, so that small articles can be more accurately clamped.
Continuing to refer to fig. 18, jaw assembly 440 includes a first jaw 441 and a second jaw 442. The first clamping jaw 441 and the first swinging rod 423 are of an integral structure. The second jaw 442 and the second swing link 433 are an integral structure.
Further, one end of the first clamping jaw 441 is connected to one end of the first swinging rod 423 hinged to the first supporting rod 422. One end of the second clamping jaw 442 is connected to one end of the second swing rod 433 hinged to the second support rod 432.
Because the first clamping jaw 441 and the first swing rod 423 are integrated, and the second clamping jaw 442 and the second swing rod 433 are integrated, when the first swing rod 423 and the second swing rod 433 swing, the first clamping jaw 441 and the second clamping jaw 442 can be driven to approach or separate from each other, and finally, the clamping jaws are opened and closed.
The first link 421 includes a first link portion 4211 and a first disk portion 4212, one end of the first link portion 4211 is hinged to one end of the first swing link 423, and the other end is connected to the first disk portion 4212. The first disc portion 4212 has a first tooth portion on the outer periphery thereof.
The second link 431 includes a second link portion 4311 and a second disk portion 4312, one end of the second link portion 4311 is hinged to one end of the second swing link 433, and the other end is connected to the second disk portion 4312. The outer periphery of the second disc portion 4312 has a second tooth portion. Wherein the first tooth part is meshed with the second tooth part.
The first link 421 and the second link 431 can be moved simultaneously by the design of the first tooth portion meshing with the second tooth portion.
Further, the gear ratio of the first tooth to the second tooth may be 1 to 1. With this arrangement, the swing amplitudes of the first link 421 and the second link 431 can be made to be the same.
With continued reference to fig. 18, the driving assembly 450 includes a motor 451 and a gear 452, wherein the gear 452 is connected to an output shaft of the motor 451 and is engaged with one of the first tooth portion and the second tooth portion.
In the present embodiment, the gear 452 is engaged with the second tooth portion of the second disc portion 4312. When the motor 451 transmits power to the second disc portion 4312 through the gear 452, the first link 421 and the second link 431 may swing in synchronization since the first tooth portion is engaged with the second tooth portion.
In one embodiment, the motor 451 may be a servo motor. The motor 451 is a servo motor, and can control the clamping force of the first clamping jaw 441 and the second clamping jaw 442. That is, the first and second jaws 441, 442 can grip the pharyngeal swab 710 with an appropriate force, which is neither too great nor too small. Thus, when the manipulator holds the pharyngeal swab 710 in place within the mouth/nose of the person, the pharyngeal swab 710 may slide relative to the first jaw 441 and the second jaw 442 in response to external interference to compensate for the external interference and prevent the pharyngeal swab 710 from making hard contact with the person's collection site.
The robot of the embodiment of the present invention further includes a pressure sensor 460, wherein the pressure sensor 460 is disposed on a side of the substrate 410 away from the clamping jaw assembly 440, and is used for detecting a pressing force between the robot and an external object.
Specifically, when the manipulator holds the pharyngeal swab 710 and extends into the mouth/nose of the person to be sampled for sampling, if the pressure value obtained by the pressure sensor 460 is approximately near a set value, it can be determined that the pharyngeal swab has a moderate force for wiping the person to be sampled. If the pressure value obtained by the pressure sensor 460 is smaller than the set value, it can be determined that the force of the throat swab wiping the human being is too small, which may affect the collecting effect, and result in inaccurate detection result.
In addition, if the relative sliding between the pharyngeal swab and the manipulator is too great, for example, over a predetermined distance, the portion of the manipulator extending into the oral cavity of the person may be too great, causing discomfort to the person. At this time, the mechanical arm reports an error, the collection fails, and the collection needs to be carried out again.
As shown in fig. 19, fig. 19 is a schematic structural view of a robot arm according to an embodiment of the present invention. The robot arm of the embodiment of the present invention includes the robot arm body 470 and the robot hand of any of the embodiments described above. The camera can obtain the coordinate value of the marker 620 in the target coordinate system, and since the coordinate value of the robot arm in the target coordinate system is known, the coordinate relationship between the marker 620 and the robot arm 400 in the target coordinate system can be obtained according to the coordinate value of the robot arm, and finally the robot arm 400 can be controlled to accurately find the marker 620 with the pharyngeal swab held.
For example, the camera obtains the coordinate values of the identifier 620 in the target coordinate system, which may be in the form of a point cloud.
The mask of the present embodiment further includes a tongue depressor 640, and the tongue depressor 640 is connected to the body 610. When the person to be sampled wears the mask, the tongue pressing part 640 can press the tongue of the person to be sampled, so that the tongue is prevented from interfering sampling, and the aerosol is prevented from forming to cause cross infection.
In one embodiment, the mask further includes a visor 650, the visor 650 being connected to the body 610 and capable of covering the eyes of the person being harvested. The design of the eye shield 650 prevents discomfort to the person being picked from facing the station due to too strong light in the station.
In one embodiment, the mark 620 includes a hollow structure. Wherein, pharynx swab collection workstation can control arm 400 centre gripping pharynx swab according to the position of the identification part 620 that vision subassembly 630 obtained to stretch into the oral cavity of the person of being adopted through hollow out construction with the pharynx swab.
Specifically, the hollow structure may be a cross.
