step two: after a drainage measure is made, paving an anti-seepage partition membrane cloth in the garden rock stratum roadbed, then pouring the carried rock soil blocks into the roadbed to form anti-sedimentation bedrock, wherein the filling height of the anti-sedimentation bedrock needs to be adjusted according to the actual depth of the groove body and the surrounding soil humidity, and then paving a layer of cement above the anti-sedimentation bedrock;
step three: after the cement consolidation layer is solidified, covering and filling a layer of sand stone above the cement consolidation layer, wherein the filling thickness of the sand stone is 50-65 cm, after the sand stone is filled, spraying water for soaking, then carrying out leveling and compacting operation through working equipment, naturally airing for 12h, laying a composite rubber cushion plate above the sand stone filling layer, and fixing the composite rubber cushion plate;
step four: the manufactured stepped metal drain pipes are arranged on two sides of the composite rubber base plate at certain intervals, water outlet grooves of the pipelines need to be in butt joint with reserved drainage holes on two sides of the garden rock stratum roadbed, and after the pipelines are installed, the frame isolation belts are laid above the metal drain pipes;
step five: after the frame isolation belt is fixed, embedding the coil heating plate into a perforated accommodating groove on the surface of the composite rubber gasket, embedding diffusion heat-conducting copper strips at two sides of the perforated accommodating groove, and connecting the coil heating plate above the composite rubber gasket with a circulating storage battery box inside the frame isolation belt through a circuit;
step six: and finally, paving the surface layer rubber plate above the composite rubber base plate, and paving the green lawn on the outer side of the frame isolation belt.
