Description

Automatic sidewalk without bottom pit
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of moving sidewalks, in particular to a bottomless moving sidewalk.
Background
Travelators refer to walkways with circulating running pallets, mainly used for transporting passengers, stationary electrically driven equipment. Unlike escalators, moving walkways are generally designed to be horizontal or inclined at an angle of not more than 12 ° to the horizontal, since no stepped path is present in the passenger riding area, i.e. no tread difference occurs between adjacent pallets in the passenger carrying area.
The pallets of travelators currently in common use are generally driven by a dedicated pallet chain, with rollers on both sides of the pallets moving on fixed guide rails. At the end of the travelator the pallets are turned over by means of a rotating wheel with a larger diameter, so that the pallets are transferred from the direction of travel to the opposite direction for a cyclic movement. The design has the defect that the pit depth at the two ends is larger to complete the overturning process, so that the installation difficulty of the moving sidewalk is increased.
For example, patent publication "travelator", No. CN200810211177.0, proposes a travelator for transporting people on a grooved surface contained in pallets, all of which have the same pitch as the traction chain, and which can be connected by pins forming the actual traction chain between them, wherein the pallets are turned over by guides in which only three pallets are located, creating a quick turn enabling the comb teeth to have sufficient inertia in their ribs to support the load that the user will apply in the direction, the structure having the disadvantage that, in order to ensure that during turning, the pallets do not jam, the radius of rotation during turning cannot be too small, so that to complete turning, the depth of the pit needs to be made sufficiently large, thus leading to an increase in the difficulty of installation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the construction difficulty is higher because the turning of the footplate of the moving sidewalk is realized by overturning and the requirement on the depth of a pit is higher in the prior art, and provides the moving sidewalk without the pit.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a bottomless pit moving sidewalk, which comprises a sidewalk truss, a main motor, a step chain and a plurality of sidewalk pedals arranged on the step chain, and is characterized in that each sidewalk pedal comprises a pedal surface, a pedal main wheel and a pedal auxiliary wheel are arranged on two sides of the pedal surface, the pedal auxiliary wheel is connected with the pedal surface through an auxiliary wheel shaft, the pedal main wheel is connected with a chain link of the step chain, an auxiliary wheel rail is fixedly arranged on the sidewalk truss and comprises an upper auxiliary wheel rail and a lower auxiliary wheel rail, a head reversing mechanism and a tail reversing mechanism are respectively arranged at two ends of the step chain, the head reversing mechanism comprises a main driving shaft and a head auxiliary reversing wheel shaft synchronously rotating with the main driving shaft, a main driving chain wheel driven by the main motor and a head chain wheel used for driving the step chain are arranged on the main driving shaft, the head auxiliary reversing wheel is mounted on the head auxiliary reversing wheel shaft, a plurality of hook teeth matched with the auxiliary wheel shaft are arranged on the head auxiliary reversing wheel, the tail reversing mechanism comprises a tail step chain wheel driven by a step chain, the tail step chain wheel is mounted on a tail chain wheel shaft, the tail reversing mechanism further comprises a tail auxiliary reversing wheel shaft synchronously rotating with the tail chain wheel shaft, a tail auxiliary reversing wheel is mounted on the tail auxiliary reversing wheel shaft, and a plurality of hook teeth matched with the auxiliary wheel shaft are arranged on the tail auxiliary reversing wheel.
