A surface refuse clearing boat according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises unmanned aerial vehicle platform and tractor cabin, said unmanned aerial vehicle platform being arranged on deck, said unmanned aerial vehicle being placeable on said unmanned aerial vehicle platform, said tractor cabin being arranged in said hull, said remote control tractor and said refuse seine being storable in said tractor cabin.
9. A method for cleaning garbage applied to the water surface garbage cleaning ship of any one of claims 1 to 8, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preliminarily knowing the garbage gathering condition and the hydrological meteorological condition of a garbage gathering water area before sailing, and selecting the type and the number of garbage purse nets to be carried, the number of remote control tractors and the number of unmanned aerial vehicles;
s2, after the unmanned aerial vehicle arrives at a specified water area, the unmanned aerial vehicle is lifted off, information is collected, and a cleaning plan is formulated, wherein the cleaning plan comprises a garbage segmentation plan and a cleaning sequence of segmented areas;
s3, throwing the remote control tractor which pulls the garbage purse net according to a cleaning plan, wherein the remote control tractor cuts and encloses the garbage on the water surface under the remote control of an operator or under the guidance of a set program;
s4, conveying the garbage on the water surface to a garbage crushing cabin by using a first conveying belt, crushing the garbage by using the garbage crushing cabin, and transferring garbage fragments to a garbage compression cabin;
and S5, compressing the garbage into blocks and packaging by the garbage compression cabin.
10. A method of refuse disposal according to claim 9, characterized in that a refuse transport pod is provided, and that after step S5 the packed refuse in the refuse compression pod is transported to the refuse transport pod, which transports the packed refuse to the deck.
