Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In one aspect, in the arranging method of the vehicle wire harness 10 according to the embodiment of the invention, the wire harness 10 is arranged on the chassis of the vehicle and fixed at each fixed position on the chassis of the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 3, the wire harness 10 surrounds the entire vehicle chassis, and is provided with a first connection point 21 and a second connection point 22 on both sides of a front wheel axle 70 of the vehicle. The first connection point 21 and the second connection point 22 may be sockets for connecting the wire harness 10 or fixed connection points of the wire harness 10, and when the wire harness 10 is connected to the first connection point 21 and the second connection point 22, various electronic devices mounted on the vehicle can be driven.
Further, a plurality of fixing points for fixing the wire harness 10 are formed on the chassis of the vehicle to prevent the position of the wire harness 10 from being changed arbitrarily according to the running vibration of the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 3, the fixed point may be divided into a peak point 40 and a valley point 30, wherein the peak point is formed at a position near a central axis 60 of the vehicle, the valley point 30 is formed at a position near an outer edge of a chassis of the vehicle, and the plurality of peak points 40 and the plurality of valley points 30 are alternately arranged, that is, the wire harness 10 connected to the first connection point 21 or the second connection point 22 passes through the valley point, the peak point, the valley point, … …, the peak point, the valley point, and finally is connected to the second connection point 22 or the first connection point 21. The wire harness 10 connected to the first connection point 21 or the second connection point 22 may pass through the peak point, then sequentially pass through the valley point, the peak point, the valley point, … …, the valley point, the peak point, and finally be connected to the second connection point 22 or the first connection point 21, and may be adjusted according to actual needs, convenience, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
