技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合水刺无纺布及其生产工艺。
背景技术
水刺无纺布是将高压微细水流喷射到一层或多层纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强力,得到的织物即为水刺无纺布。水刺无纺布具有手感柔软、蓬松、高吸湿性,并具有一定的吸油效果,所以造成无纺布在使用中具有一定的透水性,水能在无纺布的两侧相互渗透,这样使用时就会存在一定的影响。例如,手持无纺布的一侧面使用时,会发生无纺布另一侧面吸收的污水渗透至手上的情况。
发明内容
针对背景技术中指出的问题,本发明提出一种复合水刺无纺布及其生产工艺,其获得的无纺布能防止水在无纺布的两侧发生相互渗透,且具有较好的吸水性。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种复合水刺无纺布,包括薄膜隔离层,所述的薄膜隔离层的上下两侧面上分别设有水刺无纺布层;
薄膜隔离层与水刺无纺布层之间设有纱布层,所述的纱布层上形成网眼孔结构;
位于薄膜隔离层的下侧的纱布层和水刺无纺布层之间设有吸水海绵层,位于薄膜隔离层的下侧的水刺无纺布层上设有连通其上下两侧的吸水孔;
所述的薄膜隔离层上分布有若干连接孔,位于薄膜隔离层上侧的水刺无纺布层上设有与所述的连接孔对应的穿孔,所述的连接孔中及穿孔中容置有固化橡胶块,固化橡胶块用于连接吸水海绵层及其上侧的纱布层、薄膜隔离层、水刺无纺布层。
固化橡胶块起到加固连接的作用,同时固化橡胶块还能增强人们拿持无纺布的手感。
薄膜隔离层起到隔水的作用。
吸水海绵层起到增强无纺布吸水能力的作用。
本发明进一步设置为,所述的薄膜隔离层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。

一种复合水刺无纺布的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,从下至上依次把纱布层、薄膜隔离层、纱布层、水刺无纺布层叠加复合在一起,并置于热压台面上;
步骤二,初步热压复合处理,通过热压模对步骤一种叠加复合在一起的各层进行压实、压平操作,得到初步复合层,热压模设置在热压台面的上侧,热压模可上下移动,热压模内置可对其自身进行加热的加热结构;
步骤三,冲刀裁切处理,通过冲刀装置从上侧对初步复合层进行冲压裁切处理,在初步复合层上冲压出连通其上下两侧的连接孔,得到二次复合层;
步骤四,从下至上依次把水刺无纺布层、吸水海绵层、二次复合层叠加复合在一起,并置于热压台面上,其中水刺无纺布层上分布有若干通孔;
步骤五,向二次复合层的上侧面上撒入球形的橡胶球,橡胶球滚入并填充至连接孔中;
步骤六,把二次复合层的上侧面上的橡胶球清除掉;
步骤七,二次热压复合处理,通过热压模对步骤六种叠加复合在一起的水刺无纺布层、吸水海绵层、二次复合层进行压实、压平操作,得到半成品复合层,热压模设置在热压台面的上侧,热压模可上下移动,热压模内置可对其自身进行加热的加热结构,热压模对橡胶球进行加热,使橡胶球被压扁融化;
步骤八,冷却处理,对热压后的半成品复合层进行冷却处理,得到半成品复合无纺布,使用冷却水进行冷却处理;
步骤九,烘干处理,使用热风烘干,使半成品复合无纺布变干燥、蓬松;
步骤十,得到成品复合水刺无纺布。
本发明进一步设置为,通过吹风的方式把橡胶球从二次复合层的上侧面上清除掉。
本发明进一步设置为,所述的橡胶球的直径等于所述的连接孔的直径。

本发明所提供的复合水刺无纺布及其生产工艺,其内部的薄膜层起到连接和隔水的作用,同时固化橡胶块也能起到连接和隔水的作用,而且海绵层的设置还能增强复合水刺无纺布的吸水性能,方便人们使用,且使用时,水不会向薄膜层的另一侧渗透。

所述的薄膜隔离层1上分布有若干连接孔6,位于薄膜隔离层1上侧的水刺无纺布层2上设有与所述的连接孔6对应的穿孔7,所述的连接孔6中及穿孔7中容置有固化橡胶块8,固化橡胶块8用于连接吸水海绵层4及其上侧的纱布层3、薄膜隔离层1、水刺无纺布层2。

位于薄膜隔离层的下侧的纱布层和水刺无纺布层之间设有吸水海绵层,位于薄膜隔离层的下侧的水刺无纺布层上设有连通其上下两侧的吸水孔;
所述的薄膜隔离层上分布有若干连接孔,位于薄膜隔离层上侧的水刺无纺布层上设有与所述的连接孔对应的穿孔,所述的连接孔中及穿孔中容置有固化橡胶块,固化橡胶块用于连接吸水海绵层及其上侧的纱布层、薄膜隔离层、水刺无纺布层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合水刺无纺布,其特征在于:所述的薄膜隔离层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合水刺无纺布其特征在于:所述的水刺无纺布层的厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合水刺无纺布其特征在于:所述的水刺无纺布层的制作原料为棉花、涤纶、纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合水刺无纺布其特征在于:所述的连接孔和穿孔的直径为4-6mm。
6.一种复合水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,从下至上依次把纱布层、薄膜隔离层、纱布层、水刺无纺布层叠加复合在一起,并置于热压台面上;
步骤二,初步热压复合处理,通过热压模对步骤一种叠加复合在一起的各层进行压实、压平操作,得到初步复合层,热压模设置在热压台面的上侧,热压模可上下移动,热压模内置可对其自身进行加热的加热结构;
步骤三,冲刀裁切处理,通过冲刀装置从上侧对初步复合层进行冲压裁切处理,在初步复合层上冲压出连通其上下两侧的连接孔,得到二次复合层;
步骤四,从下至上依次把水刺无纺布层、吸水海绵层、二次复合层叠加复合在一起,并置于热压台面上,其中水刺无纺布层上分布有若干通孔;
步骤五,向二次复合层的上侧面上撒入球形的橡胶球,橡胶球滚入并填充至连接孔中;
步骤六,把二次复合层的上侧面上的橡胶球清除掉;
步骤七,二次热压复合处理,通过热压模对步骤六种叠加复合在一起的水刺无纺布层、吸水海绵层、二次复合层进行压实、压平操作,得到半成品复合层,热压模设置在热压台面的上侧,热压模可上下移动,热压模内置可对其自身进行加热的加热结构,热压模对橡胶球进行加热,使橡胶球被压扁融化;
步骤八,冷却处理,对热压后的半成品复合层进行冷却处理,得到半成品复合无纺布,使用冷却水进行冷却处理;
步骤九,烘干处理,使用热风烘干,使半成品复合无纺布变干燥、蓬松;
步骤十,得到成品复合水刺无纺布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种复合水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:通过吹风的方式把橡胶球从二次复合层的上侧面上清除掉。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种复合水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的橡胶球的直径等于所述的连接孔的直径。
